Breakfast was more akin to "small snack & board" Inn ran out of de-cafe coffee on first day & failed to replenish for second day. No de-cafe coffee on second day. Breakfast while tasty, portion size was suitable for someone on very limited diet. Less than a child's portion.

Strongly recommended. - Exceptionally beautiful house in a spectacular location on the water overlooking Greenport Harbor and looking across to Shelter Island Heights. Very close to ferry and to Greenports best restaurants and shops. Our room, overlooking the water, was spacious and very comfortable. There’s space to lounge comfortably on the front porch and in the su filled breakfast room. The pool is great. Our host was personal and super-attentive.

It is within walking instance from the train for those who do not want to drive. Breakfast was fantastic. The wine and cheese in the evening added a nice touch.

Our room was clean and well appointed, the grounds were beautiful and right on the water, and our hostess gracious and welcoming. The property is only a 5 minute walk to the main part of town, so very easy to get around without a car. Overall we had an excellent stay and would definitely recommend.
