The location is convenient—about an 8-minute walk to the train station—and easy for carrying luggage. The hotel has a lift, and the room size is quite spacious for the area. They also offer a complimentary mini breakfast with free coffee and small bread, which was a nice touch. However, I was disappointed with the room conditions. The beds were wonky and not comfortable, and everything felt very dusty. The bedding looked yellow and not very clean. The bathroom didn’t have an exhaust fan, which made it feel damp. Overall, the room felt quite old and not well maintained. I had specifically requested extra cleanliness because my son has eczema and allergies to dust and mould, but the room was still dusty. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for families with kids, especially those with allergies.

The staff was very attentive and always made sure we had new sleepwear and towels as well. The location was also nice! We had plenty of places to eat and explore nearby, and it typically was only a 40-45 minute train ride if we wanted to go into Tokyo. Which wasn't bad, especially since the station was very close. Would absolutely stay again and recommend it to others. Nothing! Everything was great :)

- 鳥谷 (7/5): - JR川崎駅、京急川崎駅からも近く交通の利便性は抜群でした。 近くにコンビニや飲食店も多く、食に関しては不自由なく過ごせる感じです。 宿泊者向けの朝食パンも美味しくいただきました。 ベットやお風呂も広く、子供たちはよろこんでいました。 スタッフの方の対応も良かったです。 飲み屋街の中にある立地なので、深夜から早朝にかけて、若者なのか、酔っぱらいの騒ぎ声が気になる場面が少々ありました。 睡眠が深くなる家族は気にならないようでしたが、比較的浅く、敏感な私には耳に触り、満足に睡眠を取れない時間帯がありました。 耳栓があれば、気にならないかと思います。 ホテル自体はファミリー向けの部屋もあり、充実した内容でしたが、夜のホテル周辺の雰囲気は、大人の世界と言った感じです。

- yumiko (6/5): 不満だらけ。 - 出張で宿泊しました。 移動手段が車だったのですが、パーキングが高すぎ。 朝食の時間も他のビジネスホテルに比べたら、かなり遅い。 フロントの対応も無愛想。 次宿泊するかっと言ったら、もうないかな…。
- Ran (7/5): - エアコンがつかなくて最初ビックリしたけど、男性のスタッフさんがとても丁寧に対応してくれました。お風呂が今まで泊まったホテルの中でダントツに大きくてビックリしました。足のばしてゆっくり入らせてもらいました。シャワーの水圧も強くてバッチリでしたベッドのスプリングの固さがちょうど良くて、熟睡できました。掃除も行き渡ってて快適でした。 特にありません

- Takashi (8/5): - ツインの部屋で泊まったが、部屋もお風呂も広く清潔に管理されていました。朝、7時頃からパンが４種類くらい置いてあり食べてみましたがとても美味しかったです。コーヒーメーカーも置いてあり、大人には満足です。 私としての不満はありませんでした。しいていえば、朝食はパンだけでは物足りないと感じる人はいるかもしれません。そういった方は近くのコンビニで買い足したほうが良いと思います。私もサラダをコンビニで買って食べました。
- HARUMI (7/5): パンの食べ放題は美味しかった！ - フロントにある飲み物サービスや、氷、朝のパン食べ放題が無料でお得感がありました。 ミニパン3種類、どれもパン屋さんの出来立てのようで、トーストして食べましたが、激ウマでした。 部屋の冷蔵庫に無料のお水(ペットボトル)があったこと。 壁掛けのテレビが大きくて見やすかったこと、 スタッフが、となたも好印象だったこと などなど、とても良かったです また、一時間1000円で延長できたのはとても助かりました。 １時までの3時間延長して、のんびりできました。 近くにコンビニやお弁当屋があり、食べ物にも困りませんでした。 駅チカでロケーションは問題なしです。 照明が少し暗かった。 浴室のシャワーが外れてビックリ。

- Sun Jack (10/5): Kind and accomodating staff. Large clean and well-designed room. - Large spacious room, lots of interesting light features. The staff were very kind and accomodating, especially with a foreigner lacking sufficient japanese. Main train station is about an 11 minute walk.

- TAKAHIKO (8/5): - 繁華街に近く、そこに行かれる方には便利だと思います。繁華街に近いわりには静かです。部屋は綺麗です。シャワーだけなのでバスタブが欲しい人には向かないと思います。

- シゲノリ (8/5): - 東京在住です。旅行気分を味わいたくホテル検索。近場の川崎でこのホテルがヒット。 まず立地。駅からアーケードを抜けて繁華街を通過して右に曲がったらすぐ。素晴らしい。 ロビーも広くはないが十分な広さ。元々違う用途のリノベーションだと思うが、故に作りが綺麗。エレベーターも二機あるが敢えて連動していないところがよい。部屋も入り口も二重扉、大きなテレビ、手を挟まない作りの棚、綺麗なトイレ、入り口とトイレはオートライト。風呂は広々ジャグジー付き。これで大人二人子供一人の計三人であの値段なら間違いない。夜の付近の喧騒もそこまできにならない。中国人客がたくさんいたがホテル内は静かだった。 朝ごはんは四種類のマフィン、クロワッサンなど。コーヒー、ココア他は完全無料。建物入り口は渡されたカードキーが無いと入れないのでセキュリティも気にならない。徒歩1分でコンビニ。徒歩10秒で飲み屋街。飲んですぐに部屋に戻れる。川崎駅にはカワスイ（水族館）もあり、朝からあそべた。トリプルの部屋で、入り口横のシングルで寝たが当方185センチ以上ありベッドが小さく感じたが許容範囲。アメニティも基本的なものはすべてある。手ぶらで宿泊可能。 総合的に見てこの値段としては1番パフォーマンスが良いステイでした。おすすめします。
