Guest Reviews
- Patricia (8/5): - The room was large, I really like the soace. The air conditioning was not working well in my room but they offered to put me in another room. I was very happy with the price, room and customer service.
- William (10/5): - Room had everything that was expected for a good nights sleep.
- Paula (10/5): - Really very nice people
- Larry (8/5): - Convenient for going to Brown County Music Center. Offered a free shuttle to the venue. Also very convenient for the total Nashville Indiana /Brown County experience.
- susanna (8/5): - Ok
- Jean (10/5): Worth the stay - Very clean and cozy hotel. Old country charm. Which upon entry has a little musty smell. But do not be put off. This place is well worth the stay.
- Jeff (10/5): - .
- ANTHONY (8/5): Plug outlet update needed badly - While the price is affordable, the rooms are outdated specifically with wall outlets so old and loose that your plugged in posts fall out. CPAP users-- the bed plug outlets are exactly behind the middle of the bed. You'll need extention cords and to move the bed to reach the outlet.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - clean and comfortable room.
- Christian (10/5): - Quiet
- Betsey (10/5): Nice Stay - Very comfortable room, friendly, helpful staff
- Kelly (2/5): - This property needs to be highly updated.
- Daryl (8/5): Hotel needs updates - The hotel is outdated and definitely needs upgrades. The public areas - restaurant/bar/lobby were fine, restaurant food was great. But the rooms were dark and kinda shabby. The hotel still uses bedspreads instead of comforters, and theyre probably never washed. There was a big centipede in my bathtub the first morning. Nonetheless, the beds were comfy, and i liked having a balcony.
- James (8/5): - Older section needs to be upgraded
- Shelly (6/5): - Very old. Not nice at all. But staff was friendly
- Jay (8/5): - Nice location and facility.
- Cynthia (10/5): Very nice, would recommend! - Room was comfortable! AC unit works wonderfully! Everything was clean! Very nice stay! Restaurant was popular and food great.
- Cindy (2/5): Bad Smelling Room - Very disappointed in this hotel. The moldy/musty smell in the room was terrible. We were even on the "new" side of the hotel. We couldn't switch rooms because the hotel was full. The pillows were just flat rectangles. We were here for a concert across the street at the Music Center and the Music Center offered a free shuttle which was really nice.
- Donald (10/5): - Lodge is walking distance from Music Center. Many selections available from local craftsmen and artists!
- Stacy (8/5): Nice stay - We stayed one night at the Seasons Lodge while in the area. The Lodge is cozy with a great atmosphere. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is good. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The hotel is an older hotel with wooden doors. Do not expect a modern property, but rather a cabin feel. We would stay her again.
- orville (6/5): - Convenient to the music center
- Jerry (8/5): - We enjoyed our stay. The only negative thing I would say is the older area of the hotel could use a little update.
- Ricky (10/5): - Love the balcony in our room very private and peaceful
- frank (6/5): - They had daily maid service. No breakfast.TV was awefull would freeze and say service interupted all the time. The remote was to complicated to use even staff had trouble with it.Side walk around property was all broken up.You can walk top the brown county music center
- Monica (6/5): - Enjoyed our stay. Convenient location near concert venue. Musty smell was a bit overwhelming. New bath towels would be a big improvement.
- Larry (6/5): - Property needs updated,
- Virginia (6/5): - Hotel is outdated but for the price charged, that's ok. Check in was a little confusing, but I was able to make my request clear. I would probably not booked here in the future.š¢
- Toni (8/5): - The ladies at the front desk were very sweet. They were knowledgeable about the area, and answered all of our questions. Our rooms were clean, and updated. The hotel is in a safe area, and conveniently located A few minutes from downtown Nashville.
My only complaint is that they no longer have their pool. My family and I have stayed there several times, and lived the pool. This trip my daughter, 2 granddaughters and I got into our swimsuits and went to the pool, only to find out it was no longer there. We were all obviously disappointed. The pool was the main reason I had booked this hotel.
- Jim (6/5): - Clean and comfortable and a good location. But rooms could use some updating.
