The room is extremely clean and comfortable. The door is not soundproof and you can hear other guests down the hallway.

It was safe and comfortable and the location was perfect for seeing the sit - It was located in a nice quiet area that was not touristy, making it feel like you could get away from the busyness of Rome, but had good restaurants and supermarkets near by. It was very close to the subway, making it easy to get to all the tourist sites , as well as being within walking distance of the Vatican. Domus Arena itself had everything we needed- comfortable bed, great shower, adequate space for luggage, refrigerator for snacks, and a great espresso machine in the foyer to start the day off right!

• Renata (10/5): A fantastic, hassle-free stay in a perfect spot—we would return in a heartbeat! - The room and location were fantastic—right near the metro, a 24-hour Carrefour market, and plenty of great spots for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It was also super close to Vatican City, so we enjoyed a nice walk there without needing any transport. The neighborhood felt quiet and safe, and the hotel was super easy to find. The apartment was spot on, always spotless, with bed linens and towels changed every two days. The host was perfectly friendly, spoke great English, and helped with everything we needed. She recommended awesome food places nearby, gave us a map, and even let us store our luggage after checkout so we could explore freely. The staff had a great sense of humor and were incredibly helpful. The shared kitchen worked well for everyone. Nothing really—everything was perfect. If I had to pick something minor, maybe add a small shelf in the shower cabin for toiletries so you don't have to step out every time. It did not bother us at all, though, and we do not see it as a flaw.

• Maarten (9/5): - Tetyana is a super kind host and took all the time to explain nice sites around the appartment and the city. The appartment is very hygienic and has all the utilities , very well located close to metro Cipro and shops, bistros and super markets. Small but well stocked kitchen with plates and cups for breakfast. Comfortable shower and good bed. You will find no better place with such kind hospitality on Rome. Other guests do not always respect the common courtesy to avoid loud conversations in the courtyard and fail to follow the door policy. This comment is aimed at the guests of the accommodation who do not know how to close a door. The host is not to blame, please help her by following the door policy.

• Miran (10/5): Sjajno! - Sve je bilo sjajno. Lokacija odlično povezana sa ostatkom grada, u blizini metro i autobusi. Brza i laka komunikacija sa devojkom koja radi na recepciji, tu je da vam pomogne oko svega. Soba je bila čista, krevet preudoban, kupatilo sređeno. Sve preporuke!
• Bradley (9/5): Modern room in an excellent, safe location within walking distance of the Vatican - The location was in a lovely area with plenty of local cafe’s and restaurants nearby. It is within walking distance of Vatican City and only a 5 minute walk to Cipro metro station. The bedroom has a lot more space than advertised and you get to use the coffee machine and sink behind reception. Tetyana was very helpful and her recommendations turned out to be our favourite restaurants/cafe’s. The shampoo/shower gel is very small and isn’t the best so I would recommend to take your own.

• Neangi (8/5): - Nagyon jó elhelyezkedés. A vatikán kb 15 perc séta, a metroállomás 5 perc sétányira volt. Éjszakai busz is a közelben állt meg. A szállásadó kedves volt, a késői érkezésünkkel kapcsolatban pedig rugalmas. Remek közeli helyeket ajánlott. Egy nagyon minimális konyha van, szóval hatalmas főzést nem lehetett tartani, de tányér és evőeszközök voltak. Jó lett volna valami polc a fürdőszobába és a szobába nem volt túl sok hely hova pakolni. A falak kicsit vékonyak, így reggel a szomszéd hangoskodása kicsit kellemetlen volt.

• Michele (6/5): Bene ma servizi da migliorare! - La posizione a poche centinaia di metri dalla stazione metro Camera pulita, ma è una doppia adibita a tripla.. Bagno ok. Di negativo il fatto che le salviette (mi veniva detto solo al momento del check-in) si cambiano dai tre giorni in su. Abbiamo soggiornato da venerdì a lunedì compreso e per avere il cambio delle stesse ho dovuto pagare 15 euro…facendo un rapido conto sono quattro giorni… Altra cosa negativa, riferivano che il sabato (o la domenica dipende dai casi) la camera non viene rifatta…peccato che abbia pagato per un servizio completo… Sono due aspetti che infastidiscono molto in quanto non sono specificati al momento della prenotazione.. Ho soggiornato in parecchie location ma è la prima volta che mi capita una cosa del genere..o meglio può starci ma va specificato in fase di prenotazione!

