However, I would like to respectfully highlight a concern regarding hygiene practices in the restaurant. I observed that the same cloth appeared to be used for cleaning both tables and chairs, after which cutlery was placed on the tables without a change of gloves. This may be an operational detail worth reviewing, as maintaining the highest hygiene standards is essential for ensuring guest comfort and confidence.

The staff did not meet the expectations of a 5-star hotel. The food quality was also below the standard expected from a 5-star property. Additionally, the room was very small considering the price we paid, and it did not offer good value for money. Overall, the experience did not match the level advertised, and unfortunately, I would not choose to stay here again.

abhishek (9/5): Perfect to enjoy views and snow in winters. - Location was good to enjoy snow in the winter and views from the windows.Amenities were not like the five star but it was ok. Room and hotel temperature was pleasant for winter. We enjoyed playing in the snow. Little bit language problem and few more amenities should be there in the room like glassware etc.if you have your own vehicle then the place is perfectly fine otherwise little far from the market.

Lehardy (7/5): Bon hôtel mais pas du satisfait de la qualité des prestations. - Emplacement pas trop près du centre mais facile d'accès, parking, piscine, sauna, hammam. Demi-pension bon rapport qualité-prix, inclus dans le prix de la chambre. Notre chambre n'a pas été nettoyée ni rangée pendant la durée de notre séjour, seulement à la fin, le dernier jour, après de multiples demandes et plaintes. Ils nous ont affirmé que la chambre n'était pas nettoyée parce qu'il y avait du monde, seulement ce n'était que pendant une précise, les autres heures, a savoir tous les autres jours a partir du midi, nous n'étions pas dans notre chambre et donc ils auraient pu trouver un horaire pour effectuer le nettoyage et nous changer les serviettes et les peignoirs. Seulement manque de bol, on nous a ignorés, de plus ils ne disposaient plus de peignoirs! Un seul ascenseur pour huit rangées d'étages, c'était assez incommode. Le management ne nous a proposé aucune solution ni apporté d'excuses. On ne reviendra pas dans cet hôtel.
Nina (7/5): Не уровень заявленных 5 звезд - Отдыхаем в отеле 3й раз (каждый раз приезжаем на сутки). Конечно, больше всего привлекает теплый бассейн, джакузи и несколько саун. Летом хорошо отдохнуть от жары Еревана, зимой - посмотреть на снег и согреться в СПА. Кровать удобная, по нашей просьбе заранее при онлайн бронировании всегда делают единую кровать из 2х (в базовой категории 2 кровати и небольшое окно, но нам ок). Есть услуга трансфера, которая заберет из центра или довезет в центр города. В номере чисто. Наконец сделали диспенсеры с шампунем/кондиционером/мылом, стало удобно. Любезные официанты на завтраках и ужинах. В этот раз стали задумываться, не сменить ли все-таки отель при поездках в Цахкадзор. В Спа зоне, к сожалению, очень часто шумно по вечерам, приходят большими семьями, дети прыгают в воду с бортика (хотя так запрещено, но из персонала только бармен, который за этим не следит). В номере тоже было шумно, потому что вокруг жили семьи, которые бегали из номера в номер и хлопали дверьми до ночи. Завтрак и ужин - немного блюд и не очень вкусно (горячее часто пересолено), а у кофемашины нет возможности сделать кофе с молоком (можно долить холодное молоко самостоятельно). Это не уровень 5 звезд однозначно. Питание на 3 звезды. Есть ощущение, что большие проблемы с коммуникацией между отделами. Пытались сказать на ресепшен, чтобы нас забрали из центра города в указанное время трансфера, но никто вовремя не приехал. Звонили несколько раз на ресепшен, нам сказали, что нас ждут. В итоге перезвонили и выяснилось, что никто не ждет, водитель только едет, а когда водитель приехал, махал нам, чтобы мы пришли к его месту остановки. Это не сервис вообще. Продлили номер до 13 часов, в итоге нас с удивлением спрашивали горничные, неужели мы продлили номер. Ковролин в номере уже требует замены. Белье синтетическое.

Especially Ms Satine took care of us as some of the facilities were not working due to maintenance issues and she ensured that we don’t leave the property with any bad experience. Но так как мы небыли в этом отеле ниразу немогли даже предположить, что такое возможно и мне как матери 2 детей придётся бегать с этажа на этаж к своему ребёнку. Это однозначно не пятизвездочный отель! В номерах очень старый ремонт и не совсем чисто, даже несколько раз попадались сухие тараканы. Нет мини бара. Гигиенические принадлежности были предоставлены не все, и приходилось просить. Если есть услуга подъёма вещей на этаж с самой машины по приезду, думаю и по выезду это должно быть. Очень скучное меню которое можно заказать в номер. Территории для прогулок вблизи отеля практически никакой. Отель на троечку!
