Weronika (8/5): Polecam - Spacerem blisko do wszyskich najważniejszych atrakcji Sevilli, czysto, bardzo pomocni pracownicy, którzy wskazali jak dostać się do budynku/pokoju. Wygodne łóżko, przyjemna okolica budynku. Wyposażenie bardzo dobre. Skrzypiące drzwi wejściowe do pokoju. Słabo wygłuszone okna, gdyż w nocy słychać sporo hałasów aut, śmieciarki czy osób korzystających z lokalu gastronomicznego, który jest położony tuż obok budynku. To był mój drugi pobyt i tym razem mimo że byłam o kilka dni dłużej, nie było personelu sprzątającego w pokoju, który mógłby dołożyć papier czy wymienić ręczniki.
Nicole (1/5): Struttura per niente seria! - Avevo pagato in data 26 marzo l'importo di €162 euro, prenotazione confermata, ero in contatto fino al giorno prima con la struttura la quale mi ha mandato tutte le informazione per il check in, il giorno del mio arrivo (28 aprile 2026) mi mandano una mail comunicando che c'è stato un errore nel prezzo "esposto" e già pagato un mese fa, e che avrei dovuto pagare euro 3700 per alloggiare nel loro appartamento INCOMMENTABILI!!!! NON HANNO PIÚ RISPOSTO E MI HANNO CANCELLATO LA PRENOTAZIONE

Emmanuelle (7/5): Bien placé mais un peu cher - Nous avons aimé l emplacement , central mais loin du bruit, le calme de la rue, l entrée prestigieuse...la hauteur de plafond de la chambre la penderie....la machine a café . Chambre plus petite que sur les photos, matelas moyen, Odeur d humidité, pas de presence et d accueil....
Özgür (8/5): Lovely building and appartement - The room was available to us before normal check in time, which was very much appreciated after the delayed, very tiring trip. Pincode provided for the entry of the apartment worked perfectly. The bed was excellent comfortable, the sheets were very clean, 100% cotton. The studio was very practical, well maintained, clean and there was sufficient light (although we would be pleased with more daylight). The location was very good as well, the building has a very nice ambiance, especially the entrance. The apartment was very silent, allowing us to sleep till mid days after long evenings. The curtains are very thick, which is great, if you are sensitive to the light. When arrived, the room was prepared for 2 people, although we were 3. We needed extra bed sheets and towels, etc. Those were gathered quickly via the host's advice from the store room immediately. We also requested the 3rd chair for the table, and extra hangers for the clothes, which didn't come. So the third guest did sit on the sofa for the breakfasts all through the stay. The omelet pan in the kitchen definitely need a change, it was very poor, same as the quality of other cooking pans. The nespresso machine wasn't working, this was informed to the host, but we didn't mind not using it. The internet reach was weak, throwing us out sometimes and requiring us to re-enter (maybe because we were on ground floor). Because we used the internet only little, for entertainment and social media, the speed was sufficient for us.
Mary Joyce (10/5): - The apartment was spacious, clean and well-located for supermarkets, restaurants and for wandering into the city centre. The apartment we had had 2 outdoor spaces we could use to enjoy the beautiful weather we had during our stay. The cleaning staff were friendly - they came around on our 2nd day to ask if we needed extra towels/linen. More suggestions rather than what we didn't like. The lounge outside could have done with a dusting or have a blanket/cover provided that could be put over it when we wanted to use it. A washing machine would have been ideal.
Lionnel Clerc (1/5): Suivi client à revoir - Bon emplacement dans Séville La réservation était pour 4. Un lit double, un canapé lit. A notre arrivée nous constatons que les draps et les serviettes sont indisponibles pour le canapé lit. Petit problème en soi, facilement réglable ;) Appel cordial à la réception, qui est mutualisée. Une personne assez peu aimable, qui entend notre souci et nous assure de le régler. Nous devons recevoir un message de confirmation pendant notre absence pour visite. Pas de message, malgré 2 relances par message. Réception qui ne répond pas au tel à notre retour... Nuit passée à même le matelas... Nous avons contacté Booking qui a pris le relai. Contacté le lendemain, l'hôtel n'a jamais présenté d'excuses et a même mis en cause notre parole ("prouvez que vous nous avez appelés" : et oui, nous l'avons fait, screens des appels et des messages restés sans réponses dans l'App Booking...). Booking a fait un geste commercial sur un prochain voyage, c'est rassurant de réserver à travers eux. Pour le reste, très bel hôtel, bien situé, entrée et appartement d'excellent standing. Mais pour le suivi clientèle, on est un peu sur des "vendeurs de sommeil". On n'est pas du genre à faire d'histoires ou à avoir besoin de se "défouler" en laissant des avis négatifs, un "désolé" nous aurait suffit. Mais un hôtel qui ne fournit pas de quoi dormir (la base!) et surtout qui la joue "prouvez-nous que...", ça ne passe pas
Frank (7/5): Would have been pleasant if we didn’t have our sleep disturbed by a late night party in next door bar one night out of t - Location was good and apartment was clean. Due to late night party noise on Wednesday night at next door bar we could not get any sleep until after 2.30pm, complaining to the owners seemed to be a waste of time. There were no instructions in the apartment for using the microwave or finding extra towels. Communication was poor with having to text several times and finally call for the registration form when it did not come on the Booking messages. The service was better last time we stayed, seemed remote this time, no communication while we stayed to check we were happy or not.
Isabel (1/5): Equipamiento incompleto (Ropa de Cama y Toallas) - La ubicacion y la linpieza Nos piden que envíenos datos de las 3 personas que íbamos al apartamento. Nuestra sorpresa es que para la persona que ocupaba el sofa cama no había ropa de cama ni toallas. Llamo para comentárselo y me dicen que la ropa está en un armario que no está dentro de la habitación y de lo que no me informan y que .Se lo comento a las chicas de la limpieza y me dice que si las hubieran informado habrían dejado la cama preparada. La cafetera tampoco funcionaba pero esto es lo de menos. Para al precio que han cobrado es un auténtico TIMO

