• Yvonne (8/5): - De rustige ligging in het centrum, binnen 5 a 10 minuten bij de winkels, pubs , station. Hey apartement voorzien van alle gemakken net als thuis. Veel ruimte. Eigenlijk niets. Nou ja de ramen waren erg vies.
• Pia Mark (9/5): Skøn lejlighed med perfekt lokation i det centrale Belfast - Lejligheden til 4 personer er virkelig godt indrettet med et stort og hyggeligt køkkenalrum, en lille entré, to gode soveværelser samt to separate badeværelser, hvilket er et kæmpe plus. Trods den centrale placering kun få minutters gang fra centrum ligger lejligheden i et stille og roligt kvarter, hvor man føler sig tryg på alle tider af døgnet. Køkkenet kunne være bedre udstyret med service og bestik. Da der er en mindre opvaskemaskine, ville det være en fordel med flere tallerkener, glas og bestik – gerne omkring 12 dele af hver slags – så opvaskemaskinen kan fyldes ordentligt, især ved ophold over flere dage. Som det er nu, ender man enten med at køre maskinen halvtom eller vaske op i hånden.

• Martin (10/5): It’s a neat apartment, located centrally. Good value for money. - Finding the padlock and opening it to obtain the key went well. There was a smell of cooking in the hallway from some neighbours next door all day long, but fortunately we didn’t notice it inside our apartment.
• Jessica (6/5): - location was super central, can walk to pubs and restaurants in 15 minutes! there were some smells in the corridor of the building that were very unpleasant and some minor things in the flat needed repair but otherwise a comfortable stay for the weekend

• Mark (10/5): Great property in very central location, perfect for a city break. - The property was excellent. Really well presented and equipped. The hosts were excellent with communication leading up to event. Clear instructions, handbook and videos. On the morning of the trip I received a call to check everything was ok with travel plans and to confirm arrival Location is excellent. 10 mins walk from Central Bus Station and city centre on door step. Cafe Nero next door and great cafe (Roasty Toastie) around the corner. On arrival, there was an unavoidable slight delay with access (was not an issue) but immediately available, dealt with it immediately and resolved exceptionally quickly. Please do not read this as a negative point, quite the opposite. It was unavoidable, immediately explained but it was the way in which it was dealt with that was more worthy. Really professional, efficient hosts. Can’t recommend properly or hosts highly enough. Also advice on tourist attractions was very much appreciated. The one key and fob has been mentioned by others. It wasn’t a problem for us and we worked it out between the group.

• Isha (8/5): - Location, facilities -very good. Loved the place. Elevator was not working- it was difficult with a child to carry the buggy upstairs everytime, and luggage too. Dishwasher wasn't available, while we were told that a dishwasher will be there. Although that's not an absolute necessity. So not a major issue. Floor was a bit dirty- could feel the grit bare feet. Better mopping should do the trick. Otherwise everything else was very good and clean.

• Ei Thinzar (7/5): In summary it was great except the facts above. - The location and facilities and cleanliness are great. Check in time at 15:00 and check out time at 10:00 are very short. Should be at least at 12:00 for check out. The location of Key lockbox is also not very convenient as they are in different locations.

• Paul (10/5): A fantastic long weekend in this excellent apartment! - Location was 5 mins walk from the centre of Belfast. Apartment had everything we needed. No on-site parking but there was safe parking very close by. Awful smell of ?Asian food in the corridor/common areas but thankfully not in the apartment. Also lift wasn't working the whole time we were there.

• Noeleen (2/5): - Location just behind City Hall so very central, bed was comfy Left after only one night of our 2 night booking. Awful smell, plug in air freshener but we had to switch off as one of party has asthma. Sofa in living area was stained, lots of hairs and really uncomfortable. We left after staying only one night. They take £250 deposit off you prior to arrival instead of just taking card details. A week later and this hasn't been refunded despite being told it's 'being processed'. Very unhappy, would definitely not recommend.

Key box wasn't marked so broke all my nails and found keys after 15 boxes tried. Agency were no help and we left early but didn't refund os for night we didn't stay. We couldn't get disabled person up stairs and facilities didn't work. Wouldn't recommend. Also corridors smell.

• Nicola (10/5): A few nights in Belfast with the kids exploring the city and beyond. - Spacious comfortable beautifully decorated apartment perfectly placed for city centre and lively bars and restaurants. Hassle free entry and exit thanks to the great communication from Lauren. The communal areas are a bit tired, but all secure so felt very safe and comfortable.

• Anne-marie (4/5): Disappointing - Location was excellent and central to all locations Hygiene standards of the building were exceptionally poor. The musty smell throughout the building was unbearable. The carpets and stairs were very stained and dirty. The bin in the foyer was overflowing all weekend. The set-up for access to the keys was quite eerie. The pictures shown on the website are very misleading and have no reflection on the building we stayed in. Sorry for the negative comments, but it really makes a difference to a person's break away. Putting it down to poor choice.
• Raj (7/5): Overall pleasant stay. - Location and apartment was good. Easy check-in/check-out. I booked this for my parents to stay for couple of nights. We initially booked a different apartment from the same company but unfortunately that had no working elevators. Lauren (the customer service agent) was kind enough to move our booking to this apartment which has working elevators. 10/10 to Lauren for assistance. The block has white walls which have gone black due to kind of weather belfast experiences throughout the year. It depends on entire flat Management to look into this.