• Paola (3/5): Deludente, prezzo alto solo per la posizione. - La posizione Al check in non si è presentato nessuno, il numero scritto su booking non si è degnato di rispondere alle diverse telefonate e sapevano quale era l’orario del nostro arrivo che abbiamo rispettato al secondo. Il numero fisso inesistente.. Una volta in camera l’acqua calda non arrivava subito bisognava tenere la fontana aperta per diversi minuti, la pulizia del bagno non è stata fatta ogni giorno che per essere un alloggio a 130€ a notte è qualcosa di impensabile, peraltro ci è stata fatta pagare una quota per il cambio asciugamani senza avvisarci prima che la nostra richiesta (dopo 2giorni) avrebbe avuto un surplus e per giunta solo in contanti. Nonostante ciò non si sono preoccupati minimamente di svegliarci alle 5.30 del mattino dopo la notte del capodanno per una IPOTETICA perdita d’acqua. (per questo il nostro numero lo hanno trovato) A tutto ciò abbiamo chiesto di posticipare il check out di un paio di ore poiché ci avevano posticipato il volo, ma non è stato possibile neanche quello… Forse un tempo era gestita da altri perché rispetto a ciò che ho letto che mi ha invogliato a prenotare e rispetto a ciò che ho vissuto, c’è stato un abisso..

На кухне есть микроволновка, кофемашина, посуда. Кровать, подушки удобные, уборки каждый день. Прямо за углом супермаркет. Если ещё приеду в Рим, буду стараться бронировать тут

• TINO (3/5): Siate più presenti. - Vicina a metro A Servizio inesistente, materasso da rivedere in quanto mi è venuto il mal di schiena. Si sentono tutti i rumori della stanza limitrofe è del piano di sopra. Un continuo rimbombo di passi. Pessima esperienza.

Camera pulita, silenziosa, e il letto è molto comodo.. Disponibilità di te e caffè ed è presente una piccola cucina comune. Persone gentili. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Aggiungerei la possibilità di voucher colazione (c'è un bar pasticceria favoloso nelle vicinanze e ho visto che li prevede). Frigo un po' rumoroso. Il parcheggio è un delirio, come in tutta Roma, anche se ci sono diversi parcheggi a pagamento nella via.

Por la zona se podía disfrutar de riquísimas cafeterías, restaurantes, supermercados, farmacias y todo lo necesario. Tetyana fue muy amable recomendandonos lugares donde acudir. Tuvimos un problema con un ruido, el cual se solucionó nada más comentarlo.

Nu se ofera mic dejun, dar exista o bucatarie de unde poti lua vesela si poti sa iti faci cumparaturi de la magazinele alimentare din zona, la mai putin de 100 m. In camera exista fierbator, iar in bucatarie aparat pentru cafea. Personalul este foarte amabil, iar curatenia de nota 10. A fost putin zgomot, dar cred ca ocazional. Altfel zona este linistita, locatia este retrasa, nu este la o artera principala.

The location is very good for exploring Rome, a little bit out of the busy area so it is quieter, but close to the Metro and the Vatican is a stroll away. Restaurants nearby. Pictures don't do it justice. Air conditioning worked great. Check in was a bit of a pain, waiting for someone to pick up the phone/answer the door as it started raining, but may have just been unfortunate timing, and the service after that was perfect.
• Demiren (10/5): Very clean, comfortable and near to the metro and Vatican museum. - It was very clean, stuff was very kind and near to the metro, like 4-5 minutes by walking. Also, the room had new good quality furniture and the bed was very comfortable. I do recommend this location. -
