Dennis (10/5): Absolute aanrader voor comfortabel en vooral rustig verblijf. - Het is 10 minuten lopen tot aan Plaza de Armas, maar daarvoor krijg je rust terug. De kamers waren schoon (iedere dag ook schoon gemaakt) en comfortabel. Goede bedden en kussens, warme regendouche. Elektrische verwarming was op de koude avonden ook erg fijn. Het personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het ontbijtbuffet was uitgebreid met voldoende keuze. Bij de receptie stond altijd coca thee klaar. Gratis bagage opslag en bij terugkomst van de meerdaagse trek in de avond stond mijn bagage al op de kamer, dat is pas service!

Lourdes Beatriz (7/5): Bien - La ubicación es muy buena. Cerca de la Plaza de Armas y de los atractivas del Centro Histórico. Puedes disponer de paraguas en casa llueva o de bebidas calientes como cortesía en la recepción, durantes las 24 horas. El día que ingresé me asignaron una habitación al costado de la zona de remodelación, en donde se encontraban trabajando, incluso pasadas las 22:00 hrs, además del molesto olor a tíner y la oscuridad en el área asignada, incluso casi me caigo por la falta de iluminación. Felizmente, luego de informar a la recepción y quejarme sobre la situación, tuvieron la acertada decisión de trasladarme a una habitación sin estos inconvenientes, además de expresar sus disculpas por escrito y con una canasta de frutas para compensar las molestias ocasionadas.

Staff was very helpful and compassionate when my tour guide forgot to pick me up one morning for a day long tour and another incident when hotel wi-fi wasn't working on my phone. Front desk lady Patrycja and others talked with the technician for 45mins to resolve my problem. They were unable to resolve the issue but I know they tried their best. Nothing

Nathaniel (8/5): - I loved that I didn’t need our white noise machine to fall asleep because you could hear the River that runs through the city. Some might not like that but we loved it. Our windows opened right up to it. The hotel has a laundry service that was so convenient for us. There is a yummy restaurant downstairs , we had an olive pizza every night. It was a little musky in the room due to being right by the water, but other than that and a little dirt, it was perfect.
