Romain (10/5): Parfait - Tout était parfait. Le personnel est très gentil et à l’écoute, et nous avons reçu de nombreux conseils sur les visites à faire pendant le séjour. Nous n’avons pas testé le restaurant, mais le petit-déjeuner était excellent, avec des produits locaux faits sur place. La piscine et la vue depuis celle-ci sont exceptionnelles. Je recommande vivement cet établissement. Gros plus sur les logements équipé de cuisine, ce qui permet de manger tranquillement dans notre logement.

Tobias (10/5): Entspannung pur - Das Resort hat eine super Lage. Es ist sehr entspannt und das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Vor allem Francesco ist wirklich sehr nett und aufmerksam. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet. Man sollte allerdings mit einem Mietwagen planen, das das Hotel etwas außerhalb des nächsten Ortes liegt.

Alberto Maria (10/5): Bellissima fuga dalla città - La location è stupenda, la vista è mozzafiato. La posizione è perfetta per visitare (ovviamente in auto) le bellezze di quella zona, a pochi minuti dal paese e vicinissima allo svincolo autostradale. La struttura è di recente ristrutturazione, si respira pace appena arrivati. Lo staff tutto è estremamente cordiale e disponibile, ci siamo sentiti subito a nostro agio. Particolare attenzione per i bambini, anche nella scelta della camera (la nostra aveva un piccolo patio esterno dove poter riporre il passeggino e fare giocare il piccolo all'aria aperta). Colazione buona ed abbondante, ristorante alla carta altrettanto buono. Straconsiglio per una vacanza all'insegna del relax, in coppia o in famiglia.

WIDAD (8/5): Excellent - Le cadre ,la piscine, la vue, le personnel très gentil et l'emplacement entre la mer et centre mais il faut absolument une voiture. 2 Parking privé il y a toujours de la place . Le petit déjeuner local et fait maison mais il ne faut pas s'attendre à des quantités comme les grands hôtels. Pas de gâchis et ça c'est très bien .du sucré du salé yen a pour tout le monde Au début j'étais déçu non pas par l'hôtel mais par l'ambiance car ce n'était pas ce que je recherchais avec des enfants mais finalement on s'y plaît bien car calme même trop calme 😁 . Je le conseillerais bien a mes proches et si j'y retourne dans le coin ça sera sans hésitation mon premier choix . La propreté des extérieurs et de la piscine irréprochable .dans les chambres un peu moins au sol mais les draps et SDB et serviettes nickel. Des serviettes de piscine dans la chambre changés tout les 3 jours c'est un vrai plus. J'aurais aimé un peu de musique a la piscine. La première nuit dans une chambre sur jardin en bas et j'étais bien embêter par des fourmis partout mais dès le lendemain ils nous ont changé la chambre et c'était nickel jusqu'à la fin

Edgar (9/5): Gepflegte Anlage mit gutem Service - Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und alles ist sehr sauber. Der Blick auf das Meer ist schön. Die Zimmer werden täglich sehr sauber gereinigt. Das Frühstück ist reichlich und die Auswahl, gut. Die Anlage ist nach Norden in Richtung Meer ausgerichtet, was einerseits schön ist (Meerblick) aber andererseits, durch die nahen Berge, gibt es keine Abendsonne (zumindest nicht im Oktober)
JAIME MIGUEL (10/5): Relajante en un ambiente encantador - Las vistas son espectaculares. Se respira una tranquilidad que relaja bastante. Me gustó mucho pasar allí los tres días porque era una buena base para visitar varias ciudades y pueblos de alrededor: Erice, Trapani, Castellammare, etc y, al mismo tiempo, comer las comidas que nosotros mismos nos preparábamos, descansar por las tardes y disfrutar de esplendidos desayunos con unas preciosas vistas al mar. Excepcional. El recepcionista que nos atendió un joven encantador y muy amable de una manera natural. Perdóname por no saber tu nombre. Al vecino le dio por cortar el césped con una máquina de motor a combustión a nuestra española hora de la siesta. Fue mala suerte. Nuestro hotel no tenía la culpa.

