• TIMOTHY (10/5): - Great hotel. It is near Chinatown Hatyai. We grab some breakfast there. Otherwise you will have to take a grab or tuktuk to Lee Garden or Kim Yong market. Hotel is very clean and friendly staffs.

• Safari53080064712 (4/5): No gym but cockroaches - One reason I selected this hotel was gym that was advertised. Update: there is no more gym in this place, it’s closed for good. The room has a musty smell and two cockroaches in the bathroom. Carpet in the corridors near to elevators looks like it was vacuum cleaned last time a year ago.

• Verified traveler (6/5): Positives and negatives - I recently stayed at S Hadyai hotel and had a mixed experience. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making check-in a breeze. The hotel's location was convenient, close to many things. However, I found the noise level from events being hosted in the hotel to be quite disruptive, which affected my sleep quality 3 out of the 9 nights. Additionally, there were some maintenance issues such as a hanging air conditioning vent in the room and creeking elevators around floor 5, which detracted from the overall comfort of the stay.additionally the carpets appeared to be stained in the hallways dispite the cleaners attempts of scrubbing the hallways. The cleaning service was great until one of the last nights where i did have to request the cleaner to clean my room as they had not completed that by 4pm and then only half cleaning cleaning the room that night without taking the rubbish or providing the water bottles or toilet paper on that 1 instance. Overall, while the staff were great and the location was ideal, the noise and maintenance issues left something to be desired.

• Vesupathy (2/5): Horrible stay at S Hatyai Hotel - The location The hotel staff's service was very slow and poor. The swimming pool and gym was out of order and no prior notification given. Breakfast had very little variaty and poor quality.

• Taaresh (4/5): Worst stay at hadyai at this hotel. - I actually booked 2 rooms for 2nights since we were 4 of us. They only could get rooms on the same row even (not beside to each other) even i have notified when i made the booking. One of the room is haunted and request for replacement they said it was all full. So me and my son shifted to the haunted room and stay with the ghost. The sounds keep coming from the toilet but did not came out to disturb us. I will never ever book this hotel again. Nothing is pleasant except the pool.

So we chose this hotel that offered room service as my wife was unable to move around during the stay.Although a room service menu was in the room but the service was not available.Also no airport shuttle as offered.Breakfast Buffet very poor. They order the Food outside waiting time 20-30 minutes. The Coffe shop are outside the Hotel nearby.Sheets had blood stains on both beds.Service offerings described should be available. If not, the descriptions should be updated. This was not the case. In a few weeks we have to go to the hospital in HatYai for a check-up, but we will avoid this hotel.

• Vijitha (3/5): Pls choose a better hotel - The location is good. Just a short Tuk Tuk ride to the famous markets and eateries. The interior decor of the rooms are nice. Comes with microwave. There was a strong sewage smell in all the room toilets. The rooms were not cleaned properly. When we went there was still water in our kettle which would have been left by the previous occupants. The lady who cleans spends the entire day cleaning the one level. So you will see huge piles of dirty linen and towels sprawled along the corridor almost the whole day. And for some reason my friend who was on a different level never had her room cleaned. The service from staff is also poor. My room was only given 3 pillows instead of 4 and i was told that because the hotel was full I wouldn't be given the extra pillow.

The staff did not do the housekeeping well and details, never clean the bath tub in detail as well as my room rubbish were still there on the table and dustbin, never re-fill tissur paper in the room and bathroom too. I hope the hotel can improve the housekeeping service.

Air con also didn’t work room was at 28c all throughout the day and night. Unbearable and someone came to look at it and said lowest it can be is 22c but once set the room was still 28c. Staff weren’t helpful.

• Anonymous (7/5): The room maids done their job well and made my stay a pleasant one. - The room was contemporary and spacious. The shower was the best in all the hotels I had stayed in on this trip. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were soft and clean. The bins were emptied daily and the bathroom was cleaned every day. I never ran out of the toilet tissue. The TV was fantastic. The restaurant was closed. It was raining outside and I had to go looking for dinner and breakfast every day.
