Guest Reviews
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Like: Relatively close to LAX.
Dislike: the walls are very thin and we can hear all the other rooms from your own room. When the other guests are using the public restroom(we have our own restroom), we were woke up by the noise(showers or flashing the toilets). When other folks are moving around in the property, we can hear that loud and clear. And, some guests were taking showers after 11PM or before 6AM so we didn't have a good rest during our stay. And, there are ants in our private restroom.
- Verified traveler (10/5): It was ok. - We didnt have any major problems the place was nice clean. I didn’t like the fact that there was only one shower door.
- Kathryn (10/5): - We had to extend our stay in LA at the last minute. We enjoyed our stay. Great location, cleanliness and price....3 thumbs up!
- Christine (10/5): Gets the job done - It worked perfect. I would do it again
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Rooms were small, cleaning lady doesn’t speak English. Bathroom is disgusting. You have to share the unit with random people.
- Kimble (8/5): - If you want to stay close to LAX then this is a great spot. Just make sure you have a car because the lifts are expensive. The room was in ok condition. You get what you pay for. The neighborhood was nice. The only thing negative is that the walls are REALLY thin and you can hear everything going on. Only thing that’s missing is a TV.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - We like it but no employee at the place. Great neighborhood, it feel safe in contrary with other places in LA.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Great value. Clean and quite, great location and easy access. Would use again and recommend to friends.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - It was a weird establishment to stay at. The shower only had one shower door. In my opinion, it was not very customer friendly at all. I would not stay there again.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - I liked the area also liked my roommates but I did not like not finding about a shared bathroom or rooms until after my purchase why is anything air bnb on Expedia I wanted a hotel not a shared Airbnb and the property manager did nooot communicate properly though they did provide necessary info to get into the Airbnb
- Verified traveler (6/5): - I liked the place was very clean and in a nice area. But the picture in the offer does not match with reality. It was still ok, but I like to get what I pay for. This picture is enlarged and the room is actually smaller than the picture, as well as the beds. I also would've liked to get some shampoo or be notified that there aren't any shower products. Towels were just ok. Would I use it again? Yes, but would bring my own products.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Easy booking and check in. Wifi was great. No couches or TV was a little disappointing. Also wasnt obvious that the room was a dorm/barracks style accommodation.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Great value for an overnight stay. Airconditioned, which is a big plus in LA this summer. Acommidations are basic. Mattress and pillows unappealing.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - I was in Los Angeles for a short time. And this location is not far from the airport. It does have a/c no tv though. It is a very quiet place and thin walls. You share bathroom/kitchen with others. It worked out just fine. Pack a portable dvd player or tv w/earplugs. I liked the neighborhood too.
- Dan (10/5): - This property was conveniently located, clean, well equipped (except for TV) and reasonably priced. Would definitely stay again.
- richard (8/5): - It would have been nice to have a TV in my room. Everything else was good.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - I liked the easy process of checking in. I would have preferred if there was manual control of an AC
- Carolline (8/5): Ok for the price - Room was big but walls were pretty scuffed up and dirty and one window wouldn’t shut all the way. For the price it’s ok, but keep in mind that there is no tv in the room, no soap/shampoo in the bathroom and no towel service. It’s almost like an Airbnb but instead of renting the entire place, you get just the room.
- Anonymous (10/5): - Easy access to LAX, check-in was super easy. L
Onsite parking may be tight for trucks/suvs.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - The only thing i didn't like was i had to share the bathroom
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Nice to have a place like this where you can relax.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Spotlessly clean!! Only complaint was that the blinds in the window were a little saggy so that light from outside was shining in on my bed.
- ronald (10/5): WINDOW OF OPPURTUNITY. GREAT STAY - great arrangement for apartment stay. very clean and great kitchen space. if you add lounge chairs of some type, people may tent to not feel they have to stay in their rooms. you have the space so utilize it. parking is limited, but noticed there where green, blue and black trash bins lined up along two spaces. but you have a green space in the corner of the lot with and tree in the middle of the green space. my suggestion would be so that tenants don't feel intimidated to park is to make pavers along the edge of the green space and place the bins there so that parking opens up and tenants know that they have a space to park. great location to the airport in a remote quiet neighborhood and easy access to shops stores and restaurants nearby. great highway access as well to the 405 and others. didn't have the opportunity to utilize the washing facilities because the stay was brief but next time I will be back for sure. I liked it a lot because it was cozy and it doesn't deal with a lot of people and the convenience to make the reservation and check in and out process was quick and easy. really really enjoyed staying at the location. yes I will be back!!!
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Everything was excellent except that there was no TV.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - They charged my card twice and still haven't have it back
- Timothy (10/5): Lax apartments love it - Very upfront and nice everything was perfect.
