One positive aspect is that the hotel is conveniently located close to the train station, which makes it easy to travel to Rome, around a 15-minute walk or 5 minutes by car. The parking in the train station is big and free. There is no restaurant service in the hotel apart from breakfast, so for lunch, having a coffee or dinner you need to go out or order food for delivery. The breakfast was good, although it finishes quite early at 9:30 a.m. It would probably be better for guests on holiday if it were available a bit later. The beds were like two single beds pushed together, and the mattress was a bit old. It had a noticeable dip in the middle, which caused back pain during the night. The toilets also need to be replaced, as they are very old, and the shower door glass was partly broken. They have a very nice garden and terrace area, but unfortunately it was difficult to enjoy because there were huge numbers of tiny bugs or small spiders all over the white surfaces, including the tables and floors. It felt more like an infestation than just a few insects. The internet connection also worked very poorly during the stay. - c1bd4ddfefaa7097762ac5e9d38a7cc2 (8/5): Lovely hotel in beautiful location - Perfect location, close to the airport (approx 10 min). Grounds are beautiful. Rooms are very large and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast consisted of a large variety of foods to cater for all tastes. We had a very early flight so was given a breakfast box, which was very much appreciated. Close to tourist locations, car is advisable. Free parking available. There is nothing we didn’t like about the property, personal preference, it would have been better if we were able to walk to the nearby town to explore, but roads are quite dangerous with volume of traffic, not too bad during the day, but be extra cautious if walking in the evening.

À partir du directeur jusqu'aux dames de service, le personnel est toujours souriant et se démène pour vous faire sentir chez vous. L hôtel est magnifique, bien décoré et agencé avec élégance et goût. À quelques minutes d'une gare de train il relie la localité au centre de Rome en 30 minutes. Situé dans le Parc des Castelli Romani, il est entouré de petits villages et lacs magnifiques où il fait bon s'attarder et se restaurer. Idéal pour se reposer, au calme avec une vue imprenable sur Rome. C'est tout près de la résidence papale d'été, Castel Gandolfo.

The hotel is a 4* but the room I stayed in is dated. The shower heating control is very difficult to regulate and the pressure was not very good .

- Cristina (8/5): Bell'albergo a pochi minuti dall'aeroporto di Ciampino - Abbiamo soggiornato per poche ore, siamo arrivati di sera tardi e avevamo un volo alle 6 del mattino da ciampino, però abbiamo potuto apprezzare l'ampiezza della camera e gli arredi di classe della struttura. Personale alla reception molto gentile e accogliente. La posizione è strategica x raggiungere l'aeroporto (meno di 10 minuti in auto). La temperatura della camera era troppo alta, anche se fuori faceva davvero freddo, comunque non abbiamo chiesto come abbassarla altrimenti avremmo risolto!
