- Javier (9/5): I wouldn’t stay again. - It was an ok location for the price. The staff was nice enough. I wasn’t aware that the entire property was pet friendly, and unfortunately that was a major downside for me. The smell throughout the facility was overwhelming, it smelled strongly of dogs, mixed with an excessive amount of fragrance that seemed intended to cover it up. Walking through the hallways actually made me feel nauseous. I was also disappointed that there wasn’t an inclusive breakfast option available. Instead, I had to spend over $50 for breakfast next door, which was very subpar and came with equally disappointing service. Having to pay for parking and then walk around the corner to access it was also inconvenient. While it wasn’t the worst hotel experience I’ve had, it definitely wasn’t enjoyable, and unfortunately I would not choose to stay here again.

First room had no lamps, shower curtain, coffee maker, refrigerator, or bureau for clothes. Was moved to a new room that also had no shower curtain. Housekeeping never showed up to my room for the entire 2-day stay. 1 of 2 elevators were not in service for the entire stay...I had to walk down the stairs from the 6th floor.

- Meredith (10/5): - We loved the hotel. Not much that we did not like. The bed was awesome. It was nice and clean. Parking fee and breakfast. Not sure how the breakfast worked. But, when we went down there were bread and juice. We do think that there should be a discount for parking if you stay at the hotel. There are many other places for the same price.

I think was her name… The valet young lady was sweet & pleasant.. very knowledgeable of the area.. the next day the gentleman who retrieve my car was also very pleasant.. I arrived at the hotel at about 2:45pm which is earlier then check in time.. however the big man at the desk was very rude and wouldn’t answer any of my questions and kept stating check-in wasn’t until 4pm.. I had been to a hotel and the front desk staff was rude!! As I was standing there trying to ask about valet he just walked out the hotel leaving me standing at the desk while he smoke a vape… because of his attitude I will never stay at this hotel again..

- Jessica (5/5): Glad it was only 1 night! - My bedding was dirty and I had to call and ask the front desk for new bedding 3 times and I waited a total of 7 hr to get it. To the point we're I said "Yall don't have to change them I'll do myself , I just want my sheets". I had 2 different hairs on my pillow and 1 down in the sheets. None of the hairs were mine or belonged to my wig. She said fine but you have to come get them. I was in and out of the hotel all that day . The first 2 calls were made when I first got there around 4 and 6 pm. The last call was Midnight when I was actually trying to sleep. Also, I only received 1 towel set , the rest were tiny floor towels. A small minor issue was the hold fee. All across America I have always had a holding fee be 100$ or sometimes people trust me and don't take it at all (thank you) but their fee is 150$. For what reason?? Had fun outside of that because it was for the Cardi B concert.

- Jameka (4/5): Started off bad, and ended the same. - My room was not ready when I got there, and I got there hours after the check-in time. I had to leave my belongings at the front desk because I had an event to get to. Everything else was fine, until it was time to leave. It took valet 40 minutes to get my car so I could leave!
- VASILIKI (9/5): Excellent location, friendly staff!! - The location was excellent, the staff were friendly, helpful, and pleasant, and the room we were given was very clean and quite spacious. They asked for a mandatory deposit of $150, which was not mentioned in the original booking. This was very unexpected, as in all the other places we stayed it was clearly stated in the booking app. At least the money was returned at the end.

- Jada (10/5): I had an excellent day here and would come back - The room was very nice. The bed was so comfortable. It was a very nice bathroom with a Bluetooth speaker built into the mirror and wall so cool. I like how the property was downtown near everything. I was specifically there for the Cardi B concert at the CFG Arena and it was such an easy commute to only have to walk five minutes across the street to get there. I will definitely book this hotel again if I went to Baltimore. There was nothing really wrong to me.

- David (7/5): Ok for a night (if you are a deep sleeper) - Bed was comfortable. Hotel is "pretty" on the inside. Everything in the room worked. Great location. Valet's were quick and courteous. Room was on the street side. Every street noise came straight through the window. Only had one shade to pull down, and it was semi-transparent, so all the light from the outside came in the room (fortunately I'm a heavy sleeper). Only 1 cup of regular coffee in the coffee maker in the room. Shower head was less than optimal. Hotel says it has breakfast, but I a) never saw it b) there's no menu for it on the restaurant web site c) I couldn't find it.

- Katie (8/5): Perfect hotel for a weekend - Hotel was very clean and comfortable, staff were always friendly and helpful. Location is perfect for the Aquarium and arena- we were easily able to walk to both. The food at the hotel restaurant is phenomenal! Parking was easy- many options around outside of valet if you don’t need to use your car during your stay The restaurant service was unorganized and slow but the food was worth the wait.

The beds were really comfortable. 1) There is no breakfast in the restaurant, not even coffee, tea, pastries. 2) Something about the hotel air gave me asthma. The HVAC? The smoke from the restaurant? 3) Most people seemed to be having a great time at karaoke night at the restaurant at dinner, and it was wonderful to see that, but it was a nervewracking atmosphere to eat in. SO noisy. I left the hotel honestly not feeling great.

The hotel is about ten minutes on foot from the Convention Center and less than a block from several main bus routes. The really good cafés and restaurants were all at least a 20-minute walk away. The hotel restaurant was okay, but the food was extremely salty and fairly expensive.

I didn’t like the parking but there is a parking garage you have to know about it before you go or you will be driving around trying to figure out how to check in there is no parking on the streets
