The shower was beside the window with floor to ceiling views, and a blind for privacy. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a wide course of food covering Sri Lankan, Indian and western cuisine. Staff were especially welcoming. My experience at the Nail Salon was outstanding. All this plus an amazing roof top bar and swimming pool. None that we recall

The view from my room was absolutely stunning 😍😍 and made my stay even more memorable. The staff was extremely helpful, polite, and professional. A special thanks to the Tashani and entire reception team and front desk team for their outstanding service and support. Everyone was always ready to help with a smile. However, the dinner buffet was awful most dishes were dried out and not replenished to keep them fresh. Breakfast buffet was much better and enjoyable

- Sightseer15115971932 (10/5): Beautiful hotel with wonderful staff - The hotel is beautiful. The infinity pool on the roof is large enough to do laps while looking over the ocean. The decore is tasteful, the rooms are spacious and clean and the staff are wonderful. Tashani from the front office was particularly helpful when we needed an extra key and additional hangers for our room. The staff came in every night when we were out to dinner, turning down the bed and providing a little treat sweet on our pillow. Such a wonderful touch! I would highly recommend.

Every member of staff went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable, regularly checking if there was anything else I needed. The restaurant manager Mr Alex, was consistently attentive and ensured that the food in all three restaurants was always kept to a very high standard. A special highlight was the Vistas rooftop bar. The live entertainment was superb, and the service from Lakmai and Indunil was exceptional — they really made the experience memorable. I would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning.

Заказали такси до аэропорта Долгое заселение, сказали что мой забронированный номер и 4 верхних этажа заняты и предложили за 40 долларов лучший номер. Согласился, не пожалел. В 19:30 в этот вечер ужинал вообще один в ресторане

- Go71920 (10/5): Comfortable home from home - We spend a week at this lovely hotel. As frequent visitors to NH Collection around Europe we were keen to try this tropical outpost in Sri Lanka. We were immediately recognised as Minor Titanium members with the double room upgrade and also offered a very attractively priced further “Executive”upgrade which, though we declined, was welcomed. We found our room was larger than a similar style room in Europe and it came with direct Indian Ocean views from the main room and the bathroom. The bath tub had also been positioned by the window for a spectacular soak. Overall very comfortable bed, lounger and seating areas although without a dining table for in-room dining. The air conditioning though was hard to get right. We found ourselves sometimes just switching it off when the room was too cold. We would have liked this cold to have been in the gym, which was much too hot for vigorous exercise. The gym however was permanently staffed with coaches for personal training (paid) and had good equipment. The ultimate highlight for us was the rooftop. 270 degree panoramic views of the city and the ocean with plenty of comfortable seating and an infinity swimming pool sufficiently long for a real swim. Hanging out or working, friendly and attentive staff are on hand to bring good value tasty food and drink while you enjoy a cooling breeze protected from the sweltering heat at ground level. There are further indoor lounges and dining areas too. If there was one point of frustration to the visit it was the level of English attainment of many service members. It could be difficult to get a point across or an answer to a simple question. There was a tendency to nod in agreement or repeat the question in the affirmative instead of saying “I don’t understand “.

- Felix (8/5): - The staff was friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast with many local and other choices. The rooftop bar was good. There were a couple of issues with the cleanliness and wobbly toilet seat. These were fixed promptly once we informed the staff. Given this is a five star hotel it's important for the management to ensure that they pay attention to these details, especially cleanliness and the toilet. This is not a complaint but to help improve the quality.

We arrived and within moments we we worked to our scrumptious rooms and our bags had already arrived in our rooms. We went to the roof top bar for some drinks and snacks. The love hang was fun but the staff were as we were to find out for all of Sri Lanka were so friendly, helpful and fun. An amazing hotel for any traveller to chill in

The hotel is great with nice rooms, sea views, good restaurants, a roof top bar for sunsets and a gym and pool. The staff also helped to make my stay enjoyable being very helpful and friendly. They would quickly remember your favorite coffee at breakfast or sunset drink in the evening. I would especially like to mention Sachini on the 4th floor restaurant who remembered my latte first thing in the morning. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

The roof top with its pool and bar are amazing. Although some staff changes since last year the two stand out members of staff as always are Tharun and Samadhi. Such professional and diligent members of the team. They are a credit to the hotel and certainly add value to the guest experience.

- Explorer (4/5): Hospitality is great but the person is next to yo making it Worst ! - the hotel is beautifully designed, with an amazing rooftop pool and excellent facilities. The chef was incredibly kind, personally checking on each guest’s satisfaction, which made the experience feel very special. "Unfortunately, my stay was disappointing. The check-in and check-out process felt forced, with staff showing no manners or hospitality.(asking for making key take 2hrs for the agent and at the end i go down to collect the key! Room service was the worst part I asked three time to the waiter for the ice bucket, —two glasses of wine were charged at 20,000 LKR (of course I have to call back and ask to check the impossible to make possible), and the staff’s product knowledge was extremely poor. Overall, the experience was unsatisfactory and did not meet expectations.

Everything from the rooms to the overall atmosphere felt well thought out and comfortable. One of the highlights for us was spending time at the rooftop — such a great vibe, especially in the evening. The live band was amazing and really elevated the whole experience. It made our stay feel extra special. Overall, we genuinely enjoyed our time and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended!

Auch eine schöne Bar findet man dort nicht. Im Hotel gab es eine sehr schöne Bar, aber die Preise für die Getränke dafür sehr hoch. Da wir hier den letzten Tag unserer Reise verbracht haben, waren wir bessere Restaurants und Preise gewohnt.
