• Philipp (2/5): - Gute Lage am Busterminal. Telefonisch wurde uns vorher gesagt, dass Kinder kostenlos sind. Bei Ankunft wollte man dann Gebühren verlangen, die man dann wieder zurückzog. Insgesamt war der Check-in sehr unangenehm. Wir wurden grundlos darum gebeten keine Flecken in Bettwäsche oder Handtücher zu machen.

• padilla (6/5): - Ang gusto ko sa sa zillion ay malapit sa SM Lipa, walking distance sa mall at sa terminal. Ang room na nabigay sa amin ay malakas naman ang aircon. Hindi naman malamok sa room at tahimik. Medyo malungkot lang ang kulay ng room siguro kaunti renovate lang or pagandahin lang ang pintura na maging modern. Walang netflix although may internet naman need lang ng smart tv. Wala din slippers sa room at bawal kumain at uminum na para sa mga naka check in ang hassle na may mga bawal pa lalo na pagkain at inumin super hassle lang na naghotel ka pero bawal kumain sa room. Ayun lang naman ang comment ko pero sulit ang stay niyo sa hotel lalo na kung nagbudget kayo.

Highly recommend Zillion. Meanwhile, payment policy and process is complicated and contradictory which irritate customers, Zillion should talk with Booking.com to improve it for seamless payment process

• Odvillaruel (10/5): Family friendly hotel, Very aaccessible - We love the whole place overall. The room we booked is for 5 people, we have two bunk beds and an extra. It was comfortable, the sheets amd towels smells nice, clean room and bathroom. The surroundings is family friendly, the kids love their small playground and trampoline. No elevator.

Friendly and accommodating staff as well as the guard. Clean surroundings. The place and location is safe. Even walking at night from SM to hotel feels safe.

Speaking of smoking, ang layo ng designated area. But overall, for the price, and the location (adjacent to SM Lipa terminal) it's a great deal na. But hoping na mabago yung mga concerns ko.