Ana María (5/5): - La localización (está muy céntrico), la decoración, la comodidad de las camas y los espacios del apartamento. Reservamos y pagamos la habitación para cuatro personas, al llegar a la una de la madrugada y nos encontramos que estaba todo montado sólo para dos. Tardaron en responder a los teléfonos de contacto, y la respuesta fue que no podían hacer nada hasta el siguiente día. Seguimos insistiendo porque no teníamos sitio donde dormir los cuatro, y después de una hora de llamadas, nos indicaron que en el exterior había un mueble con ropa de cama y toallas. A las 3 de la madrugada pudimos acostarnos. Volvimos a contactar al día siguiente pidiendo sillas, toallas, tazas,…y al mismo tiempo pidiendo una explicación. Pidieron disculpas, pero volvieron a repetir los errores. Porque la tercera noche llegamos al apartamento (que estaba limpio) encontramos que nos habían quitado las dos sillas. Es una lástima que hayamos tenido que pasar este tipo de experiencias desagradables con nuestras hijas, por la mala organización y atención de los anfitriones.

Javier (7/5): Buena estancia en El escondite de Maria - La ubicación es muy buena! El apartamento estaba limpio y tal como se describe. El personal es super majo, nos facilitaron la entrada y estuvieron muy atentos. Poca luminosidad, Al ser un bajo, si abres la cortina para que entre mas luz te ven desde la calle, no había escoba fregona ni recogedor, para una semana de estancia es necesario. El agua caliente se acaba pronto y hay que esperar que vuelva a calentar.

Noi eravamo convinte di avere prenotato un appartamento con cucina e non una stanza! Al momento della prenotazione questo n9n è stato chiaro sua per foto mischiate dei vari appartamenti dello stabile sia dovuto al nome della struttura "apartamentos". Il rapporto con l'host è stato praticamente inesistente. Arrivati l'appartamento era freddo. Insopportabile la luce di emergenza posizionata sul letto che non permetteva di avere oscurità. Consigliamo di aggiungere ganci o posti di appoggio per migliorare il comfort e di utilizzare lenzuola di misura.

