Guest Reviews
- Joshua (2/5): - Worst experience ever
- Josiah (2/5): - DO NOT STAY HERE! JUST DON'T DO IT!
- Lawrence (2/5): - Absolutely nothing
- Craig (4/5): - This place did not have a person actually there . You had to call someone then it was this and that to be told how to get in your room , no luggage carriers and not easy access to the room . The place was terribly run down and after the guy on the phone telling me several things I voiced my displeasure and he said I'm not allowing you access go somewhere else . He then said your $45 is not worth the bad review youll give me .
- David (2/5): Very impressive. - There was no stay. The Maplehurst was closed and locked up upon my arrival.
I was sent to a different property, with same owner, then the operation balanced out.
I felt bad for the person on duty, a no show employee is really embarrassing and rough on the entire place.
- Tanya (2/5): Terrible - Never had hot water the entire time so was never even able to fill the hot tub that I reserved the room for . Walked in to the bed not made and old bedding on the bed . Over all one of my worst stays at a hotel . Hoping for a refund .
- Kelly (6/5): - It was just okay
- Juliann (2/5): - No good
- Verified traveler (6/5): - no food available no ice machine no trash cans in the rooms no staff onsite( working remote) reservation was lost
- Verified traveler (2/5): - There was no wifi and the place was filthy.
- Verified traveler (2/5): Bates motel - First of all, the place looked abandoned. I think we were the only guests. We had to double check if it was the right place. Room was dirty. Stains on the pillow cases and bed sheets. Shower was so bad we didn't take showers. The hot tub in the room had cold water only. We asked about the water and was told "well, it's hit or miss with the water". We had a coffe pot in the room but no coffee. I asked if we can get some coffee for the room and was told they dont have any and that we could get some at the store a few miles down the road. I asked where the ice machine was and was also told to buy it at the store. The patio doors were bolted shut so hanging out on the patio was out of the question. Thank goodness we only booked one night.
- Robert (6/5): Comfortable while under construction. - I think this location is in the middle of a sale and/or renovation. The room and bed was comfortable and spacious, but there was construction dust and debris all over the bathroom. No shower curtain or toilet paper in the bathroom or coffee supplies with the coffee maker. The manager was able to move me to another room quickly, and while that was better stocked, construction debris was still prevalent in the bathroom. Overall, not an unpleasant stay and I will try this location again to see how it is shaping up. More parking lot lighting would be good too
- Verified traveler (6/5): Was there a murder here???? - It appeared to be closed when we arrived. I tried to book at a different motel and they told me it was open. The sign was down and a for sale sign was posted. There was no answer when I called the office. But the other motel contacted the owner(????) and they told me what room and where they hid my key card. It was a bit scary!