• Rebecca (6/5): Plesant stay - Good location, easy to reach from the airport and walking distance to all the main sites! Clean apartment and good size for 4 adults sharing. Property was advertised as 2 doubles but there was 1 double and 2 singles. Very basic and the overall building is tired and does not smell great.
• Kirstie (8/5): Very good - The host provided a video to where the keys were located which made it easy to find. The location was good and beds were comfortable. The interior was stylish. Good facilities in the flat. I didn’t think the over 25s age policy was clear in the listing. We were asked for IDs which needed to be sent through before arrival and there is a CCTV camera at the front door which could monitor whoever entered the property. There were stickers in the property to remind you to wash and put away dishes. There was a sticker also to tell you not too use too much energy or money would be deducted from your deposit. We weren’t sure how much was ‘too much’ so we were a bit worried but it turned out fine and our deposit was returned in full. None of this was really an issue for us and we always take good care of where ever we stay but we did feel like the rules and reminders were a bit much.

Minor things but - with a large party, it is tricky having only one key - the en-suite shower is difficult to operate (hard to turn and hot/cold the wrong way round) - took us a long time to figure out that some mirror lights are motion sensitive - there was a small leak from the base of one of the toilets.

Far too many emails and WhatsApp messages telling me what I can and cant do. Could have done with a clear message with just the access info (it was in yet another email telling me do's/don'ts!) an information sheet in the apartment telling us about WiFi and bins rather than having to to travel through messages trying to find these.

• Noora-maria (10/5): Modern townhouse with elegant interior design - The apartment was spacious with plenty of room in the kitchen/living room for a family to spend time. The bedrooms looked inviting with comfortable double beds and beautiful finishing touches, like matching colours and unique bedside tables. All in all this apartment was well put together, modern and beautiful. The door between the living room and the bedrooms was really handy for anyone who wanted to wake up earlier to enjoy their morning coffee in peace and quiet without disturbing others. I could easily see myself living in a space like this! My only criticism is that the elevator wasn't working in this building. I hope it's a temporary problem!
• Kathryn (10/5): Would highly recommend staying here - wish we could have stayed in Belfast longer than a weekend as loved it! - Very modern property which was very well equipped for everything you would need for a comfortable stay. Clean and spacious property for our group of 4 and very well positioned for a short walk into the city centre. Would highly recommend to other travellers. I would recommend a grab rail being installed in the shower for safety, but this was a minor problem.
• Alan (8/5): Very good - Lovely apartment and great location. Short walk from the city. The communal entrance and corridors were dirty with an offensive odour. We nearly turned round and walked out. Fortunately we didn't as the apartment itself was clean and spacious with everything we needed.

• Hayley (7/5): Great location to see Belfast - The location was excellent, the apartment was fine, pretty well equipped with what we needed. It was clean. The check in, whilst a little long winded, was fine and the whatsapp with the agent was helpful. Deposit returned in a timely way. The smell in the communal areas was really off putting (a combination of takeaway stench and weed), the curtains were really inadequate (dont cover the window!)- take a sleep mask if this affects you. I wouldnt decribe the apratment as deluxe, but it was all fine

• Fadhli (8/5): Comfy home stay in central Belfast - Location is great, price is really good for a 2 bedroom, all well equiped, comfy beds, kitchen and wash machine provided. Walking distance to QUB and shopping, groceries, restaurants, etc. The building itself is a bit run down but thats outside the aprt jurisdiction. Unfortunately the lift was not working, need to climb to 4th floor, quite challenging with two 72 years old ladies.
• Bridgitte (9/5): Very tense at the beginning, however they made out stay extremely magical, with the apartment - Precise with where to find key. A huge mistake over the original apartment of 4th floor, no lift… No mention of it not working for over a week. However fully recovered themselves….

Also instructions on how to get the key were very good Lift at reception didn't work which was awkward with a pram but this is an issue with the complex rather than the apartment
• Camillus (6/5): Pleasant - The proximity to the city centre No car parking facilities Only 1 small bar of soap left for a family of 5 for a 3 night stay and only 3 rolls of toilet roll, we ended up having to buy our own soap and toilet roll. The lifts weren't working the whole time we were there. The foyer was unclean and corridors had a revolting smell in them. There was a nazi swastika sign on the room door of no. 46 which was scary The sofa bedding looked like it has been previously used. The general look of the building on arrival was disappointing, there were skirting boards coming off the side of the walls.

Very clean and location was walking distance to everything. Staff who communicated with me have been excellent. Deposit refunded very quickly. The apartment was modern and gorgeous inside. I honestly couldn’t fault the property.
