- Birgit (1/5): Wir sind nicht dort geblieben und gleich wieder abgereist - Das Duschbad war eine Zumutung, solch ein Bad war im Internet nicht zu sehen! Nur gepflegte und großräumige Bäder wurden gezeigt. Im Schlafzimmer ließ sich das Insektennetz nicht hochschieben, somit konnte auch nicht das Fenster geöffnet werden.

- Esther (7/5): We hebben een fijn verblijf gehad op een prachtige locatie, maar miste wat comfort. - Mooi groot zwembad met een prachtig uitzicht. Rustige accommodatie met niet teveel appartementen. Voldoende parkeerplaatsen. Fijne zitplaats op het eigen terrasje. Het huisje was heel erg gehorig en nogal verouderd. De douche werd bijvoorbeeld heel snel koud, en de boiler moest dan weer gereset worden. Het bed was vreselijk hard. De hygiëne was zo zo.

- ago54 (2/5): purtroppo insoddisfacente - solita buona posizione malgrado la conferma ricevuta invece dell'alloggio dell'anno precedente mi è stato riservato un alloggio che non rispettava le mie richieste creandomi grossi problemi nella gestione dei miei due cagnolini (come si vede dalle foto questo doveva essere il giardino recintato x i miei cani: sporco non comunicante con l'alloggio ..avrei dovuto lanciarli dalla finestra)
- PJA (6/5): it was a pleasant stay because you live outside, if this was not the case i probabley left - the location and the view are great. the accommodation has a verry nice pool and BBQ site het room was really outdated there for the bathroom was functional but not clean, the windows had musqito nets but they where broken. the basement bedroom was moisty and not healthy it also did not have any curtions to close for the night.

Non mi è piaciuto che siamo arrivati di domenica e non c'era nessuno per il check-in perché di domenica la reception è chiusa, mi devo trovare una busta sulla porta della reception chiusa con nome e cognome di chi ha prenotato, con sotto indicato il nome dell'appartamento a noi designato. Nella serie viva la privacy! Nella busta il codice wifi era sbagliato. Non mi è piaciuto che abbiamo telefonato al proprietario lasciando anche un messaggio e non siamo mai stati ricontattati, non mi è piaciuto che l'appartamento Mughetto sia venduto per 4 adulti e invece sia da due adulti e due bambini ... perché la matrimoniale ok, ma l'altra è assolutamente insufficiente per due adulti. Zero spazio per aprire le valige, zero armadio (c'erano appesi ad un attaccapanni decorato con gli animali della fattoria, ....da bambini?, due grucce.....ah beh), Non mi è Piaciuto trovarci palesemente un materasso più grande messo su due letti singoli più piccoli (uscivano fuori di una spanna sia da una parte sia dall'altra) lascio immaginare la comodità. Inoltre c'è la classica finestrella da sottotetto senza una tendina, senza niente che riparasse dalla luce ..ci abbiamo messo un asciugamano. Non mi è piaciuto non avere la cappa sopra i fuochi in cucina. Non mi è piaciuto trovare il pavimento del terrazzino molto sporco. Non mi è piaciuto trovare il gabinetto che perde insieme al bidet e al rubinetto del lavandino. Il Frigo a mio parere poteva essere più grande. In Piscina non c'è sorveglianza, ci sono solo 2 ombrelloni grandi e due piccoli, quindi se volete un lettino all' ombra dovete avere culo o andare al mattino e lanciarci un asciugamano, saranno vostri per tutta la giornata. Viene segnalato un carretto che viene a 30 metri dalla reception per 3 volte a settimana per comprare pane, frutta e verdura...mai visto.

- Carol (9/5): Lovely peaceful setting away from the hustle and bustle - We stayed at Calanchi in 2019 and always said we would return. We love the rural location, it is so quiet and peaceful with more bird and animal life than nearer town. The pool is beautiful and has glorious views. Easy drive to Montaione for the supermarket and restaurants. It has ample parking , air conditioning, and Lovely outdoor seating on the balcony. Check in and check out are problem free. Alessandro was more than helpful. We have had two exceptional family holidays here, it's a special place, we loved our second visit. We had a balcony apartment ( the same one as in 2019!) it was obvious the balcony hadn't been swept or cleaned for many weeks so we had to do a bit of a clean and tidy when we arrived.. However this was a small issue. The inside of the apartment was clean and very well equipped. Our only complaints were regarding some other guests who were "reserving" sunbeds by laying their towels and belongings on them then disappearing for several hours. This was very inconsiderate and not something we experienced during our last visit. The same visitors brought a portable radio to the pool side and played loud rock music , disturbing everyone.....clearly they didn't own any headsets or ear buds. For us the joy of Tuscany is the landscape and the serenity.

- Donata (7/5): Good - The host was very friendly and very helpful. Great location. The apartment did not have an oven and kettle, washing machine was available only by buying a coin for 3 euros in reception. The shower was difficult to access and the wifi did not work at all.

Clean swimming pool with several separate terraces equipped with sunbeds to relax. Friendly staff, well-equipped apartment, comfortable beds. In a duplex apartment, the upper level is cramped and heats up quickly, luckily it is equipped with air conditioning. There is one shared washing machine for all apartments, which sometimes means waiting for it to be available too.

- Cat (5/5): Great pool but the place needs some care and love put in to it! - The swimming pools are great! Great views and fruit trees! Towels and sheets were clean. Do not go for a ground floor apartment. The second bedroom is underground and not safe to sleep in as very damp! Had to all sleep upstairs. It was not clean! Found broken chunk of glass beside couch. Fridge was not on and smelt so bad and dirty. Bathrooms were dirty and shower door falling apart. No actual mattress covers or protective pillow case. So sheets direct on bare mattress. Didn’t really get a proper tour or introduction about place. Fend for yourself. 5 euros for one wash to use washing machine. Cheaper to was in town. No actual cheese grater for Parmesan cheese! They did offer us another apartment upstairs but it was at the back of the place with no view and stairs would be too dangerous for kids and defeated the reason we chose the place which was to have ground floor and be able to watch children play. Random loud teenagers and people use the pool at weekend not from the complex!

- Alberto (8/5): What a wonderful view. - The view was a dream, a nice place looked after cleaned and nice. The swimming pool was very good. The shower was a bit uncomfortable but not a big deal.
- K_a_a (10/5): Exceptional - Perfectly located in the middle of beautiful Tuscany on top of a hill within approx. 1 hour drive to any of its main cities: Florence, Siena, Pisa and Lucca, this apartment has everything to enjoy a vacation: spectacular view on surrounding farms, olive and cypress trees etc., enough space and all of the necessary equipment, a balcony with another great view that was our main eating place, a swimming pool, BBQ, Wi-Fi and laundry. Talking about equipment and service: we were deeply positively impressed by owner's response when we asked for an iron, that appeared to be missing in the whole apartment complex. They've bought a new one and brought it to our apartment the same day. We wished a bide in the bathroom was sacrificed if favor of a full-scale shower cabin. A wasp nest near the pool is better to be removed.
