- Andy (4/5): - The receptionist tried hard to be helpful. The mattress has collapsed. It should have been replaced years ago if not decades ago. False advertising that the room shave been refurbished. Only some rooms, and probalby the ones on the ground floor have been refurbished. The others have new carpet and a shower curtain. The window air conditioner is something else to be believed. Looks old and is loud.
- John (8/5): -
- Jean (8/5): It was easy to get to and very relaxed - excellent or the hospital & transport
- LUCY (4/5): -
- Lynette Lobo (5/5): -
- Aaron (6/5): Convenient to the hospital - Bed was too firm and the bathroom door didn’t shut properly. I informed the receptionist about the bathroom door
- Chris (8/5): - Value for money Nothing
- Rebecca (7/5): -
- Niruta (1/5): Very poor - I booked hotel st Leonards but were put in Greenwich inn above the car park, the room smelt like rotten milk everytime we went in, the floor was squeaking and the worst part was there were underwears and socks from previous guest which weren’t cleaned properly, and the floor wasn’t clean, you would be itchy if you sat on the floor. When it rained the roof was so loud as it has tin covering that you couldn’t sleep. And one day we were inside the room and a guy just opens the door and said “sorry we’re just here to show the rooms for inspection” there was no knock or no consent of asking. They have key doesn’t mean they can just open and show the room without knocking. I didn’t like anything. I didn’t like the fact that I booked this place.

- Yamini (4/5): I am happy with the location, but its the fact that they provide coffee and tea packs but no cutleries provided 😔 - location They don’t even provide cutleries and water bottle.
- Seamus (1/5): Bed bug infested lost a days work because I can’t open my eye - I sustained a severe bed bug attack and woke to find my eye swollen and itchy bites all over my body at first l thought it was mosquito bites but later when they started to blister found they are bed bug bites
- Jill (8/5): Affordable, convenient to hospital. - Close to hospital for admission the next day.
- Georgia (7/5): relatively good value for money - quiet, quite literally the perfect air conditioning, walking distance to train station, shower pressure was wonderful shower had a bit of lime and mold around the bottom, other than that no real issues
- Lynette (7/5): It was a reasonable price, clean and quiet. - Breakfast was good for a continental one and nice facility and outlook. Very clean quiet rooms. The bed could have been more comfortable. The television needed attention as had a yellow line across the screen. perhaps yoghurt could and fruit could be added to the breakfast.
- Maria (6/5): - Cleanness Breakfast. It was horrible!
- Keryn (7/5): -
- Sigrid (6/5): overall comfortable rooms to sleep in and lovely staff, good price for what we got. - the room were comfy for 3 people we stayed one night , needed to visit family in hospital so location to hospital was good. about a 250m walk.
- Estefany (4/5): Very disappointing - The bus stop is close, at least was a clean place. The room are very small, smells strongly of dampness, there wasn’t water and they didn’t have a reserve tank, the breakfast was very disappointing; it's clear they don't care about the customer's comfort and enjoyment it was very poor.
- kim (6/5): Not returning - Room right on Pacific Hwy, noisy. Lousy pillows. Small old bathroom
- Isaac (10/5): -
- Philip (7/5): Pleasant -
- Elizabeth (7/5): Great position, good value for money. - Convenient to RNSH Parking oyt back. Good value for money, continental breakfast basic but good. Parking - Only had 15cm on passenger side as couldn't open door drivers side 10cm from wall. Small car parked where sign said large car only. Needs a handle inside bathroom door, hard to open. Pillows very thin & cheap or maybe old?