- Ed (6/5): - The picture is nothing like what the place looks like
- Tammie (6/5): - Room was ok but could use some updates. No refrigerator in the room.
- Aida (10/5): - great location and customer service. the only complaint is that the dining room is only open on certain days.
- Troy (10/5): - Great place to stay especially if your attending a concert at Brown County Music Center.
- ARTHUR (6/5): - Not very clean. Dated
- David (8/5): - Great place to stay for shows at the music venue. Nice quiet hotel.
- gerald (8/5): - Good
- Terri (10/5): - This was amazing! The room was beautiful and clean. The staff was wonderful!!! The restaurant downstairs delicious!!! 10/10 for the whole experience! We enjoyed sitting on the porch outside of our room. It was beautiful.
- Dan (6/5): - The room is very dated. Wall next to tub was water damaged. Bugs on the bathroom floor. No refrigerator or microwave. Next door neighbor was smoking on the deck, so we could not sit on the deck or have the sliding door open. Overall, just not real attractive or inviting.
- todd (2/5): - They either need to put alut of money into updating or tear it down. Outside side walks landscaping are interible shape. Balcony was ground level an full of weeds with really cheap plastic furniture. Room was not very clean. No fridge just a cheap coffee pot and cheap furnishings. I was there with a buddy for anevent at Hard Truth. If i would have been with my wife we would have walked.
- Ronald (10/5): - Clean, comfortable, pleasant staff, nice balcony and a good location.
- Marcia (10/5): - Always nice and quiet and convenient.
- Mark (4/5): Maintenance Needed - The room lock was clearly broken and caused me to injure my shoulder trying to get it to work. This is inexcusable neglect! The balcony lock did not work at all. There was a broken lamp that was too dangerous to turn on.
The room itself was fine. The shower was good. The restaurant and bar was not open. The shuttle service to the concert venue was great. Why have a restaurant if youāre not going to use it?
- Margaret (6/5): - It was okay. Convenient to the Brown County Music venue
- Greg (10/5): - Nice place thats comfortable/clean & affordable
- Adam (6/5): - The Restaurant and Bar dont stay open very late.
- Lynn (10/5): - The desk attendant upgraded our room to one where we didn't have to climb stairs. We were so grateful as I was having back issues and having difficulty walking.
- Andy (10/5): The Seasons Lodge - Hotel was clean. Looks a little run down on the outside. But the interior has a fresh update The Private balcony was great to enjoy the evening.
- Spencer (10/5): - Great location for a concert we attended at Brown County Music Center right across the street. There was a free shuttle to and from the show. Room was spacious and bed was comfortable. Great value. Would stay here again.
- Deb (10/5): - Donāt drive by, turn in & check it out
- Mary (6/5): - Loved the location. Perfect place to stay when attending a concert across the street. Shuttle service to and from the music venue was a plus. Bar and restaurant were also very good. However the condition of the hotel and our room left much to be desired.
- Y5314QDdougt (2/5): Do not stay here! - No pool! No bar after the show (show up town). No breakfast! No clocks. Old fashion key. Hard to get key to walk. This is a bad place to stay! Getting into the parking lot without lights was crazy. The steps going up to the lobby was crazy. How can the pictures show a pool but it hasnāt been there for 5 years?
- Timothy (10/5): - I second guessed booking here after reading some negative reviews, but that was far from our experience. The staff was friendly and helpful and we had a very nice, well appointed and clean room. We were in town for a concert at Brown County music center which is just across the street. Close to Nashville with plenty of shops and restaurants
- Ellen (10/5): - They had everything ready for us when we arrived, our name on our room cards; Very welcoming. The room was large; Shower was amazing!
- Danielle (8/5): - Very nice employees and nice to have the restaurant onsite, but it has limited hours. The door to our back patio didnt lock and opened by itself a few times
- Tamra (10/5): - .
- Steve (8/5): - Had a wonderful time in BC. This was our first time staying at Seasons and so glad we did! Friendly staff, nice rooms and great location. We will be back!!
- Laura (10/5): Love this place - We love seeing a show across the street and taking the free shuttle back and forth. Great bar and great restaurant with really great prices. Cute little patio outside our room on the newer side of hotel.
