Guest Reviews
- Bud (10/5): - It’s a cheap motel. That’s all I wanted. Saved $50. Slept 6 hrs. Left. The facilities are old but it was fairly clean. I’d stay again.
- Edgar (8/5): - Is a decent room,good price and nice staff.
- Celicia (8/5): - Check in was a breeze. Room is spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. The room is very dated but it has a microwave and fridge. For the price and location it fit our last minute needs.
- Marsan (8/5): - The rooms are spacious compared to most hotel rooms. They are clean and the beds a surprisingly very comfortable!
- Linda (4/5): - Ran down, bad AC,, tv didn’t work, holes in curtains, flooring coming up., no towels, no coffee maker, hard bed,
- Paul (8/5): - Property is extremely convenient off I5 and has economy pricing. The parking lot is somewhat difficult to navigate.
- Lawrence (10/5): - The front desk is always ready and helpful. Thank them ALL.
- Kari (2/5): Disappointed traveler - The room was not clean, drapes in horrible condition floors cracked and peeling, overall would never stay there again.
- Jonathan (10/5): - Good
- Christine (6/5): - 1 wash cloth for 2 people, 1 hand towel for 2 people was not enough.
The bed closest to the bathroom was uncomfortable.
- marcia (10/5): - I was able to park directly in front of my room
- ramiro (10/5): - Excellent
- Lyllyan (6/5): - The staff were nice. The room decent except the water didn't get hot for the shower and the lessons tub was clogged. They offered another room but we were preparing to leave and didn't want to pack up twice.. The people next door decided to have a conversation outside the door at 7am. And wouldn't go insane when politely asked. "Karen" attitude!
- Delrae (6/5): Place to stay - Could definitely use some updates. Beds were clean.
- Jorge (6/5): - Our room had multiple outlets and lights not working and also had issues with out television as well
- Carlos (10/5): - very nicely kept. mini jacuzzi
- Jonathan (6/5): - Be careful had roaches and ants appear fast if food is left out overnight… decent stay if you don’t have kids
- Hamza (2/5): - The mattress was broken and the showerhead was gross.
They do have free parking so that is a plus
- Verified traveler (6/5): - The room could use a good overhaul cleaning. The floor was peeling off and needs replacing
- WILL (10/5): - Good price, clean, and satisfied staying.
- Valerie (2/5): - There was food left from the previous occupant in the microwave and the walls were very dirty
- Andy (10/5): - Great price and very convenient location. Staff was friendly and helpful
- Fernando (10/5): - We
- Heather (2/5): - I wish i could post the pics I took of the room. The bed was horrible and worn on bad, one side was sunken in, mold in the AC unit, everything was crusty. I had to clean the remote for the TV because it was sticky. The bedding and towels were all stained leaving me guessing if they were even clean. And i mean EVERY piece of linen was nasty. There was garbage left in one of the trash cans. The site advertised a pool, but that was a half-truth. The pool was small, closed and full of trash. That was my view from my room. The ONLY good thing about this hotel was the location and the fact that we were able to check in agter 11pm.
- Lawrence (10/5): Ice cold A/C - What a Blessing the A/C was perfect because it was 105F outside.
- Juan (10/5): -
Good ser
- Kelly (6/5): - Mainly, the flooring and walls need attention. The lighting fixtures are loose and probably old. Some attention to detail would be beneficial.
- Gregory (10/5): - Coffee was decent. Staff was friendly. Room was very clean.
- WILL (10/5): - Good!!!
- Ana (6/5): - Not clean, had mosquitoes
- Tejas (2/5): - Half of the items are not working and the room looks very untidy
- Erica (6/5): - It was old and worn out. Floor boards in room cracked. Drapes stained and torn . Room wasn’t necessarily dirty but felt worn out.
- Andrew (2/5): - Looking at the pictures from the website - all looks good. When you arrive you realize the motel is at the top of the exit ramp from a major highway. Trucks breaking and accelerating all day.
There is a pool - but under construction. Breakfast? just coffee. TV - not working, AC - barely working. Dirt everywhere. Awful place. They also demanded $50 CASH deposit. Stay away from that dump.
- cliff (2/5): - The room are old and missing towel racks, toilet Paper holder, dirty walls. The place is a dump.
- Verified traveler (2/5): Poop - No ac when it was 95 out. no smoke detector. Everything in the room messed up and didn't work. Double charged. Do not stay here.
- WILL (10/5): - Great friendly staffs. Thank you.
- Louis (10/5): - Friendly and clean
- Eric (8/5): - Nice
- Keith (10/5): - Great location and convenient
- Cynthia (10/5): - Is really nice people and nice location, but i think if they upgrade those rooms and care more about have clean rooms
- Danny P (6/5): - So many little things not functioning properly or working at all. TV continusly lost signal. Shower pressure was intermittent and when it was low water was cold. Tub wasn't functional. Pool and Jacuzzi not working. Flooring was coming apart in several areas. The bed was really comfortable and the AC works well.
