Świetna lokalizacja oraz spokojna atmosfera sprawiły, że pobyt był bardzo udany. Pokój z widokiem na ocean był niezwykłą zaletą, codziennie można podziwiać jedne z najpiękniejszych zachodów słońca. Dodatkowo na dole kawiarnia, która ma bogatą ofertę ciast, deserów i pieczywa oraz pyszną kawę, a obok jeszcze sklep spożywczy - wszystko w jednym miejscu. Nie mam żadnych zastrzeżeń, wszystko spełniło moje oczekiwania.
• Lora.B. (10/5): Wonderful place with a sea view - We loved this location. Just on the outskirts of a small town with some lovely restaurants. Away from the hustle and bustle of the capital but close enough by car. The accommodation is fantastic, so much space and a super comfortable bed. It was lovely having a balcony with a view over the sea and the cafe under sells fantastic coffee and cakes. Not much. We felt that it could have done with some spoons but that's it

• Diana (4/5): Weit weg von Funchal - Zimmer sauber, Zimmerservice nur auf ausdrücklichen Nachdruck in der Bäckerei gefordert, sonst bleibt der Müll auf den Zimmer. Mit Mietwagen 1 Stunde von Funchal - halt an der Westküste und wenig Restaurants in der Nähe . Die Fahrt sollte einen nicht stören. Parkplätze soviele vorhanden wie frei sind. Meeresrauschen sollte einen nicht stören, da trotzdem sehr zu hören in der Nacht. Sonst Lärm und Laut. Wir hatten Glück, war Ruhe. Rezeption nur telefonisch erreichbar oder in der Bäckerei. Sehr unpersönlich, am Anfang nett, dann recht unsympathisch wenn man auf die Zimmerreinigung das Personal aufmerksam macht. Frühstück fast immer wieder das gleiche, kein Buffet Frühstück, sondern das Frühstück wird an den Tisch gebracht. Nur 1x Kaffee, da kein Personal mehr kommt, kein weiterer Kaffee. Nur Wurst, Müsli, Früchte und eingepackter Honig+Marmelade. Kein individuelles Frühstück, nichts besonderes, dafür das es eine Bäckerei ist, schade eigentlich. Für Wanderungen gut gelegen an der Nordküste, Kurven sollten keine Probleme machen beim Fahren.

• Heide (8/5): Schönes kleines Hotel in toller Lage. - Die Freundlichkeit des Personals ist zuerst zu erwähnen. Natürlich ist auch das Frühstück ganz toll und sehr reichlich. Vespertüten liegen bereit, so dass man auch für die Wanderungen versorgt ist. Vom Balkon hat man einen schönen Blick auf das Meer. Die Parkplätze befinden sich direkt vor der Tür, ebenso ein kleiner Supermarkt sowie die zum Haus gehörende Bäckerei. Aller 2 Tage wurde das Zimmer nicht nur gereinigt, sondern auch perfekt aufgeräumt. In unserem Zimmer funktionierte leider die Klimaanlage nicht. Da wir leider sehr kühles und schlechtes Wetter (März) erwischt hatten, war es empfindlich kalt. Und wir hatten auch jeden Morgen Schaben im Bad.
• Yvette (10/5): The perfect place with the most kindest people - Location was perfect. The staff was amazing and super friendly. The hostess Elaine was kind and helped us when we needed her. One day we weren't going to make it for breakfast so she made a little breakfast bag for us to take on the road. Breakfast it self was perfect. You just sit, they bring you the food, everything is fresh, lots of fruits and bread choices. Nothing really.

• János (10/5): Fantasztikus minőségi szállás egy csendes kis óceánparti faluban. - Minden. A barátságos személyzet, különösen Elaine kedvessége. Az elhelyezkedés az óceánparton. A szoba felszereltsége. A kényelmes ágy. A design. A fantasztikusan bőséges és finom reggeli a sokféle frissen sütött pékáruval, gyümölccsel és a frissen főzött kávéval. Az óceánra néző erkély. A tisztaság. A szomszédos kávézó és a szomszédos bolt. A szálláshely előtti ingyenes parkoló. A csendes falu. Az óceánpart. Nincs ilyen.
• Georg (10/5): Perfekte Lage im sonnigen Süden um die Insel zu erkunden. - Die Lage der Unterkunft und auch die Ortschaft selber sind perfekt wenn man nicht im Getümmel wohnen möchte, aber doch ein paar Restaurants und Bars in Fußweite haben möchte. Jedes Zimmer hat einen Balkon mit Meerblick, da wird der Sonnenuntergang zum Erlebnis. Die Zimmer sind recht groß und gut ausgestattet. Parkplätze immer vorhanden. Die Bäckerei und der Supermarkt direkt im Gebäude sind nochmal top! Im Badezimmer hätte ich lieber eine Dusche anstatt Badewanne. Aber das ist Geschmacksache.
• Gudrun (10/5): - The rooms and facilities are very clean. Good beds. Excellent wifi. Easy parking in fron of the hotel. All staff are very friendly, always available via WhatsApp, and ready to help. Breakfasts are ample, and there are bags and napkins provided so that you can pack a lunch for the day. The room was very pleasant and comfortable. The balcony looks out on the ocean and we could hear the surf and watch the sunset and the surfers from our room. The cafe downstairs serves delicious pastries, and there is a small but well stocked grocery store next door. There are several nice restaurants and bars within walking distance. The hotel's owner, Elaine, is the heart of the establishment and made our stay extra special and comfortable.
• Alan (10/5): - Loved Paul Do Mar, the room was a very generous size with a great balcony view of extremely good surfing waves, and it was comparatively (for expensive Madeira) very good value for money. Nothing aside from the work being done on the roof for a few days - and the beach is not a beach as such but a rocky shoreline - as it is everywhere in Madeira but swimming is good.

