- Tatiana (10/5): - Расположение супер, всё рядом, и цена, конечно, огонь. У нас был номер с видом на бассейн. Большой просторный, с балконом, на балконе стулья, стол и сушилка. Рекомендую брать именно эту категорию. Мы бронировали номер с видом на бассейн. Первую ночь нас поселили в другой номер, выше категории, но по факту он хуже, потому что балкон выходит на оооочень шумную улицу, всю ночь тук туки ездили с громкой музыкой. На следующий день переехали в свой номер. Рекомендую брать номера с видом на бассейн, они самые лучшие в этом отеле. Шум от Банглы есть, но не критично.

- FRANK (5/5): It was fun trip for me and my friends, really enjoy the F&B and happening night around Patong beach. - I am talking specifically based on the room I stay (Room 306). The room is big and spacious (+1) and it empty with only 1 chair (-1), air conditioning works but it took long time to cool down (+1), I like the hot shower, works just nice and not too hot even it is in Max high (+1), lastly the location, it very near to access to convenience stores, restaurant and around 150 meter to Bangla Road (+1) First of all, there is a cannabis stall right in front of the main lobby, believe me, for a non-smoker like me, the smell makes me very uncomfortable every time I walked pass the hotel front entrance (-5). The is room big but very empty with only 1 chair and that it without any others furniture (-1), the conditions of the dressing table and closet is very rundown (-2), you can forget about the TV that no channels are available (-1), air conditioning works but not the remote control with missing back cover and it from other room as stated on the unit (-1), in the bathroom, a very funky and wetly smell from the wash basic (-1), next is the floor, no fully tile up like Room 302 and it feels sticky somehow (-2).

I didn't like that receprion asked me for a deposit for a room key on arrival, I had to go at midnight to exchange money to get THB to pay a deposit, they couldn't wait until the next day (((, although my stay for the whole period was fully paid. I was exhausted after the flight (my flight was delayed). There was no windows in room and a very small balcony with no view at all.

If this is hotel policy why don’t demonstrate any notice to the guests or inform guests of this policy in advance . The cleaner didn’t change the new towel daily I did complained to the front staff as well.

- Speedy (5/5): Not a goog choice - The location of the hotel 1. At the entrance weed store so you are going to get high every time from the smoke. 2. Reception not professional and very slow. 4. Room with cocroches and no air. 5. Tragic cleansers... I was in room 125 every day at 8 they start noises... The conversations lound they laugh all the time and the worst they put music at 8 like they were in a club.... I went out 3 times and I told them to stop and the look me like an alien...next again noise. 6. Pool not refreshed water and dirty. We left one night earlier. Also in 2026 they ask cash only. As a genius I do not recommend at all this hotel.

- Michels (4/5): It was okay for the time being, however not going back to same Hotel. - The best was that we were close to all amenities, Jungceylon Mall and Bunglaroad and more restaurants and Markets. On arrival our room was not clean. The shower had mill-dew between the tiles. The shower remained dirty during our stay as they do not know how to clean the soap scum off the tiles. We had to ask for toilet paper. We had to ask for them to clean the floor, before we could unpack. And clean the mildew between the tiles, which was poorly done, so we left it and stay as we would forfeit our booking money. The Pool area does not look at all like the pictures. Our Room did not have a view, besides the side of the hotel adjacent to another building / property.