The breakfast offering is amazing. It’s in an incredible location with beautiful gardens but the rooms are a tiny bit tired.

Drobilits (6/5): - Szép a kilátás, nagyon kedves volt a személyzet. Nagyon lehangolóak a szobák, szürke kopott/szakadt bútorok, fehér fényekkel, szörnyű berendezés. Nem volt kellemes érzés a szobában lenni:(

Reika (9/5): Nice relaxing place - Nice quiet resort with a clean pool and amazing view of the sea. Staff were friendly and polite. Breakfast was good. Room was equipped with kitchenette including microwave, ironing board, so was convenient. I was expecting a full sea view or at least a decent view of the sea from my room considering the photos of the room I booked showed the rooms upstairs with sea view but I ended up getting a room downstairs which I wouldn't consider as a sea view so I was kinda bummed out. Maybe the hotel could categorize the room more appropriately to avoid this.
Dagny Jæger (8/5): Great place, peace full and a wonderful view. - Away from the crowds and all the turist. The road to the property was steep and in not to good conditions.
Bonita (8/5): - Schone fijne kamer. Netjes zwembad en prima ontbijt. Ontbijt was alleen niet heel gevarieerd. Wel is het nodig om een auto te hebben.

Sascha (10/5): - Die Zimmer sind geräumig und sauber. Das Bad hat eine angenehme Größe. Pluspunkt war die kleine Küche mit Kühlschrank. Der Pool war sauber allerdings nicht beheizt. Der Frühstücksbereich ist fantastisch. Man kann draußen sitzen und hat einen fantastischen Ausblick. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich Insgesamt liegt das Hotel sehr ruhig, so konnten wir die letzten Tage noch entspannen.
Marcel (10/5): - Unterkunft war super. Die Rezeption jedoch unfähig und unwillig pünktlich ein Taxi zu reservieren. Obwohl das mehrfach von mir am Vorabend gewünscht wurde. Insofern passierte was passieren musste, das Taxi kam Morgens 30 min später und nicht innerhalb 10 Minuten und zum absoluten Abzockerpreis von 100€ für 25 Minuten Fahrzeit. Zudem fragte uns der Taxifahrer wieso wir kein Taxi vorher reservieren, es wäre Glück gewesen das jemand Zeit hatte.

sharon (8/5): Nice hotel in a quiet atmosphere - This is a very nice hotel. In a very quiet area. We spent 4 days there The staff are very friendly. Pool area is spotless! Continental breakfast has very good choices and the wait staff can’t do enough for you! Our room was ok… we were told that we would have fresh beach towels every 3rd day which we did not. We got fresh bathing towels though. There wasn’t any extra toilet paper either we had to ask for it. All in all it was good.

Hendrik (8/5): Schöne Hotelanlage mit tollem Blick auf die Bucht von Castellmare - Traumhafte kleine Hotelanlage oberhalb von Castellmare del Golfo mit einem wunderbaren Blick auf die Berge und das Meer. Mit dem Auto erreicht man auch den Hauptstrand von Castellmare in 10 Minuten. Der Pool ist aufgrund des Ausblicks toll gelegen. Zu empfehlen ist auch das Abendessen (wenn auch recht teuer) auf der Terrasse des Hotels, das aber sehr gute Qualität liefert. Die Hotelanlage lebt aber vor allem von ihrem Blick! Das Personal sollte aber ausgetauscht werden (s.u.). Beim Frühstück gibt es nur Fruchtsäfte aus dem Automaten, kein frischer Saft. Der Pool ist am Morgen und abends ab 19.30 Uhr geschlossen. Wenn man bei der Abreise einen späten Flug hat, verwehrt das Personal den Gästen den Zugang zum Pool, nachdem man ausgecheckt hat - angeblich aus rechtlichen Gründen (haben wir in Italien noch nie erlebt!). Dann wurde das Personal noch sehr unfreundlich als wir darauf hinwiesen, dass es ein No Go ist, nachts um 1.00 Uhr mit einem Pick-Up durch die Anlage zu fahren, um alles mit gesundheitsschädlichen Pestiziden einzunebeln. Es wurde zwar am Vortag ein Zettel auf den Tisch gelegt, der aber so platziert war, dass er zwischen Reiseführern und anderen Papieren, die wir beim einchecken bekommen hatten, gar nicht auffiel. Bei der Freundlichkeit gegenüber den Gästen ist deutlicher Steigerungsbedarf.