De intense vochtgeur alsof er oude schimmel achter de muren zit. Met het raam open trok de geur wel wat weg, maar zodra het raam dicht zat rook je het weer.

Aber mehr als zwei Kleiderbügel, und nur ein Teelöfel wäre auch toll ;-) Wir haben zwei Wochen vor dem Check-in-Termin angefragt, ob wir früher einchecken können (via booking.com). Wir haben keinen konkrete Tageszeit mitgeteilt bekommen. Auch als wir am Reisetag nochmals nachfragten, via booking.com und via WhatsApp Message und Telefon-Anruf haben wir keine Antwort bekommen. Sehr unerfreulich - da man im unsicheren gehalten wird, ob die Übergabe klappt. Das Prozedere für den Zutritt ist nicht einfach zu verstehen. Am Ende musste man einen Link den ich via Whatsapp bekommen habe anklicken, dort in der Form auf eine Sektion klicken (Key) und dann eine App im Web starten, um damit den PIN zu bekommen :-( Im Booking.com-Nachrichtenbereich war der Link nie verfügbar.

The location is on a quieter side street with quick access to restaurants and the shopping centre. The apartment itself is clean and really nice.
M (6/5): - The location was very convenient for all the attractions. Overall we were happy with the location. The check in was very easy. The communication was good. The bed was extremely comfortable & the bedroom nice & bright. The kitchen had adequate facilities. The bathroom needs serious attention. There is no window to open so there absolutely needs to be an extractor fan. There is no ventilation whatsoever which is positively shocking. Apart from the inevitable bathroom smells, there is no way of airing the bathroom. The tiles in the shower are black, most likely to disguise the mould which was visible around the front anyway. We opened both the windows for as long as possible every day but our towels even started to smell mouldy. The bedroom urgently needs some hooks on the wall to hang wet towels (or indeed clothes) Currently there is absolutely nothing in the bedroom on which to hang anything. There is a nice balcony but the road makes it too dusty to hang towels there. The apartment is also noisy as it overlooks the road.

I called numerous times from several different numbers and avenues. We weren't able to get into the property until 4am and that is only because we ended up taking another uber to a location where the app showed our key and interrupting another couples stay, when our app opened their apt. I confirmed everything before leaving another country and the host said all was good. Then being left outside in a foreign country for hours on end with no one to call for assistance. If it wasn't for the other couple being surprised by our opening their door in Trina area we wouldn't have gotten any results. Bookings.com sent someone over to open the door but our access on the app still showed someone else's apt not the one we booked. The shower had a very slow drain therefore if you took a shower longer than 2 minutes your feet were covered in dirty water. There were only 4 towels for 2 guest. Then one dish rag and a floor towel. The location was awesome however but even after experiencing all that we went through I requested a late checkout and was granted until 1pm only for the cleaning people and the host to want us out at 11am. over all our trip was supposed to be February 12th -14th and we only stayed 30 hrs and was kicked out on Valentines day of all days. Needless to say this wasn't the weekend getaway we planned. Bookings.com nor host offered any compensation back or credit.

A cause des conditions climatiques, je n'étais pas sûre de pouvoir partir et les propriétaires ont été très réactifs et gentils ce qui m'a vraiment rassurée si la situation ne s'améliorait pas pour moi. Pour les plus minutieux, la propreté laisse un peu à désirer (beaucoup de poussières sous le lit par exemple). Les murs ne sont pas tous impeccable mais c'est surtout dû à l'usage et aux gens qui ne font pas attention.
Maria (10/5): Perfektes Apartment für kürzere und auch längere Aufenthalte. - Das Apartment ist wunderschön, hell, gut ausgestattet, sauber mit Orangenbäumen vor dem Fenster. Es ist zentral gelegen, sodass alles bequem zu Fuß erreichbar ist und trotzdem nicht zu laut, weil es in einer ruhigeren Seitenstrasse liegt. Würde es jederzeit wieder mieten.