- Michael (2/5): - Not a good experience
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Very small, the pictures did not do it justice. When i complained the lady gave attitude
- Lance (10/5): - The physical structure is literally apartment style, it's even located in a suburban residential neighborhood. Main entrance to the apartment is accessible by key code only, with separate bedrooms inside the apartment, each one accessible by their own key codes. There is a "common room", kitchen, dining, and living room area. Everything was extremely clean, even cleaner than some motels or hotels I've been to! Some rooms have private, dedicated bathrooms, some rooms do not and must utilize a shared bathroom. You must specify this when you make the reservation. Location wise, this is an apartment style building in a truly residential area. Literally houses and apartments to the sides, to the front, and behind the building. It is 2 miles from LAX, 10 miles from Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills, Half-a-mile from the nearest 405 exit (f you're not a LA native, avoid the 405!) Stumbled upon this room rental while searching a booking website for a super last minute motel or hotel room in the West Los Angeles area (notoriously expensive as it is physically and geographically close to the notorious Beverly Hills). Needed a last minute room for a business meeting for 9am the next morning, and I was not trying to sit 2-hours in traffic as I live over 60 miles away from Los Angeles.
- Nilaja (10/5): - The property was as described. It was very clean and quiet and this time of the year parking was super easy. I will definitely stay there again.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - It was cheap price, but clean, fancy hotel!
- Sean (8/5): - I liked it pretty well for a shared housing situation. Pretty good facilities, though the bathroom sink was a little funky.
- Laurence (10/5): - I like staying in an amp apartment versus hotel and staying in a neighborhood. Property was convenient and clean. Like using codes versus keys.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Property was in a good location, apartment was clean, bedrooms were clean. It was two females and we could hear that the other room was occupied by males, we felt a little uneasy and were a little scared. It would be nice since it is a shared bathroom that maybe toilet seat covers and paper towels be provided. Also maybe a security guard for the complex it was super noisy and unfortunately we were not able to rest and ended up leaving at 3 am due to noise from the other guests and just feeling unsafe.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Nice property clean and good location nice neighborhood
- Kolena (4/5): - The kitchen area was very clean but tue nedroom was too small. The beds were uncomfortable.
- Verified traveler (2/5): No shampoo, No soap - No shampoo, No soap
- Erdong (10/5): Very good for road trip - It's not like a hotel but an apartment. However it has everything that you need for a stay in LA. The most important thing is they provide parking lots. The bedroom, kitchen and bathroom are all good enough. I would stay here again if I drive to LA.
- David (4/5): OK In A Bind, Not Preferred - Markings on the room door and walls, shower door missing, beds were wobbly (mattress different size than box spring?), and no wash clothes (only towels). There was also a roach sighting and I was offered a 5% refund ($30) for 3 nights.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Only thing missing is a TV and couch
- PAUL (2/5): worst place to stay - This place was in the middle of a a community of homes, with no Services available close by this place. The place is not ADA approved. My wife is Disabled and use a walker . NO elevator , or hand rails. Parking was in the back of the place only Problem was I couldn't Take my F150 up the drive. I hit my mirror on the fence trying to go up the Driveway, There was no one around, to help with anything or answer questions. In short we ended up Staying someplace else and would not recommend this place.
- Dean (10/5): - Apartment settings, with only a towel provided. You need to bring your own toiletries and you need to cook your own food and wash your own clothes (if necessary) using common area equipment. Modern suburb setting. There is a 24 hour Denny's 5 minutes away, in case you are desperate!
- Robert (2/5): Terrible Stay - No power when I got there, and the excuse given was "bad weather" when weather conditions were ideal that day. They also refused to give a refund.
What kind of business or customer service is that? Next time, stay at a real hotel. This is a poor excuse for one.
- Cody (8/5): good value for a place to sleep close to LAX - We arrived late in the day and were only there for a brief sleepover, but it worked really well. Relatively spartan accommodations but it was clean and safe and just as advertised & expected
- Nancy (8/5): Wonderful customer service! - This was a no-frills place to stay. My kind of place! Clean, neat, comfortable!
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Responsive host. Comfortable stay. Amenities are good with washer, dryer, well-equipped kitchen and big public dining space.
- Claribel (10/5): Claribel - The only thing we didn’t liked was the housecleaner, she got her kids and husband and her kids was running around and her and her husband was fighting and saying bad words and we was sleeping and she wake up us with all her noise
- jennifer (2/5): Nasty not clean terrible customer service - From the beginning of the experience to the end when we gladly left the “hotel” it was nothing but a complete disaster! We were dropped off at the property by an Uber driver getting there wasn’t difficult however once we arrived there was no front desk or staff to greet us after making several attempts to reach a staff member via phone call and several voice messages no one would answer I thankfully checked my email and my booking agency provided me with minimal details about the hotel but we managed to find our room by ourselves and get in only to find dirty towels and rugs draped over the chairs in the dinet area nasty used feminine products in the bathroom and another dirty rug piled in the corner not happy with my stay what so ever would NOT recommend EVER to anyone who wishes to receive the advertised product they will not receive what they paid for! I am requesting a full refund this trip was ruined and this room a complete disaster!
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Hostel with private room and shared bathroom, not apartments as claimed in the hotel name. Unfortunately, I didn't others review when booking it.
- Dennis (8/5): - Had toddlers