• Sylvie (10/5): Merveilleux séjour - La vue sur l'océan, la très grande chambre inondée de soleil, le lit et les oreillers très confortables, le petit réfrigérateur, les excellents et copieux petits-déjeuners et la gentillesse de notre hôtesse et du personnel. La villa amore est décorée avec beaucoup de goût et est d'une grande propreté. La petite épicerie située juste à côté est un atout non négligeable. Ce n'est pas pour rien que c'est notre deuxième séjour à cet endroit. Rien tout était parfait!

Villa amore is small and so comfy. There is very, very clean and wonderful sea view. There is also small bakery with so delicious omlets and cakes! I do recommed this accomodation and I wish You all the best!

Cafe and supermercado below was very convenient. Location is a little far from most activities we had planned but with a car it wasn’t a problem.

Alles perfekt was in der Verantwortung des Gastgebers steht, sehr großzügiges und abwechslungsreiches Frühstück mit der Möglichkeit eines Lunchpaketes, großes Zimmer und tolle Aussicht aufs Meer vom Balkon. Cafe und Mini-Supermarkt im Haus. Die Agentur über die die Kommunikation im Vorfeld gelaufen ist ist leider unprofessionell und unbrauchbar.

• Laura (10/5): amazing calm and relaxing holidays by the Ocean - The room is big, has nice volume, the bed is like king size and there is a cozy spot with a sofa and two armchairs. The balcony too, is spatious, with a table and two chairs + an exterior sofa. I was on the second floor, amazing view, great for sunbath every day. I went in December, "cold" for local people but perfect for me, a small wall protected me from the wind and it was a great spot, really. Elaine and her lovely team were great, it is super super clean, very warm welcoming. I can't say anything else than "everything was perfect!" After a hard walk, you have a bathtub to relax, breakfast is super rich and the supermarket next to the hotel is very practical. Nothing. Everything was great! Maybe, the only thing, is that I had no rental car so I had to organize very well with the buses or ask the local taxi. But it is worth going to the magnificent village Paul do Mar, really.

• LM (10/5): traumhafte Unterkunft mit vielen Wandermöglichhkeiten gleich ums Eck - Sehr Sehr herzlicher Empfang an der Rezeption. Traumhaftes großes Eckzimmer mit tollem Blick Richtig Meer. Toller Balkon mit Stühlen und Tisch. Das Frühstück wird an den Tisch gebracht und wechselt täglich. Es ist so viel, dass man es kaum aufessen kann. (Tüten zum einpacken gibt es) Sehr lecker mit Ei Varianten, Semmeln, Wurst, Käse, Obst und einen exzellenten Kaffee. Im Gebäude ist ein Cafe, wo es leckeren Kuchen gibt und ein Supermarkt. Parkplatz vor der Tür. Ausgezeichnete Restaurants 5 Minuten entfernt. In der Nacht ist es totenstill !!!

Lokalizacja spełniająca wszelkie oczekiwania. Miejscowość, która zapewnia kilka restauracji dostępnych przez większość dnia. Wszystko było na jak najwyższym poziomie :)
• Patricia (10/5): Beste hotel bakkerij combi van Madeira - Het hotel en de bakkerij zijn van een locale familie. De gastvrouw is ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De grote kamer met balkon en uitzicht op zee is prachtig. De bakkerij van het hotel heeft de beste koffie van het eiland en de omelet is zeker een aanrader. De kussens hadden een gekke geur. Feedback gegeven en deze werd goed ontvangen door de eigenaar.