Jörg (6/5): Gute Lage aber Ausstattung und Preis nicht angemessen - Das Apartment im Erdgeschoss (001) hatte eine tolle Dusche, war gut isoliert und die Klimaanlage hat gut funktioniert, auch zum wärmen (wir waren im Winter hier). Die Matratze war ebenfalls prima, auch das Sofa. Die hohen Decken waren toll und natürliche dieLage. Der Service war sehr gut, Bademäntel fehlten, wurden aber umgehend gebracht. Das WC hatte ein Problem mit der Spülung und nach 3 Stunden kam schon jemand zur Reparatur. Wir mussten regelmäßig lüften, denn das Apartment im Erdgeschoss roch etwas muffig. Obwohl es ebenerdig war, hatte man das Gefühl man wäre im Souterrain. Es fehlte ein Spiegel für Rollstuhlfahrer im Bad, es gab auch keinen großen Spiegel im Wohnbereich. Die Ausstattung war eher dürftig, es gab wenig Tassen und Gläser, keinen Couchtisch. Es war leider nicht sauber, wir mußten die Gläser erstmal selbst spülen. Leider gab es weder in der Wohnung oder im Haus eine Waschmaschine. Im Großen und Ganzen war es einfach zu teuer, 3.000 Euro für einen Monat war nicht angemessen.

Adam (3/5): Stay away not to spoil your stay in Sevilla - Location was quite good don't recommend this place to anybody, it was the worse experience with booking.com in couple of years I use it: 1. We booked an appartment that was supposed to have a living room and a separate bedroom - we got one common space, owner claimed that this is what we booked. Owner was not helpful at all 2. The appartment had two windows opening towards internal patio, which is ok, but the other appartment was rented for smoking persons - we were not able to open the windows most of the time due to smell 3. The place is really humid, it would require ventilation - but no way to open windows (see above) 4. Barely possible to take a shower after 10PM, too many people in the building using hot water! My daughter had a 3 minutes shower, after that we needed to wait 30 minutes for the water to heat up. After reporting it the owner sent somebody to have a look - this happened 2 days after our call, with a 10 minutes notice (!). We were not able to get back from Cadiz in 10 minutes 5. Description said the place would provide: desk, bathrobe, drying rack for clothes, safe box - none of this was available, also no sufficient kitchenware for the amount of people we booked the appartment 6. Poor wi-fi and not particularly a silent place (which is stated in the description) I have to say I also feel really disappointed with booking.com - although we reported our claim right after arrival we were left on our own, although I called them 3 times. Booking.com turned out to be a sales office not really interested about the customer, nothing else

Mancava uno specchio. Ne ho chiesto uno anche piccolo ma non è stato possibile. Questo solo perché essendo in 3 adulti, utilizzare esclusivamente quello del bagno, ci ha fatto perdere molto tempo.

Inoltre, nota di merito per l’host che ad ogni mia domanda ha risposto prontamente a tutto. Lo consiglio! Nulla, ma se proprio devo dire qualcosa è che la casa avendo i soffitti alti faceva fatica a scaldarsi, perciò faceva un po’ freschino in alcuni momenti della giornata (ho alloggiato a Novembre).

Bare necessities in the room...more like a very basic hotel room. The ceiling had a major leak over the area where our clothes hung. The loud dripping woke us at 3 a.m. This was on our last night. Other rooms seem to have more amenities. Being new to Booking.com I thought we would have a full sofa as pictured in the confirmation. My fault...should gave checked what I actually booked. Now I know better. Very disappointed. Location is excellent.
Bettina (9/5): Nice flat in Seville - The position was excellent. We particularly enjoyed the space and the fact that we could access all the main sites within 15mn maximum. The building is beautiful and well looked after. The flat is very nice and spacious. It contained everything we needed. Nothing. We did say that it could have more furniture, like a chest of drawers in the bedroom and the bathroom. The bedside tables are very basics and it could do with a coffee table in the living room, but that's it. The outdoors courtyard and balcony needs clearing up, the painting is falling off the wall and everywhere on the floor and furniture. But it was nice to be able to sit outside.

