• Ibarra (9/5): comodidad y ambiente seguro. - me gusto mucho la vista panorámica y la tranquilidad del espacio, la amabilidad del personal que atiende el lugar y las instalaciones en general. el trayecto que existe entre las habitaciones y la alberca, específicamente el cruce de las dos puertas por la vía publica, no es algo para nada gravoso pero si se pudiera evitar seria perfecto.

• sergio (1/5): Total desilución - Debo decir que estaba limpio y que la atención al ingresar fue relativamente buena.. aunque sin orden. No me gustó que el precio que marcan como "oferta" no corresponde a un hotel de ese tipo, esa "oferta" me parece que funciona como una publicidad engañosa o gancho, porque el hotel, no es un hotel boutique, y me parece más bien un hotelito de 2 o 3 estrellas. La ubicación es terrible, no por la distancia al centro, si no por la zona. Y las instalaciones pues son muy austeras. En imágenes muestran una alberca.. que se ve sola o con una pareja pero en realidad está llena con gente bebiendo .. yo iba con mi familia... Hicimos check in, entramos a la habitación.. y duramos 3 minutos dentro, preferimos tomar carretera de nuevo y retirarnos. Se le pidió al hotel un reembolso y no accedió porque hicimos check in y porque para ellos haber estado minutos dentro pensando que hacíamos... Ya fue suficiente y ya hicimos uso de la habitación. Me parece de muy mal gusto y una decisión muy desesperada en lugar de quedar bien con el cliente. Su estacionamiento es un terreno muy pequeño y feo. Creo que le "echaron ganas" a qué si hotelito se "viera bien" pero es un hotel de un nivel bajo.. las habitaciones súper pegadas una con otra... Es una casa de nivel bajo hecha hotel.

• Diego Ricardo Gonzaga Martinez (10/5): - La alberca, el agua esta a muy buena temperatura para los que buscan algo no tan frío pero tampoco muy caliente, esta genial. Que no esta conectado el edificio o inmueble de la Alberca con el de las habitaciones, nos hospedamos en 2 habitaciones y para acceder a una de ellas tenias que salir del edificio principal para acceder a la habitación por la parte de a fuera.
• Martin (10/5): Bonito hotel con excelente personal y rico desayuno - Sobre todo la actitud del personal, fue excelente. La habitación limpia y cómoda, el hotel muy bonito, la alberca perfecta para relajarse, el desayuno muy rico. La ubicación cerca de Presa de la Olla, todo muy tranquilo. Nos hospedamos dos veces y ya queremos regresar.

• Robert (9/5): The stay was great,staff was great - It was a nice place with friendly staff. The parking was not a great scenario, but was understandable due to the location . From like 10-11 pm there seemed to be a dog gang getting crazy outside and barking alot nit the hotels fault by any means just a pre warning .

• lou (10/5): - La chambre était indépendante, avec le nécessaire pour une petite cuisine, très agréable, le lit très confortable, et surtout la meilleure douche de tout notre voyage, avec de la pression et de l'eau chaude facile a régler. L'emplacement, quelques pas pour aller profiter de la nature et quelques pas pour être au centre ville, le parking fermé la nuit, et personnel adorable, même prêt à nous ouvrir a 5h du matin si besoin de la voiture, très serviable. la vue de la piscine super agréable. L'espace de la chambre. La propreté irréprochable. Il manquerait un couteau de cuisine et une passoire par exemple, mais rien de grave, et le coût pour mettre les bulles du spa en route (300pesos par pers) un peu onéreux.

Even though the location is a lil' far from downtown, they were super helpful to get us a taxi to downtown (pro tip - the fares were better than Uber and super safe). We were in a high season (Dia de Muertos Weekend) and the quality of the service was great (even though we saw that the place was completely booked)

• María de Lourdes (8/5): C’est très bien pour le prix que ça nous a coûté - L’attention, ils sont serviables et accueillants. Le fait d’avoir une piscine d’eau tiède est un atout, la terrasse est très agréable et il y a partout des détails décoratifs. Il faut sortir de l’hôtel pour aller au bâtiment de la piscine dont les éléments chimiques peuvent être un peu irritants. C’est un peu loin du centre-ville, et il faut savoir que le GPS ne marche pas sous les nombreux tunnels de la ville.

Everyone is load when walking late in the public area and you need to wait for the loud obes to go to bed before you can sleep

• Vincent (10/5): Fantastic stay in beautiful hotel - Beautiful hotel, loved the tiling and the deck. It has an amazing view with tons of hummingbirds joining you while you sit. The hotel is run really well, with kind and helpful staff whenever you need them. The rooms were spotless and cleaned multiple times throughout our stay. Would definitely return! Expect a bit of a walk to the center. The roads were very safe and accessible, so this wasn't an issue.
• Jessica (9/5): Beautiful hotel in quiet area - It’s a beautiful hotel which is run by the owners. Everyone is very friendly and attentive, and it feels very safe. The hotel itself is full of beautiful details, very Mexican. We were very impressed by the love the owners put into the decoration. We stayed in a room with king size bed and the bed was very comfortable. The shower was extremely good, would love to have such a shower at home ;) By taxi it’s between 70-90 pesos to the historical center and it takes less than 10min. We came by car but decided to leave it in the Hotel’s parking lot and moved by taxi instead. The terrace is beautiful, too, and the food they serve on the terrace is delicious! They prepared the chilaquiles for us without any meat/animal product as we’re vegan and instead of the meat they added grilled veggies on top. Was delicious! We can highly recommend staying here. The room was very cold, I was freezing all the time. I can imagine that it’s great to stay there in summer but during the current season it was simply too cold for me. Would be nice if they would have at least some small electric heaters and thicker blankets in the rooms. Please note that I didn’t ask for any of this so perhaps the hotel is able to provide some on request.

• Paul (10/5): Charming Hotel - I really enjoyed my stay at Maggic Home Panoramica. The room was clean and comfortable with a quaint Mexican decor. The staff was friendly and helpful. There was a rooftop restaurant with a beautiful view where we had breakfast. The hotel is situated outside of the city center, however a short taxi drive gets you there for a reasonable 100 pesos tip included. The only thing to be aware of is the barking of dogs in the evening, personally I actually liked it , it added to the Mexican flavour! I would gladly recommend this hotel.

The hotel's location was in a neighborhood on a hill: a car is necessary or there will be a lot of stairs to go up or down to visit the city's historical area. The commerce is very limited and does not go beyond the basics in the hotel's neighborhood. The bathroom is small, and the shower had little water.

No es muy grande pero es perfecta para visitar Guanajuato si solo buscas un lugar donde dormir y poder asearte. Lo único que me pareció un poco extraño es que el flujo de agua no parecía constante, sin embargo me volvería a hospedar allí.

• Darlene (10/5): - We stayed there for three night and it was like we were home. Staff are very nice and helpful they helped us find a good taxi also helped us with the different tours. The room was lovely. The only thing just be ready to carry your luggage down or up the stairs to your room. But other than I recommend it
• Dennis (10/5): - The hotel was nice. The room was small with no drawers but, clean and comfortable. It is a 30 minute walk to the center or a 7 peso bus ride. We took a 70 peso taxi return trip. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good and reasonably price. I would recommend this a place to explore Guanajuato.