- Verified traveler (4/5): Very Noisy! - The hotel itself is okay—not in the best shape but not horrible. The big problem is that it has the thinnest walls I’ve ever experienced in a hotel. You hear every car and truck going by outside loud and clear. You can also hear everything going on in adjoining rooms — movements, tv shows, and conversations about deadbeat ex-husbands. If you stay here, bring earplugs!
- Garrett (10/5): - Very friendly staff, and nice room at a great price!
- attaya (6/5): - Not much to speak about this place. It was a place to stay.
- Julissa (2/5): - This place is so unsafe and a very unsanitary there was lots of hairs all over be bed sheets and pillows stained sheets and to top it off spiders crawling on the bed I have a sibling that is highly allergic, they were kind enough to change our room but the thought of seeing a spider crawling on the bed I was going to sleep on didn’t make me feel safe of clean the room had a bad odor as well i would have really wished I got my money back for all the inconvenience i literally had to go get another hotel to feel clean and safe a sleep with out the thought of spiders or any type of bugs if I wanted to sleep with spiders I would have slept outside. So unsanitary and unsafe.
- Jeramy And Nicole (2/5): - There was so much construction going on that I could not take a nap. There was also a lot of homeless people and they do not mention that it's next to the freeway so it is loud!
- Danette (8/5): Would stay here again - Could use some fixing up but the room was ok and the bed very comfortable, price was right
- Gregory (6/5): Clean, reasonably comfortable budget hotel - Pretty clean with good hot water, water pressure, and essentials other than hand lotion.
Rooms desperately need floors replaced (we had to wear shoes at all times as the vinyl floor was peeling up and creating a hazard (sharp pointy ends everywhere). Pillows need replacing as do curtains and don't even get started on lighting.
Bed was excellent, much better than your average Hampton Inn or similar class motel/hotel and better than some much more expensive places.
We would stay here again because overall it is OK for a more or less budget motel but would make sure to check out the room before accepting it.
- Santiago (10/5): - The guy in front super nice to
- WILL (10/5): - I enjoyed staying here for two nights.
- Keith (8/5): - The hotel was good for the price.
- Linda (6/5): - My room was right on the road….
- Vanessa (8/5): - It was fine for what we paid. Nothing exciting all just average. Only complaint was the bed wasnt comfortable. I stayed only because i was going to a funeral a few hours away from home and this did the job.
- Amber (2/5): - The poorest customer service and noisiest room you will ever experience.
- WILL (10/5): - I enjoyed staying here.
- mike (10/5): - Very attentive staff.
- Tiffany (8/5): - The lights were strange in the room, not many and switches in weird places, but the room was clean and the stay was nice.
- Brock (2/5): - Hair in the bed, stained sheets and dirty bathroom ugly property does the trick tho i guess
- Alan (8/5): - Convenient location, room not in the best conditions
- Mathew (2/5): - From the ridiculously noisy area, to the run down poorly kept property. There was no breakfast in the mornings. The coffee was horrible and the juice machine was broken.
Rooms were plain and the smoke detector was missing. And the DANG REMOTE DIDNT WORK WOTH THE TV! And the pillows were the worst.
Overall it was a sad experience. I’d rather sleep in my truck.
- Paul (6/5): Not awful, but I wouldn't come back - The good: the price was definitely right and the guy behind the desk was very nice.
The bad: the A/C and all the plumbing was loud as can be, and the walls were paper thin. There was just an ill-fitting door b/n the rooms and we could hear the Indian couple next door loud and clear as they chatted late into the night, played loud Indian movies w/ those high-pitched girl singers, and made love.
The ugly; What passes for a pool 7 jacuzzi was filthy, w/o water, and covered up.
- Thomas (6/5): - You get what you pay for and nothing more .
- Justin (6/5): Chill place ever in the area would stay again - No it was cool nothing extraordinary but it also wasn’t bad staff took care of me when I needed something and respected my space when I didn’t
- Fareena (6/5): - Desk clerk was very helpful. Tv didn't work and he came and fixed it. The floor in the room was in very bad condition- plank floor coming apart at the seams, tripping hazard.
- AMANDA (6/5): - Good place to stay if you just need a place to rest after a long day out. Everything kept clean. No unwanted pests. No noise. Parking lot is small. No elevator. Property and rooms are clean. Staff is friendly. The actual room could be maintained a little better as the floor was cracking and splitting and there was no cover over the drain in the shower or the bathroom fan. Overall decent place to stay. The room had a television, phone, refrigerator and microwave. Hotel provided shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap.
- Randa (6/5): - Room was semi comfortable, property was a little dirty & no pool and very run down
- Juan (4/5): - They provide a tv but no signal it’s better if they remove the tv the microwave was dirty and old insane to use and the extractor on the restroom it’s so annoying
- Verified traveler (4/5): Not clean - There was already someone else's trash when we first got into the room. When we first turned on the water in the shower it ran orange for a second before running clear. There was also a blood stain that went through multiple sheets on the bed, showing it had been there for a cool minute, and also showing the sheets had not been washed. There was also long hairs inside of our pillowcases.