- Pamela (10/5): - Within walking distance of Royal North Shore Private Limited car spaces
- Thai Ly (6/5): - the location was good for our needs and bed was comfortable car parking space was a very tight and difficult to park and get out of the car
- Savita (10/5): - Comfortable nice staff Comfortable affordable
- Cunanan (6/5): -
- Kerry (9/5): - The staff customer service was great 😃 Not the hotels fault just getting out from the cad park to the road but being Pacific Highway what can we expect lol..but the staff was brilliant
- David (1/5): NOT HAPPY 😡 The Motel didn’t get the booking date correct so I was unable to stay the night I booked through Booking.com - Didn’t even get there so cannot say The fact that they stuffed up with the booking date and I couldn’t stay or change the date 😡
- Christopher (7/5): -
- Heather (7/5): -
- Rahul (3/5): - Location Room service and cleaning and nit enough parking.
- Richard (7/5): - Good for price Mirror and shower head low
- Maree (8/5): The location was ideal for the purpose we required - The location was excellent with easy access to North Shore Private Hospital No comment
- Muthu Vijay (4/5): - The room was too small. Was to shocked to see
Moreover I came for work. I asked the team for early check out, but the response was shocking. I need to let them know 72 hours earlier. My check out date depends on the work. I do understand you need some time but 3 days early notice is worse.
- Ben (7/5): Good enough for the price - Clean Small rooms
- Dinesh (8/5): -
- Amandeep kaur (3/5): -
- Colin David (10/5): - Convenient location Did what I wanted; bed for the night in St Leonards
- Sherzod (4/5): -
- Cameron (5/5): It was a good place to stay for anyone that urgently needs to stay somewhere overnight, but I wouldn’t reccomend it to a - The location is drivably close to the Northside Conference Center
Overnight Street parking is available for free down the side street. Traffic noise was very loud on the upstairs front room although the advertising says ‘Noise Isolated Room’.
On site parking is extremely limited, with only 5 parks available.
Driveway to parking is very tight, with only allowing one way of traffic available and could easily cause accidents.
About 25 minute walk from Metro Station even when owner mentions it’s only 15 minutes. A bit misleading.
- Ranjeet (4/5): Write clearly about the facilities management is providing. - It was not clear about the rooms on the internet. It was written like double room but it was single room with two beds. Confined space poor breakfast options.
- Jordy (6/5): Prima ligging maar gedateerd hotel - De ligging, vlakbij metro en busstrook Zeer karig ontbijt, gedateerde kamer
- Antonio (10/5): -
- WUN SHAN (8/5): -
- shane (3/5): Never again. - Literally walked down to Mercure and booked into that hotel after spending about 30 minutes in my fly infested room that smelt like a detergent aisle.
- Mark (7/5): - Was a decent location for NYE. Room was basic but for a short stay when you're not going to spend much time in the room it's fine Breakfast was a bit bland. Would benefit from some pastrys
- Sparky (6/5): Great location to access the city. Good value for money over New Years Eve - The location of the train station was really good and meant we were in the city with no problems. The placement of the aircon unit meant the cold air was right on your face/head in the night and was unpleasant.
There was insufficient space around the bed.
- Sophia (2/5): terrible - / -extremely dirty; there was hair everywhere from the previous guests. The shower and sink were disgusting, and there was a living and a dead cockroach in the bathroom light. The bed cover was dirty
-Very small; there's no room for two suitcases, and there's no wardrobe.
-You can't open a window, and the air inside is very humid; the curtains were falling down when we tried to move them
-not soundproof
-totally overprized
- Christian (4/5): Abgewohntes Zimmer mit unbequemen kleinem Bett, ein liebloses Frühstück mit extrem wenig Auswahl -
- Mirzi Aileen (4/5): - You need to hang the “Clean My Room” tag for housekeeping to clean your room. If you don’t, they will only collect the rubbish and will not change the towels.
There was still hair and dust on the floor from the first day we stayed.
There is no elevator, so it may be difficult if you have heavy luggage.
- Paul (4/5): Well I don’t think I would be staying there anytime soon - Wel would not call that buffet breakfast, disappointing Well location is bad, there is not enough parking for the guests, hard also to find street parking close to hotel
- Houman (3/5): -
- Dong Kyu (1/5): - 위치 청결
- Zahir (7/5): - Comfy beds and room
7 parkings in the back, 2 temporary ones in the front but Lady there said we could use them. We didn't run out of parking on christmas
Also gave us an hour late check out. Little things can be improved.