Trinidad (8/5): Apartamento sencillo, lindo y tranquilo - Todo muy bien, muy tranquilo. Lo único es que la piscina cerraba muy pronto, a las 7 en verano no se puede aprovechar si estás todo el día fuera en excursiones o haciendo día de playa. El resto impecable
Keith (8/5): - We enjoyed our stay. Pool overlooking the valley with seaview is very relaxing and nice. The property and rooms are very clean. Located very centrally and easily accessible. Breakfast is too crammed. Needs to be spaced out better for the amount of residents around.

Maciej (10/5): Fantastyczne miejsce z pięknym widokiem, cudownym jedzeniem i najlepszą obsługą - Fantastyczna obsługa (pozdrawiam młodego fana Juventusu z recepcji oraz uroczego kelnera z tatuażem 900 <3) , cudowne śniadanie z dużym wyborem i kawą z ekspresu (!), piękne przestronne pokoje, przepiękny widok z balkonu na morze i gwiazdy nocą. Piękny zadbany ogród. Zero owadów! Raj do którego chce się wracać! Kwiki małych dzieci innych gości ;)

Struttura nuova, piscina con vista mozzafiato, gli appartamenti essenziali e dotati di ogni comfort Forse se proprio devo trovare un piccolo difetto, attrezzerei un po’ meglio la cucina con cose basilari come sale,zucchero, tovaglioli e qualche ciotola extra. marieana (6/5): Great view but that’s about all compared with other places we had stayed in - The view was great The shower leaked, and was so small that the every time you moved you hit the mixer tap, the towels smelt like vinegar and were threadbare. The Tv wasn’t great . No coffee maker. Pillows terrible. Breakfast was loaded with sweets and the hot food was served cold in the Bain Marie. No view from the bed.

Roberta (9/5): Vacanza bellissima - Bellissima struttura, personale accogliente e molto disponibile. La piscina offre una vista mozzafiato e le camere sono accoglienti e pulite, dotate anche di un piccolo ambiente cucina. La colazione è abbondante e curata sia per il dolce che salato. Unico difetto è l'insonorizzazione delle stanze, non si sentono voci, ma lo sbattere delle porte dei vicini possono creare disturbo la notte. Naturalmente dipende anche dalla sensibilità degli ospiti, ma sicuramente registrando la chiusura della porta d'ingresso del piccolo monolocale si eviterebbe di sbattere la porta più volte per chiuderla.

Billy (7/5): Hotel and view very nice staff and everything else not good - The view was excellent the room was large and clean On arrival at 11.30 I was told that check inn was 3pm which was fine I was told I could use the restaurant to buy food but not use the pool area until check inn which I have never experienced any where in the world also I checked out at 7am breakfast was at 7.30am which is fine I asked for just an espresso which is free at breakfast they then charged me for 2 espresso’s even though I wasn’t having breakfast which I thought was disgusting

Tosl (6/5): Okay Resort med kedelig afslutning på opholdet. - God morgenmad og rene værelser. Larm fra hunde der gøede om natten. Endvidere måtte vi skifte værelse pga. en vandpumpe der konstant larmede om natten. Spurgte dagen inden afrejse, om vi måtte benytte deres faciliteter, da vi havde en aften flyver. Her fik et klart JA. Dagen efter blev vi nægtet adgang til swimmingpool og toiletter, da vi havde checket ud. Vi kunne deres restaurant mod betaling - Det blev til et klart NEJ TAK fra vores side.
