- Kai (6/5): - Es liegt ein bisschen außerhalb aber in 10 Minuten ist man am Bahnhof. In der unmittelbaren Umgebung gibt es viele verschieden Restaurants. Es ist alles sehr klein und eng aber für eine Stadtreise hat es seinen Zweck erfüllt. Das Personal ist stehts bemüht. Ab 23:00 Uhr ist die Rezeption geschlossen.
- Fiona (2/5): - The convience of the hotel is what drew us to book here, however i would still NOT RECOMMEND this place to others. When we checked in, we were hit with a hidden "osaka fee" and paid extra in cash. Although it was only 800 yen, it felt like a scam as there are zero amenities, no house cleaning service and "osaka fees" aren't a real thing -it's just their added surcharge. When we got to our room, there was a smell, and we realized quickly it was coming from the washroom. It smelled like dirty subway stations where people peed on the walls. There were holes on the closet doors as well. Overall, it was not well kept and we much prefer staying in a little more expensive place for the cleanliness next time.

- RUMI (4/5): - まず最初に床が水浸しで靴下が濡れました。 お風呂に入ると水が漏れそこら中水浸しに。 しかも、夜中コンビニに出かけたら部屋に勝手に人が入っていて(多分、住み込みの清掃員、荷物があったから慌てて出た様子) 驚きました。 幸い、財布持ってきてたから良かったけど、勝手に入られる場合があるので貴重品は貴重品入れに入れて鍵は持ち歩いた方が良いです。 また朝の9時くらいに部屋のドアをドンドンとされ、かなりビビりました。 ドア穴から覗くと、太めの男性が各部屋のドアをゴンゴンと叩いて回ってました。 チェックアウト10時までには必ず出て行って欲しいんだろうけど怖いの一言。 部屋もお菓子が落ちて埃だらけでした。 2度と行かないと思う。

- Verified traveler (6/5): 浴室極小，浴廁乾淨程度待加強但住宿地點極佳的旅館 - 旅館離南海難波站很近，進出關西機場很方便。房價便宜但浴室小到無法彎腰洗腳 (女生彎腰洗腳，頭頂會頂到淋浴間的牆壁，臀部會碰觸到冰冷的玻璃門)。 浴廁的管道可能有問題，持續散發臭味。毛巾有臭味及2個黑色點點。 整體說：飯店的服務不差，中規中矩。地點很漂亮，價錢也便宜。 但因為便宜，所以只有基本備品。牙刷、牙膏、洗髮潤髮、沐浴乳、洗手乳。 其他如：日本飯店都會有的睡衣、棉花棒、刮鬍刀、礦泉水等，都沒有，如果有要入住請自行先準備。

- ?? (4/5): - 道頓堀まで歩いて10分。りくろーおじさんまでは5分。みなみ駅入口まで30秒。立地は良かったです。 男性スタッフの対応も知り合いのオジサン的でフレンドリーでした。 部屋はベッドやトイレ、お風呂、洗面所は清潔でしたが、スリッパがどこにもなく、トイレもそのまま入らざる終えませんでした。 部屋の絨毯もお世辞にも綺麗とは言えないほど染みだらけ。そこをスリッパ無しで歩くのはしんどかったです。ソファも古さが伺えます。 換気扇がうるさく眠れないので止めましたが、隣の部屋の音が聞こえて結局眠れませんでした。 悪くはありませんが、残念感は否めず、正直金額が高過ぎです。

- Jessica (2/5): Stay away!! - The only good thing about this hotel was it’s location. It’s very close to the metro and shopping. Our family of 5 stayed here for 3 days and it has been the dirtiest hotel we have ever stayed at. And we stayed at 4 other hotels during our 15 day trip to Japan. We booked the 3 bed room here at Rozy hotel. It had a decent size tub and shower but it had mold growing everywhere!!! dark colored and red mold. I was so grossed I felt dirty taking a shower there. The beds were not any better. Pee stains on the mattress and what looked like old blood stains. I would not recommend staying here. There are plenty of other hotels in this area. Too bad for us we couldn’t find another hotel to switch to because of our party of 5.

- Verified traveler (8/5): - We had the deluxe room which sleeps 6 people, it is pretty much the biggest room we have in japan and the best considering we stayed in Hilton, mystays, ryokans, etc. price is reasonable, room is clean and big, bed is nice and toilet/shower is separated which is a nice feature (all other hotel has them in the same room and really tight/small). Location wise it is not too bad, around 5 minutes walk to jr namba and 10mins to dotonburi. It is in a quiet area though and not where all the action is - if you like it that way then this is for you. A family mart (24h convenient shop) is just around the corner. No laundromat spoilt it if you do want to wash cloths, need to go to dotonbori or other places which take 10mins.

- S (10/5): - good size for japan standards, clean, comfy bed, toilet cramped but clean, good water pressure, rain shower, super friendly check in guy, excellent location just a few minutes walk to Namba station, and a bit longer to Dotonbori. But walls a bit thin, could hear most things outside the windows and in the hallway. Luggage got delayed a day, and the airport sent them to the hotel direct. Staff kindly brought them up to our room immediately.
- Sojung (8/5): 가성비 좋은 깔끔 호텔~ - JR남바역 31번 출구 코앞에 있습니다. 시어머니와 함께 4인 가족 5명이 머물렀는데 전반적으로 깨끗하고 직원분들도 꽤 친절했어요. 가성비가 뛰어나고 위치가 좋습니다. 다만 교토나 다른 곳으로 가실 분이면 남바역보다는 오사카역 가까운 호텔이 좋긴 합니다. 그렇게 될 경우 비용이 비싸지는 단점은 있겠지요. 저는 가성비와 위생, 위치면에서 5점 만점 4점 이상은 줄 수 있겠어요.

- Allen (6/5): Nice location, but a little noise - The location is good, near Namba station. The staff is friendly, and the room is more spacious than most of other Japanese hotel. However, when someone upstairs uses the toilet, I can hear noise from the tube in my room, which disturbs my sleep.
- Henry (6/5): Good location in Namba, good for one night stay - The location is good in Namba area. Hotel staff is very welcoming and check-in is convenient. However, double bed is too small for two adults. The most important thing I want to say is, the room had noise when people upstairs are using restroom or taking a shower. I can only sleep well when people upstairs finish using restroom. Overall, it is a good place for one-night stay, and for people those who don't care minor noise.
- mark (10/5): Nice hotel close to jr station. - Hot water takes a while to come out so need to on the tap and wait for a while. Wifi although provided is impossible to get a connection. Other than that, service was excellent.

- Verified traveler (10/5): - I stayed in a Japanese style room at Hotel Rozy. The room was in very good condition and very clean. Walls were white and there were no nicks or damage to the walls of any type. Bathroom area also looked SUPER clean and in good condition. Rooms in Japan are small as expected. Please note that this is a Japanese style room, thus, there are no western chairs to sit on in the Japanese style room. There are Japanese style cushions for sitting. Front desk staff were very nice. Hotel was conveniently located and close walking distance to the Dotonbori and Kuramon Open Market. Wi-Fi worked very well, too.
- Ranzel (10/5): Great Location and Amazing Service - ROXY HOTEL's service was great - the staff speak English very well - and they are willing to hold luggage if you want to explore before you check in / out. The location is very close Namba Station - which is handy if you're arriving via KIX Airport, or even 1 transfer line from Shinkansen. There is a nearby Family Mart, and walking distance from Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi shopping street. The bed and bath were clean, fairly spacious compared to other hotel suites. I would recommend for Osaka travellers and will probably stay here again in the future.