Breakfast should include at least. Boiled eggs or scrambled.
Timing for breakfast should be at the minimum till 10:30am (not 9am)
Doors and handles need a little WD40
Hooks needed in bathrooms for hanging clothes
Bathroom accessories should be according to the rating of the hotel.
- Usama (5/5): -
- Paul (3/5): - the rooms were tidy 1 No lift has to carry heavy load upstairs.
2 The breakfast was horrible, there was little choices. One fruit was clearly eaten by a rat. I will never book this place again
- Lisa (10/5): -
- Augusto (3/5): -
- Alyssa (8/5): -
- Pascal (9/5): Super !! Bonne adresse - Emplacement proche bus métro train chambre propre et bien équipée Manque de diversité au petit déjeuner
- graeme (9/5): Convenient and efficient .great place to stay . -
- tarishi (2/5): - Breakfast was fine not too good. There was no microwave in kitchen if anyone wants to make hot milk coffee. There was no cutlery provided in the room, not even a single glass. Also the lady at reception was very rude when I asked her to keep keys in room as I will arrive late at night and due to which I have to chekin late in hotel.
- Malinda (5/5): -
- NAMKWAN (7/5): -
- Catherine (7/5): Did the job - Quiet Continental breakfast- dipping into communal jam jars and block of butter with crumbs. Cheap and nasty
- Akirah (8/5): Property was good but could have been cleaner! Staff were lovely! - It was very close to destination Could have been cleaner
- Brydon (7/5): -
- Colleen (1/5): - The room was close to my location Bad sewerage smells in the room
Rock hard bed
Mould in the bathroom
Flimsy door locks making it an unsafe option for lonely female travellers
Sticky carpet
- Isokiho (9/5): -
- Coleen (8/5): If you need to be close to RNSH this is the place. - Friendly Staff, I was there to be close to RNSHospital and it was a close walk. I can’t complain I was happy with facilities and it included breakfast.
- Anup (8/5): -
- Dave (6/5): - Location was great to commute to the city! Mattress was to firm for us, very limited breakfast options not worth the money you're better off just going to the supermarket and getting it yourself.
- Mathew (8/5): -
- Sam (1/5): I think there are probably hostels nicer, for half the money - Concierge staff were very friendly, check in was quick and easy, only a 10 minute walk to the train Very difficult to spot the driveway from the main road so we started by missing it and having to go completely around the block to try again. The room was filthy and there was black mold in the bathroom. All of the furniture was suspiciously sticky. The window in the bathroom didn't close so there were bugs in the room and the windows of the hotel next door pointed directly at the shower. Without any blinds nor shower curtain this meant there was no privacy in the bathroom. The toilet was also broken. When we walked into the room the flush was stuck and the tank couldn't fill enough to flush after use. My mum called the front desk and they kind sent "the boy" who did come and fix this, but not without complaining to her that all she needed to do was tighten it, as if she was supposed to have fixed the toilet herself. The window sill in the bathroom hadn't been cleaned since probably before the cleaner was born, there was a thick layer of grime (which was what prevented the window closing) and an ancient used hand soap from a previous guest. We paid $211 for this this room and had stayed at the Meriton suites the previous night for only $200 more, in a clean, spacious suite with 2 seperate bedrooms, 2 seperate bathrooms, private balconies each, a full kitchen stocked with cookware and dishes, a free washing machine and tumble drier in the suite, 3 TVs, the most gorgeous views of the Sydney skyline, and a restaurant downstairs. Comparatively, not worth the money.
- Dor (10/5): -
- Gary (10/5): - Fantastic staff and room was perfect
- JACQUELINE (6/5): Very convenient to hospital but hesitant to stay again - Location to hospital Rather tired. Bed uncomfortable and shower not the best. Not much parking

The bed was broken
