- Amit (3/5): Not Upto the Standards - Location- It is right next to the highway. Place where the bypass for Rajguru Nagar starts. Staff - Very polite and worked hard to keep things moving. 1.Cleanliness - The room had signs of dirt and unkemptness. 2.Electrical Buttons - Broken/ out of the fitting. A small thing but shows carelessness. 3.Poor facilities - [a] Lift - Room was on the third floor yet lift was not working . [b] Basics - The marking for 'Do not Disturb' or 'Clean Room' were missing. [c] Hangers in Wardrobe - Missing. [d] Drawer of the Wardrobe - Locked. Unusable. [e] Toiletries - Inadequate, of poor quality. [f] Washroom - Basic cleaning was missing.

Once I entered the I did not find water bottle , door mat and kettle.Already being tiered I contacted reception so many times.Also morning breakfast was not worth the money.