- Dori (6/5): - The television in our room was tiny!
- doug (8/5): - No fridge or microwave, but did have nice coffee maker
- Tricia (10/5): - Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and well maintained.
- Kathy (6/5): - The room we were in was old. It needs new doors, new shower head, new hair dryer, and new outlets. The outlet by sink would not hold the plug of my curling iron. There needs to be two outlets by sink, and they need to be GFI. The shower head is shot. The thermostat needs to be replaced. Very blah decor. Hated flooring in hallway. Mattresses were awful. Add a mattress pad to mattresses. We could not see the entrance to parking lot at night. Add lighting.
- Justin (10/5): - Great place!
- Helen (6/5): - We really liked this property - close to everything. We had a great room with a patio that we could sit on. Perfect for reading! The room could use a little love (bathroom door) but over all, we enjoyed our stay.
- Verified traveler (8/5): The Good and the Bad at the Seasons - The hotel was very clean and we would stay there again. However, the lighting in the room was not up to par. I recommend that they put three-way bulbs in the lamps. The pillows hurt my neck.
We were in a part of the hotel that was apparently forgotten because the cleaning service did not clean our room for the first day or give us clean towels. Also, the bar soap was very strong that by the end of the third day, my hands were bleeding.
My husband went to the front desk to get us clean towels and Kleenex and the ladies were very helpful.
The fish dinner at the Rafters was pathetic. We could not even eat it and did not want to because it did not even look like fish. However, we ate there many times and the other food was good.
The room was large and roomy and so was the bathroom.
- Elizabeth (8/5): - Older hotel, but nice
- Michael (2/5): - The air conditioner did not work. Our room was at least 80 degrees. We brought it up to the front desk and they said they usually just open the balcony doors to cool it off, so they obviously knew the air did not work.
- Jim (8/5): - The stay overall was nice but the front desk was not the most pleasant to deal with. Pretty unfriendly women.
- John (10/5): - It was very clean! The room was spacious. We were able to walk to the music venue, which worked well. Only problem was with the tv. We couldnāt get network station- cbs, nbc, abc, etc. The staff couldnāt figure it out either, Iām afraid.
- Robert (8/5): - Older property. Could use some remodeling
- Amy (10/5): - Went to a concert at Brown County Music Center, and didnāt have time to check in beforehand. Even though they were changing shifts when we arrived, we were checked in quickly and courteously. Room was too warm for me, the patio door that led to a small, private balcony took care of the problem!
- Jacqueline (10/5): - The hotel looked ātired.ā
- Alona (8/5): - Nice and very nice quaint.
- keith (4/5): - The beds were very uncomfortable, party going on in room next to us til midnight. Room furniture was dated. Bathroom sink was very small for 2 people.
- Linda (10/5): - This hotel is clean but I just think the hotel is in need of renovations. Needs to be updated. Restaurant was great, food was great and I have to say the staff was good but just need to modernize the hotel rooms.
- Susan (10/5): - This was our first stay at this facility. It was a great location. Easy to find and the stay and amenities were a delight.
- Wendy (8/5): - Has a restaurant open for lunch and dinner and bar on-site. Only con is that some type of breakfast would be nice
- jlbMiddletown_Ohio (8/5): Remodeled deluxe rooms are the ones I book. - We stayed in a deluxe room with 2 queen beds. We have been coming to this hotel for several years since they remodeled after a fire. We always stay in the remodeled section. I canāt complain much. So glad the beds have new modern quilt like coverlets. But this visit & last we noticed the towels are really shabby. Very small, thin & cheap scratchy fabric. They need to get some bigger white plush towels to go with the rooms. Next time I think Iāll bring our own towels. Only other thing we couldnāt seem to adjust the heat to not blast us, finally turned it off & even cracked the door. We had dinner in the restaurant night we checked in. It was very good. We miss the indoor pool, it was great on winter stays.
- Scott (8/5): - It was a little outdated.
- gregory (4/5): - I didnāt get 2 queen beds that I booked !