• Sophie (10/5): Unser Urlaub im Paradies - Es war ein perfekter Aufenthalt im absoluten Paradies. Der Ausblick, das Meeresrauschen...Das Frühstück war unglaublich lecker und wunderschön mit viel Liebe hergerichtet. Was wir nicht aufessen konnten durften wir fürs Mittagessen mitnehmen, dafür haben wir immer noch extra eine Tüte und Servietten bekommen. Nebenan befindet sich ein kleiner Supermarkt mit allem, was man braucht und im Ort ein paar Minuten zu Fuß gibt es eine kleine Auswahl von Restaurants. Die Gastgeberin ist super nett und alles ist unkompliziert. Außerdem gehört die Bäckerei dazu, die sich im Haus befindet, wo man jeden Tag den weltbesten leckeren und frischen selbstgebackenen Kuchen bekommt. Unser Aufenthalt war einfach nur ein Traum, mehr als perfekt. Es hat an nichts gefehlt und jede Erwartung wurde übertroffen!

• Maxi (10/5): - Ich habe das Hotel für meine Eltern gebucht und sie haben sich sehr Wohlgefühlt und waren rundum zufrieden. Insbesondere die gemütliche Einrichtung, das abwechslungsreiche Frühstück und die netten Leute vor Ort haben ihnen gefallen. Es ist ein kleines, familiäres Hotel und ein guter Ausgangsort um den Westen der Insel zu erkunden.

• Alexander (8/5): ein Urlaub zum rundum wohlfühlen und genießen - die Besitzerin war sehr sehr nett und war sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit das Frühstück war mehr als ausreichend und von Qualität und Auswahl vorallem das Obst und auch das frische Gebäck sensationell (hauseigenen Bäckerei) Auch die Konditorei im Haus mit köstlichen Torten und Süßigkeiten und sehr gutem Kaffee muß erwähnt werden. der Blick vom Balkon auf des Meer vorallem zum Sonnenuntergang war unvergleichlich

• Aleksandra (10/5): - Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu w Villa Amore - cudowna okolica, widok na ocean, pyszne śniadania i cudowna obsługa. Paul do Mar to niezwykle urokliwe miasteczko z kilkoma bardzo dobrymi lokalami gastronomicznymi w okolicy. Sklep i piekarnia pod nosem, więc niczego nie brakuje :) Bardzo dobre miejsce wypadowe do zwiedzania innych zakątków wyspy. Polecamy -

• Patricia (10/5): - L'emplacement de Villa Amore est très bien situé à Paul do mar.. Facile d accès, face à la mer, calme, avec une pâtisserie et supérette sur place et un stationnement facile. L'accueil est parfait, le petit déjeuner est au top, fruits frais, boissons , charcuterie , pains , oeufs.. Tout est très propre, de l' entrée de l'hôtel jusqu'à la chambre, et cela est très rassurant. Personnel à votre écoute et disponible rapidement . Nous remercions Elaine pour son accueil et sa gentillesse et prête à rendre service. Nous recommandons Villa Amore à 100 % .

Gentillesse du personnel ++ Petit déjeuner copieux. Frigo et bouilloire bienvenus. Grand lit King size. Présence d’un cafard dans la chambre le 2eme jour, épisode forcément pénalisant pour ce niveau de prestation. Thermostat d’eau capricieux et salle de bain nécessitant une mise à niveau.

• Solène (10/5): Superbe séjour - Tout était parfait. Le service client, les chambres, la propreté des lieux, le petit déjeuner, la facilité pour le Check in, la vue sur mer.

La chambre était propre, spacieuse et confortable, avec tout l'équipement nécessaire et des espaces de rangement. La vue sur la mer est magnifique. Le personnel est discret mais efficace et disponible. Le parking est très utile, le supermarché à proximité est très pratique et les desserts de la boulangerie sont délicieux. Le village est situé dans un des endroits les plus ensoleillés de l'île. Il est accessible à pied, avec des restaurants, une petite plage et une ambiance tranquille. L'odeur de cigarette provenant de la terrasse venait parfois jusqu'au balcon et dans la chambre lorsque la fenêtre était ouverte.
• Damian (10/5): Bardzo udany pobyt na Maderze. - Hotelik w miasteczku na uboczu Madery. Eleganckie wnętrze obiektu, klatki schodowej, korytarzy i pokoi, Jasno. Bardzo czysto. Przestronne pokoje z balkonem i widokiem na ocean. Mili gospodarze. Miejsce do parkowania pod domem. Spokojne pomieszczenie śniadaniowe z osobnymi stolikami dla każdego pokoju. • Heiko (9/5): Sehr schön und erholsam dort 😍 - Ein ganz tolles Frühstück mit ein großen Obstplatte, richtigem Kaffee ☕️, wahlweise auch Tee, große Brötchenauswahl. Wird am Tisch serviert, mal Rührei, Spiegelei oder Kochei. Wurst und Käse, sowie Frischkäse mit dabei. Zimmer groß und mit Balkon mit schönem Blick aufs Meer und Paul do Mar. Sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin, haben uns prima auf englisch verständigen können. Ein kleines Café mit leckerem Kuchen 🍰 gleich nebenan. Und auch noch ein Lebensmittelladen. Es ist nur ein kleiner schöner Spaziergang zu den Restaurants und Bars. Dusche in der Badewanne mit Duschvorgang nicht mehr ganz zeitgemäß. Etwas mehr Licht im Bad neben dem Spiegel zum Rasieren und schminken wäre wünschenswert.

