- Bloch (8/5): Délicieux grâce à la beauté de l'emplacement, le jardin et la piscine, la plage, la décoration. - Emplacement exceptionnel, personnel très à l'écoute, belle piscine et beau jardin, parties communes très confortables avec une décoration soignée, très agréable. Les équipement de la salle de sports appréciés. Les chambres sont petites par rapport au standard et meublées trop sommairement. Il y manque un fauteuil, un bureau, des patères ou porte-serviette dans la salle de bain où on ne sait où accrocher serviettes ou peignoirs, descentes de lit.

Piscina aquecida fechou a acomodaçao com chave de ouro. Ar condicionado forte, e era só sair do quarto que já estávamos na praia. Inclusive, o atendimento na praia também é excelente. A única coisa que faltou foi um sofázinho retrátil ou um braço articulado na TV pra virar pra cama.

Speisen frisch zubereitet kamen an den Tisch ( natürlich mit etwas Wartezeit verbunden ). Personal aufmerksam und freundlich. Lage zum Zentrum : mit UBER schnell+ günstig für 2-3 Euro erreichbar. Abendessen hier ebenfalls sehr zu empfehlen !! Nichts !

Aunque el entorno natural es parte del encanto del lugar, esta situación puede resultar incómoda para quienes desean desayunar con tranquilidad.

The team is amazing. We try also massages and it was incredible. The only thing was about the food options: as you need to decide the time for the breakfast, if you choose 10am, probably the juices will be running out. Also I miss some soup for the days we want something light and hot. The food in general was good. The gym is very poor. For a beautiful place like this, you should have Technogym equipment. We saw some old equipment and some were not able for use.

- Maria lucia (10/5): Sempre uma experiência fantástica - É a segunda vez em uma ano que eu e minha esposa saímos de São Paulo para nos hospedar no Villa Raphael. Além do fato de ele estar muito bem localizado de frente para o mar exatamente no meio da Praia da Ferradura, os quartos são acolhedores e confortáveis. A equipe de funcionários é sempre cordial, atenciosa e simpática, com destaque para a Lara, Christian, Felipe e a moça de olhos verdes que nasceu em Americana, no interior de São Paulo (esqueci o nome dela, desculpe). O café da manhã é na medida certa, você pode consumir o quanto quiser, mas sob demanda, sem desperdício de comida. Os pratos e petiscos são muito bem preparados e saborosos. Recomendamos também as massagens na casa anexa.

Wir kommen wieder, denn wir haben erholsame und ruhige Tage in der Villa Raphael erlebt und konnten uns fallen lassen in der Schönheit der Villa. Das Haus ist wunderschön, sehr gepflegt mit hohem Standard. Alle Räume sind liebevoll und mit schönen Details geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das ganze Team ist extrem hilfsbereit, kompetent freundlich und aufgeschlossen. Sie sprechen spanisch und englisch (Christian sogar Italienisch, super 🙌). Die Küche ist prima, die Karte ist klein aber fein. Die Gärtner pflegen den Palmengarten, der uns besonders gefallen hat. Es ist 20 min abseits vom Trubel und direkt am Strand Ferradura. Wir waren Ende September und es kann windig sein. Alles hat unseren Wünschen entsprochen

We enjoy playing table pool and cards in a pretty part of hotel dedicated for it. Pool area and grounds were well kept and groomed surrounded by variety of sitting/ lounging options for guests. On a rainy day we used their spa for massages and hydro bath. We absolutely loved the place and definitely will stay there again.
- Catherine (4/5): Not worth the cost but lovely location - The location is great though noisy, and the staff are friendly and willing The rooms are bare. The bathrooms desperately need upgrading. Sheets all polyester - unacceptable for the amount charged. No tea/coffee facilities. We were told that the coffee in the reception area was available 24/7 but there were often no pods, no milk and no hot water for tea. There was nowhere to hang towels other than inside the wet shower. Staff were all kind and willing to try to solve problems, but untrained and unable to communicate basic service matters - being dismissive or bureaucratic about basic requests is not the level expected from this price bracket.

- Verified traveler (10/5): Paradise! - Villa Raphael is exquisite, beautiful, peaceful and filled with so much love ❤️. We had a very warm welcome from the receptionists who made us feel so comfortable, the moment we stepped in. The rooms are lovely and we had great access via the garden. Location is perfect and away from the busy area. It was peaceful being an adult only resort. Food & drinks were sumptuous! Each and every member of staff was absolutely incredible and treated us with so much care and attention. It felt like another home and just did not want to leave. This resort is highly recommended 👌

Atendimento incrível, ponto alto da pousada, todos atenciosos e prestativos: Felipe Lara Vívian Tina Cristian. Ponto de melhoria: colocar mais espreguiçadeiras na piscina. Pode ser que lote e tenha que aguardar vagar . Voltaremos com certeza.
- Dave (8/5): - This is a 5 star property with 6 star staff. The place is beautiful. Truly gorgeous, the only reason for the 4 star rating is no bathroom vent. Sorry, but even in Brazil, a high end 5 star Pousada should not vent the bathroom shower/smells with a slide window into the outside walkway, by other rooms. I know its new for Brazil, but its a simple modern must.

The view of the beach and the access to Ferradura is amazing. The staff are incredibly friendly and happy to help. Easily my favorite hotel in Búzios! Nothing, everything is perfect.

É um hotel intimista, com atendimento totalmente pessoal e personalizado, conforto, staff agradável e educado, além da vista perfeita e da comodidade de desfrutar praia e piscina ao mesmo tempo. Mas o principal é a vibe do lugar: como a idade mínima é 15 anos, os hóspedes são normalmente casais, então a vibe é de sossego, tranquilidade, sem barulho de outros grupos perturbando o seu descanso. Se você pretende viajar num grupo grande, barulhento e tumultuador, faça um favor ao público fiel do Villa Raphael e procure outro lugar.

- Jovana (9/5): A peaceful oasis perfect for rest - This place is a true oasis—a peaceful and beautiful location, perfect for anyone seeking real rest and relaxation. I would gladly return here, the room with the ocean view is amazing. I highly recommend it. The only downside was the breakfast experience, as the options were limited, and the service during breakfast was very slow. Considering all the rest, this was very minor issue for us.