- Bradley (10/5): Best in Lil Nashville - Nice place for a short get-away. Very friendly folks.
- Tara (8/5): - This place is very spacious and nice! The beds were a bit firm for my liking, but overall the place is really clean with pretty views and convenient outside access. There was an issue where the property almost canceled our stay for not paying immediately when I made the reservation, but they cleared that up (while annoyed) after I showed them expedia offered me a "pay later at location" option. Between reserving and arriving at the hotel, they tried to withdraw the money from my bank account, without asking, 5 times. Just a heads up for anyone else who tried to pay later instead of when reserving. They apparently never offer that. The hotel is clean, quiet, and nice, though!
- Cheri (10/5): - Love this place
- Sarah (6/5): - It is in walking distance to the music center and shopping. The free shuttle was appreciated in the cold temps and snow! The morning front desknstaff was so kind and helpful- I cannot say the same.about the evening check-in staff.
- Joseph (8/5): - A bit dated but very clean and super friendly.
A great place to stay if you are going to the music center.
Restaurant / bar is a notch above.
Would definitely recommend and will be going back.
- Dan (8/5): - Property is nice but a little dated. Rooms were very clean, just not kept up to date on maintenance. Nothing horrible - wall damage, cracking drywall seams. Room was large, but had 2 double beds rather than 2 queens. Overall a good stay, especially for the price.
- Tim (10/5): - 1st time here - you never get a 2nd chance to make a 1st impression.
For the what we needed, Seasons Lodge was great. We visit Nashville In. often & will be staying here each time going forward.
The Rafters restaurant was great also.
- Peggy (4/5): - The hotel was empty the staff was sending me to the old hotel room since I booked thru Expedia with the discount. I had to upgrade at my expense although the whole hotel was empty. This booking discount was deceptive
I was traveling alone and did not feel safe going to an area that was away from front and no one else around. My upgraded room ended up being fine but I was charged 30 more per night
- Heather (10/5): Nashville Indiana - This is an older property that has been updated. The room was very spacious, the bathroom was large with only a shower. I did have a patio with a nice view. There was a small wet bar in the room. The TV was tiny compared to the size of the room. The on site restaurant was good with large portions. However they no longer have a pool, that was disappointing to me but more and more places are getting rid of pools. I will definitely stay here again! There is so many cute shops within the downtown area and wineries. If youāre into antiques just outside of town best antique shop Iāve ever been too!
- Andrew (10/5): - Received as a gift.
- Lisa (10/5): - Really nice
- Michele (10/5): - It is very easy to get around the area and within easy distance of the Music Center for concerts.
- Polly (10/5): Nice place - The Lodge is older, but was clean. Needed some updating, but overall, for the price, I would stay there again.
- Brett (8/5): - Clean, comfortable
- Linda (4/5): - 1st Room smelled like it had been smoked in previously and they tried to cover it with air freshener. Found bugs in the bathroom. Showed the man at the desk a picture of what was in our room. He said what do you want me to do? If it was him heād just kill it. What did I expect we were in the country! After being told there were no more rooms available he did find another right next door that we were able to move to. Not what I expected from a hotel that was rated 8
- Mary Ann (4/5): - Close to location we were visiting. Had thermostat set up to 80 degrees and it was still cold. Called front desk and said we couldnāt get room to warm up and needed blankets. I had to go yo front desk to get but met him in hallway and showed hi
Thermostat and he said he didnāt know. Each got one blanket and still was cold. I told lady at check out and she said they havenāt had any problems but would check on it. Did not get a good nights slerp.
- Charles (8/5): - Room was comfortable but was not satisfied with the restaurant. Other than that, our stay was acceptable.
- Tamara (8/5): - Nice could use a refresh on decor but clean and bed was comfortable
- Ron (10/5): The Seasons at Brown County - Room was clean and staff was very friendly. The only negative was no breakfast.
I would stay there again.
- Ann (6/5): - We really love the area and location, the hotel is clean and nice, but the beds are not comfortable and the room temperature needs help.
- Sharon E (10/5): - large, comfortable room with a balcony! Great coffee options, no complimentary breakfast.