José (5/5): Déçu d'être en vacances sans fenêtre ! - Très bon emplacement. Propreté générale. Parties communes de l'immeuble très jolies. Jolie salle de bain. Immeuble silencieux. Eau chaude à peine suffisante pour prendre deux douches de 5 minutes. Pas suffisamment de vaisselle par exemple seulement deux verres et Pas de petites tasse à café. La grande déception PAS DE FENÊTRE DANS LA PIÈCE PRINCIPALE Il me semble que pour être un hôte honnête il faut absolument le préciser sur l'annonce en gros caractère. Je vis toute l'année dans une maison avec des fenêtres et je me retrouve à payer pour partir en vacances sans fenêtre nous avons mis la table dans la chambre pour manger. Attention c'est mal honnête de ne pas le préciser.
Marie-José (8/5): - Ruim appartement met fijne hoge plafonds aan de achterzijde van het 19de eeuwse pand met zicht op een kleine patio, dus erg rustig. Perfekte locatie voor een bezoek aan Sevilla. Om de hoek van het beroemde Duenas paleis en 2 straten van de prachtige Setas Naast een tapas restaurant en op de hoek van de straat een kleine supermarkt. We kwamen veel eerder aan maar mochten het appartement toch al betrekken.
john (8/5): Excellent, We had a wonderful time in Seville - clean and airy with two lovely balconies. No wardrobe or drawers...nowhere to tidy away clothes. There was plenty of space so a chest of drawers or something like that would be no problem also kitchen was very sparsely furnished but adequate for us.

Die Unterkunft war nicht sauber und der Kontakt zum Vermieter schleppend. Eine Rückmeldung dauerte vier Tage. Die Spülmaschine lief nicht und es hatte keinen Sage, obwohl als Ausstattungsmerkmal dies aufgeführt ist.

Jane (8/5): A stylish and spacious apartment in the historic district of Seville. - The location was very convenient for purchase of groceries or dining out. There was a supermarket over the road from our accommodation and a variety of bars and restaurants in close proximity. It was also convenient for the bus service to the train station. The tram service was about a 15 minute walk which took us to all the major attractions. The apartment was located in a historic building. It was very spacious and the two balconies were a welcome addition to the living space. The furniture was stylish and in excellent condition. Manuals for the extraction fan and the microwave oven would have been helpful.

neville (7/5): It was ok but wouldn’t stay again. - Great Location, great shower, reasonable facilities. We had ants on arrival (but these were addressed quickly). Entrance lobby had no light. For a stay longer than a weekend clothes draws and proper wardrobe would be more suitable. No full length mirror in big bedroom. No cupboards to store food.

Bars and cafe's short distance. Everything you would want to visit in Seville is all within walking distance of the apartment. I would highly recommend.

Quizás fue falla nuestra no prestar atención pero el cambio de toallas tiene un costo aparte. Eso me pareció mal, pero cada establecimiento pone su regla. Yo no me di cuenta que en la página no lo dice.

