No entanto quando chegarmos o quarto estava um fedor insuportável de cigarro, tive q comprar um desodorizador, pra conseguirmos ficar no quarto. O recepcionista nao informou direito como era o funcionamento de acesso ao parque aquático. Mais fora isso, o resto foi bom.

O aviso nos informa q precisa deixar limpos,mas o copo do apartamento q ficamos tinha até marca de Baton e a faca com ferrugens. Acredito q isso precisa ser revisto. Achei o horário de check out muito cedo. Quase não aproveitamos o último. Fica a dica pra repensar sobre esse horário tbem. O clube em geral estava bem agradável.
- Troy (2/5): Must bring your own, towels, sheets, or rent them - Had to rent Towels, sheets and pillow cases!!! I’ve probably stayed in a 1,000 hotels / Apartments over the past 30 years. This is the first time I have ever heard of renting towels, sheets, and pillow cases. I can understand putting a deposit on towels, as people probably take them to the water park, and probably many left them behind, but if your turn them back in, you would get your deposit back. However, this is not a deposit. This is renting Towels, sheets and pillowcases. Not even in the cheapest hourly hotels do you rent sheets and pillow cases. Very disappointed

- Verified traveler (4/5): Triste - O quarto não tinha roupa de cama. Haviam duas mantas e travesseiros sujos. Isso deveria vir especificado de forma a ter uma fácil visualização no anúncio. O local é bom, e o parque aquático que ele da acesso é excelente.

A limpeza poderia ser melhorada, talvez contratando mais pessoas para isto. Tivemos acesso no valor da diária, ao parque aquático. Porém, o parque aquático estava lotado, sem controle algum de uso de máscara e aglomeração.

A maioria das piscinas só começam a funcionar depois das 10h00 e as 18h00 quase todas param de funcionar. Quarto com camas ruins e sem roupas de cama. Check in com atraso de 45 minutos; Guarda vidas mal humorados. perguntando para as crianças se elas eram surdas.

- Samuel (8/5): Razoável/Ruim - O hotel já está antigo, os móveis bem desgastados, a cozinha tem muito menos que o básico para funcionar (se vc for lá, se programe para cozinhar fora, ñ dá pra cozinha lá), a cama é extremamente barulhenta e o atendimento dos funcionários deixa muito a desejar. Já o clube do hotel compensa os quartos. É bem equipados e com muitas piscinas, mas atende 5 hotéis. Como fomos no meio da semana, o clube estava cheio, mas imagino que no fim de semana deva ficar lotado é impraticável. Mas o preço foi barato para um apartamento de 3 quartos, então vale o custo-benefício. Talvez outros quartos do hotel, estejam em melhor condição. Como só fiquei dois diaa, deu para aproveitar.
- Ingridhy (8/5): Estadia razoávelmente boa - Stadia razoavelmente boa, o apartamento tinha o seu conforto, é muito barulhento os hóspedes ficam gritando tarde da noite, gostei do fato das piscinas serem 24 horas, porém a parte das piscinas do parque aquático deixou a desejar na questão de estar muito cheio parque aquático não estão respeitando o distanciamento social.

- Thyala (8/5): Viagem em família - Apartamento novo, limpo com móveis novos e camas confortáveis. Há geladeira e microondas, ar condicionado nos quartos e armários novos. Muito bem localizado dentro do resort, dá para ir a pé para o complexo de piscinas. Me surpreendeu pois havia uma terceira cama que não estava na descrição do apartamento e isso foi primordial para o conforto das 7 pessoas. Só não dei nota máxima no quesito geral pois na reserva foi informado que haviam utensílios de cozinha no apê (pratos, talheres e copos), e não tinha nada. Resort muito seguro e confortável. Estava muito cheio no sábado e as piscinas ficaram razoavelmente sujas. Os preços praticados no bar/restaurante são médios, mas a comida é muito boa.
