One being small pieces of chips on one of the beds when I arrived and still there after staff “cleaned up”, 3 days into my visit. For me as a senior, I found it a bit frustrating that there were no signs anywhere as to the location of the elevator! Not in the lobby, nor on my room floor. Overall, it is a nice hotel and I’d stay again. Things happen!

The hotel was immaculately clean, service was friendly, and the beds were very comfortable. It was hot when I was there, but the AC worked well. The hotel was quiet - it is on the highway but I heard nothing. The included breakfast buffet was good - cereal, bagels, toast, yogurt, fresh fruit, bacon, hash browns, scrambled eggs etc. The only potential downside is that if you don’t have a car, it is a couple kilometres away from restaurants and downtown. I had a rental, so that wasn’t an issue for me. I would recommend if you are visiting Terrace.

There was some sound transfer with flushing toilets and water sounds but not horrible. Breakfast was free and great choices! Nice quiet area of town with a paved walking/biking trail that goes for miles, just across the street. Would definitely stay there again.
