Mangelfuld information fra receptionen ved ankomst, for eksempel i forhold til hvor værelserne lå, ingen elevator til 4. Sal, hvad man skal gøre ved parkering, wifi. Vær opmærksom på, at der ingen aircondition er, kun en vifte. Lokationen af hotellet er godt. Personalet er generelt venligt. Ligger midt i byen, lidt støj fra barer kan forventes.

The housekeeping staff did not hurry us. We cannot speak to the restaurant as it was closed for vacations while we were there. The only issue that could have been better was no air conditioning. It would have been appreciated at both stays.

- Andrew (8/5): - My trip was a fleeting overnight with an early departure next morning. Staff were very friendly. The room very clean and the bed comfortable. The surrounding were quiet but the hotel was in a good location, although Vevey was quiet as a whole during my brief visit. I didnt get to try the food as i left too early for breakfast When i checked in the restaurant appeared to be busy with what appeared to be locals ... which says to be it has to be good.

- NIKITA (8/5): Central hotel... - A clean, central hotel with very helpful staff. We stayed in the apartment with basic, tired looking furniture and decor. The shower had an issue but the reception gave us keys to another room with a good, working shower which we could use when we needed.
- m (8/5): - Area is extremely convenient and room is spacious even though bathroom model is more dated. But window and Juliet balcony in bathroom make it cheerful in sun. Not too many vegan options in Vevey though but good and varied stores around. Check in was very good. Television didn’t seem to work. Overall, a very good stay.

Sehr netter Empfang, leider bringt die Pandemie viele Einschränkungen (Restaurant im Hotel nur eingeschränkt geöffnet, Frühstück nicht möglich), was aber die Qualität des Übernachtung an sich nicht schmälert.

- Carlos (6/5): Estancia en Les Negociants - El Hotel, en términos generales bien. Muy limpio y en una ciudad preciosa. El problema vino con el desayuno. Personal colapsado con 5 mesas, y muy poca variedad de productos (El primer hotel en el que el cliente se tiene que hervir él mismo un huevo). La segunda mañana optamos por desayunar fuera, pero igualmente nos lo cobraron. Al reclamarlo, de mala gana nos lo devolvieron (argumentando que nosotros les teníamos que haber avisado de que no nos lo cobraran¿?). Además, tampoco dieron opción a pagar una parte de la factura en metálico y otra con tarjeta (Para no tener que cambiar francos después), argumentando que "No les iba bien".. pues mire Ud... "a nosotros tampoco..". Vimos poca servitud y profesionalidad en la persona que gestionó el checkout. Tampoco fue capaz de ingresarnos el importe cobrado de más, obligándonosa cambiar aún más importe en metálico. Una pena.. aun esperamos las disculpas..

Our windows overlooked a small street with a restaurant and related noise which I liked but others may not. Quick walk to the bus, main Vevey plaza & lakefront. Check in and out was quick. Breakfast was reasonable and relaxing.

Has elevator good for one plus his luggage. Check in easy and polite, staff is good and helpful. We spoke French with them but suspect that at least one spoke English. However Hotels-com booking email showed a kitchen facility stove and dining area, cookware etc and none of this not even a water heating kettle was in the room. Has a small refrigerator. Room was small, expensive and no breakfast included. The hotel restaurant we tried and was good. Nice location 10 mins from railway stn, in old town small streets with shops and good cafes and restos everywhere. Vevey is a good to visit place. Would stay again there.
- DB (10/5): - I had a lovely time in the hotel. Sebastian ( I believe this is the right name), at the front desk was exceptionally helpful and friendly. I will always remember him. The hotel is in a gorgeous location, by the stunning lake and also in the heart of the city.

- Scotia (8/5): Near train station - The location is on a main thoroughfare therefore a bit noisy. However, the staff was friendly and very helpful with providing a fan for "white noise". The train station is a very short walk which is great because we were not using a car. Clean, spacious ( for European style) and very good for us.
- Verified traveler (10/5): excellent stay - Such nice hotel. We have 6 people and stayed in the apartment. There are two bedrooms with 1.5 bathroom. It has a fully equipped kitchen, a dinning room with dinning table and chairs. It has a pullout sofa in the living room. It is very close to training station and bus stop. Rooms are clean and Staffs are nice. The guy we met during the day speaks very good english, and gave us lots of help. There are other girls who tried to help us as well, but does not speech much english. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.