• Jörg (10/5): - Schöne Villa direkt am Berg, super Lage mit direkten Meerblick und abends auf die Sonnenuntergänge. Große Zimmer mit Klima, Kühlschrank, Gläser und Balkon (Meerblick). Im Supermarkt gibt es alles nötige. Tolles Frühstück, viel Obst, tolle Brötchen (gleich nebenan ist die Bäckerei/Cafe), Ei, Wurst, Schinken, Käse, Joghurt, Kornflakes, verschiedene Kaffeesorten, Wasser, Säfte, das Frühstück wird gebracht/serviert und man konnte sich sogar Brötchen als Wegzehr mitnehmen (Tüten und Servietten lagen bereit). Perfekt!

The cleanliness, the hospitality, the bakery and the views from the balcony were top notch. There is literally no bad word for this accommodation. They were also acomodating to our check out at 03:00.

Amazing hospitality, smile and care from the owner of the guesthouse, there are few such wonderful places in the world like this, it is good that they still exist. You will not be an anonymous guest here, this will be your holiday home. Highly recommended.

Finally the view is stunning. And let's not forget the fact that every morning you can get your breakfast at the bakery downstairs and get your groceries from the mercearia next door. What else can you wish for?

The reception lady was useful every time and she was very nice with us. They also had a bakery at the ground floor, totally recommend the place. Also, what amazed us was the view from the balcony, I think all the rooms have ocean view. -

Personel was lovely and helpful, they stayed longer for us at no extra cost when we got stuck because of the car issue. Absolutely recommend this place! Amazing artworks, beautiful plants and a nice coffee house downstairs. The room looked very similar like on the pictures at booking, the only difference was a lack of the sofa. The only thing we would love to change was the fact that there was no mosquito nest in the balcony door, and though mosquitos weren't a problem, we had some unwelcomed scary insects inside several times. Coming from nordic countries we are not used to seeing 32-legged creatures.. luckily we managed to catch them and throw them outside every time.

• Daan (10/5): Exceptional breakfast, spacious room with sea view, very friendly owner. - I'm not one to often give 10s on accommodations, but Villa Amore does deserve my first 10. The rooms were very specious, clean and complementary drinks were included in the fridge upon arrival, free of charge. The room has a private terrace from which you can have an uninterrupted look at the sea. The breakfast is exceptional as well, you get something different everyday, which is prepared when you enter the breakfast room. It doesn't get any fresher! They were even giving us bags to take along the leftovers to take them with us for lunch, therefore, an exceptional breakfast. The owner was very kind and open to help as well. She guided us around and was sure that everything was working properly for us. She also helped us find good restaurants nearby. The rooms were cleaned every two days, and we literally got like 5 towels per person to use. All of these facilities were provided for a very good price as well. I would highly recommend staying here. n.a.

• Carey (10/5): This was exactly the place I needed to be to really enjoy Madeira - I stayed here for the last week in Madeira and I couldn't be happier. Elaine was lovely and warm, and so easy to chat with -- she really made the whole time there both frictionless and like staying with a friend. The rooms are simple but very comfortable, and the sea view is a must -- it was so calming to have a balcony view to the ocean where one could enjoy the beautiful sunsets and warm weather. Bonus: in addition to the fantastic service, tidy room, beautiful views, and location, the villa is attached to the cafe of the same name. The ladies who run it are brilliant, warm, and always were happy to put up with me sitting and writing downstairs. Plus the coffee is great and the cakes and pastries are delightful. I would absolutely stay here again -- it really made my trip. Nothing! It was all fantastic.

• Aleksandra (10/5): Picturesque stay by the ocean - Great accommodation located at the bottom of the mountain with a nice ocean and banana field view. Room was also very spacious. Extra bonus was a cafe downstairs offering great breakfasts and sweets. Highly recommended! The instructions prior to arriving were confusing, especially regarding payment modality. However, this part was handled by the external agency.

The apartment was above her bakery, so we could start every morning with some delicious nata looking over the sea. Right next to the villa there is a shop as well, that is open until 9pm. The host is not the one managing this platform, but a company with mainly automated answers. This was a bit bothersome, but after getting in contact with Elaine everything went smoothly.