Miguel Ángel (8/5): - La ubicación en todo el casco antiguo de Sevilla. El apartamento en si es una pasada de grande, con 2 terrazas que dan a un patio interior. La cama es súper cómoda y muy grande. Muy justitos los utensilios de cocina. La TV muy antigua y con el puerto HDMI doblado, no pudiendo instalar nuestro fireTV para ver nuestras series y pelis favoritas. La puerta del cuarto de baño cuesta mucho cerrarla al rozar en el suelo y algún otro problemilla en el mismo que ya dejamos dicho para subsanar. Por lo demás perfecto!! 👌
Harry (5/5): Dirty, gross room and unacceptable behavior from owner/manager - Location, shower, bed, AC. Was gross dirty. Couch was badly stained. Comforter had large urine stain. There were 2 outlets that were sketchy. I wish I could post more pictures but Booking only allows 4 pictures. The kitchen was poorly supplied. It only had 2 small pans with one lid, 1 drinking glass. Toaster was full of old crumbs. Wine glasses and utensils had to be washed before using as they were all dirty, with stuck on food particles. Owner/manager was unresponsive on many occasions, pretending to have not received my messages. The Booking.com listing showed pictures of the bed made up with 4 pillows. The bed only had 2 pillows upon our arrival and when I contacted owner, I was told that the pictures were for “illustrative purposes only” and that no other pillows were available. The Booking listing also mentioned that the unit came with the following items, none of which were in the unit; safe, drying rack, cleaning supplies, bathrobe, walk in closet. The listing also said room was soundproof, which it was not. We stayed for nine nights and were only given 2 trash cans liners and one dishwasher tablet. There was no broom or dustpan in unit. When I asked for cleaning supplies, I was ignored. However, the most egregious thing about this place was that I asked for a Hojas de Reclamaciones form and was never given one. All businesses in Spain are required by law to supply these complaint forms immediately or face legal repercussions, when I asked for one I received an immediate reply asking why I needed one. I explained why and never heard back from them again. Unfortunately, I was leaving Sevilla on the next day which did not allow me the time I needed to file a report with the police, which is the next step in the process. I have been traveling internationally for over 40 years and this was by far, the worst rental experience I have ever had.

Asja (10/5): - Apartman ima sve što je potrebno za duži boravak. Na 10 minuta hoda je od Katedrale. Može se uživati na balkonu (dva balkona), a opet neće vam smetati gradska buka. Apartman je velik i dosta prozračan. Apartman ima dvije klime. Sve je bilo dobro. Dvije preporuke: u kupaonicu postaviti dodatne vješalice za ručnike i bolje oprati i osušiti ručnike.
Tasos (2/5): Bad - The location Humidity was in all the walls and the room was smelling very bad ,so much that we couldn’t sleep with close windows. The sockets in the bathroom and in the living room didn’t work. The first day we arrived we took a shower however the sink was clogged and all the waters came almost till the bedroom . We called them and they responded quickly. Also they didn’t have a closet only one small wood construction not even for one person clothes
Darren (8/5): generally good! I‘d personally add some hooks in bathroom (next to the basin) - fresh renewed, spacious we got a ground floor apartment on the street side, alas Windows with always closed curtains, almost impossible to change air, noisy from time to time, even during the night. we didn‘t get any cleaning during our stay (not a problem, but after 4 nights, the bin was pretty full
Wayne (9/5): Good Value in Seville Old Town - Carlos was a wonderful host, he responded when we needed assistance, the property had appliances (except washing / dryer) so we found a laundry and washed our own clothes. There was a supermarket close by, taxi stand 6-7 minutes away or call, remember streets are narrower and many are one way. No washing machine, had to find laundry, half a day lost. Could have had more coffee pods, we stayed 5 nights but needed another change of towels, Carlos provided when requested.

Paul (6/5): Pleasant - The superior suite we were in did not have a balcony or patio area and the bed and kitchen are overlooked directly by the neighbouring apartments patio which meant keeping curtains closed so very little natural light.

Deanna (9/5): Great place. Sort the lighting - It was spotless It was dark in the lounge area. The light on the landing/hall came on every 5 to 10 mins throughout the night. There was no one outside/coming in. I did not sleep well at all. As there was no door on the bedroom the light shone into the room!

Alexandra (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is in a central area located near a lot of restaurants, bars, caffees, bus stations. There is a supermarket just around the corner and two private parking garages about 3-4 min walk. They provide all the necessary amenities, it is spatios and clean. We were in ap 002, so we were facing the back, therefore it was quiet, no street noise. I recommend staying here.
Ovidiu (9/5): Superb - * nice location: within walking distance of Seville's main attractions, next to a supermaket(Dia), close to bars and restaurants * good facilities: coffee machine(Nespresso), fridge, microwave, dishwasher, and, most importantly, AC * really nice patio (actually two) * nice shower * spacious, clean and tidy They didn't clean the room or change the towels for the entire stay(8 days)
Alina-madalina (10/5): Awesome - The property is situated near the city centre, near to Palacio de las Duenas. The apartment is clean and spacious. The host has been helping us with everything that we needed.I highly recommend it! -