- Jonny (10/5): - Great service!
- Richard (6/5): - Rooms were nice overall. Good value for the price.
Clean, comfortable bed. Table and chairs for use.
Flooring had gaps that were not nice to walk on.
Good shower with good water pressure, and hot water.
Bathroom fan was very noisy.
Pool and hot tub drained and closed. Does not look like it will be repaired/returned to service.
Good parking available near rooms.
Friendly desk staff.
Many restaurants within 1 mi walking distance.
- Newman (6/5): - Room was clean, but hotel seemed rundown and upkeep was lacking
- Efrain (6/5): - Overall ok. Dated by price reflects that.
- Mark (4/5): - Would not stay there again.
- Keith (8/5): - The place was nice and decent
- Julie (4/5): - You get what you pay for. The conditions are not great, and they have roaches.
- Happie (8/5): - It was okay
- gary (6/5): - The toilet didn’t work.
- Cindy (8/5): - The TV did not respond to the remote. The desk clerk brought a different remote the buttons were messed up. Towels were thin and bed was lumpy.
The desk clerk tried to help but it was an old hotel
- Alejandro (10/5): - Good
- Juan Eduardo (8/5): - La limpieza
- Natasha (10/5): - Great employees and highly recommend.
- Lucas (8/5): Nice people, noisy area - Kinda noisy as it is right off the freeway. Loud trucks and cars driving by. Service was good and the people were friendly though
- Richard (8/5): - Overall, the stay was decent . What i liked was the staff and check in process. What I didn’t enjoy so much was the parking configuration. I have a full size truck and it’s almost all compact parking and not very much of it .
- Enrique (8/5): - it was cool
- martingT584XY (2/5): Harassment - Worse hotel to stay at. Is being harrassed by Night staff member by named Ken. Really rude of a person. I have spent over 1300$ in two weeks and this is the treatment I get by employee. He come to knock on my door while I have a child sleeping at 11:30 pm wakes her up and is rude to me . Multiple times.
- Deborah (10/5): - Very nice
- Valerie (10/5): Great price great hotel - The staff was amazing the room was so nice and clean smelled wonderful and the price was amazing. Usually stay across the street at rodeway but they have gone down hill. This is my new place to stay whenever i go to magic mountain.
- Jody (6/5): - The hotel was good for the money, but not very comfortable. The bed springs were coming through the mattress making it difficult to sleep. The parking lot was very hard to park a mid sized car.
- Bobby (10/5): - Safe.
- Jeff (10/5): - Great Staff!
Easy, short walk to everything!
Thank You!
Jeff
- James (4/5): Just a place to sleep, shower and get out - This is a very old hotel that is just a place to sleep, shower and get out. The bathroom was clean and it had been fairly recently tiled on the floor and walls. The towels and the linens on the bed were clean. However, the flooring panels were not fully attached to the subfloor so they stuck up in many places. Several light switch and outlet plates were cracked. The door chain was broken so it had been attached to the wall with a padlock. There were only 3 clothes hangers and one of them was broken. There wasn’t a coffee pot nor iron in the room. Both the microwave and refrigerator were clean and in working condition . When we checked in we were told they offered coffee in the morning. When we went to checkout at 5:30 the office door was locked but there was a man behind the desk. When we asked about getting some coffee he told us through a window that they didn’t serve coffee until 6:00.
- Brenda (4/5): Substandard - This room we stayed in had the worst floor I have ever had in a room. I don't believe it should be a choice on Hotels.com. The tub was scary dirty as were the towels and floor rug.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Sleep stop on road trip - Reasonable price for a few hours sleep on road trip. Staff was friendly and room reasonably clean and comfortable. Decent but nothing fancy. Conveniently located and will stay again
- Ruth (6/5): Mixed feelings - The staff is very friendly and helpful, but this Inn is old and it shows. The first room we were given had a problem with the toilet, so we were given another room. The tub was old and the door to the bathroom did not latch, but everything was clean. The bed was a little too hard, and there was a lot of traffic noise from the constant steady stream of semi's heading to the Pilot station. But I'll say it again, everything was very clean, and it was the best price we could find in the area.
- Susan (2/5): - We checked in on Wednesday, December 11 and their was no shampoo, conditioner when I was already in the shower wet and had no clean towels and maid service through out the stay. Also I rebooked 12/14 on Expedia to 12/15 non-refundable. When I checked in, Jay said I cannot check in because of the situation with my son he was banned. I should not be charged for 12/14 and refunded due to after the fact information 🙃
- William (2/5): - I should know better but. Was tired and needed a bed. Never again
- alana (10/5): - Staff was really nice and helpful and was kind enough to answer all my questions would book here again .
- Kathryn (6/5): - This was a price friendly place to stay. No amenities. Rooms are pretty bare, floors are very much in need of attention. Bed was okay, but just okay. The people running the hotel were very nice!
- Dean (4/5): - Good place to rest after a long trip
- Tuan (6/5): - Okay place for a sleepover to continue the trip.
