• Trevor (10/5): Great stay, thanks Monica - Location of property is excellent, across the street from the Termini station and within walking distance of attractions. From start to finish our host Monica was excellent. Kept in touch before arrival, gave great local information and always answered our questions. There was a lovely welcome plate in the room on arrival and fresh fruit in the reception every day. Breakfast was pre-order and it was dropped to the room at your requested time. Coffee machine and kettle in the room along with a fridge and water. Bed was very comfortable and bathroom had toiletries supplied.On the day we left we were leaving too early for breakfast but Monica had a takeaway breakfast ready for us. Would highly recommend and hope to be back. Absolutely nothing
• Kresta (9/5): A lovely central place to stay with a wonderful welcoming host - Everything was fantastic, including Monica and the very warm welcome. The accommodation is very close to the station which was perfect as all my travel went from there. The price was slightly higher than others around but I think it was worth it as the room was lovely and clean and the breakfast was great - Monica also left a few welcome goodies which were greatly appreciated. Due to being close to the station I did have to be careful walking back alone at night - but that it no fault of the accommodation.

• Matthew (10/5): We loved our stay and would highly recommend it for a stay in Rome. - Location was excellent with easy access to the Termini and walking distance to many sites including the Colosseum. Monica was a fantastic host and the room was clean with a nice bathroom and very comfortable bed. We loved the daily fresh supply of coffee, fresh fruit and bottled water and daily breakfast was also excellent. Nothing it was perfect.

• Kelly (10/5): Wonderful place to stay with great host! - We had a really great stay! Monica was so nice, helpfull and generous. We felt welcomed. The breakfast was good and it was nice to be able to eat before leaving to explore the city. The location is also great, near a train and subway station. The room was clean. I would definitly recommand!

• Janina (9/5): - Wir waren zu zweit dort und haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohlgefühlt. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Gastgeberin, die unglaublich freundlich war und sich sehr viel Mühe gegeben hat. Sie hat all unsere Wünsche umgesetzt und dafür gesorgt, dass es uns an nichts fehlt. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Auch der Frühstücksservice hat uns sehr gefallen – eine tolle Ergänzung zum Aufenthalt. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist ebenfalls sehr gut und ideal gelegen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Widać, że komfort gościa jest tu priorytetem. ​Co wyróżnia to miejsce? ​Obsługa na najwyższym poziomie: Pani Monika to przemiła osoba, która wkłada całe serce w to, aby goście czuli się zaopiekowani. ​Nieskazitelna czystość: Pokoje były sprzątane codziennie z dużą starannością. ​Małe gesty, które robią różnicę: Świeże owoce dostępne przy recepcji to bardzo miły akcent. ​Gastronomia: Śniadania serwowane prosto do pokoju były po prostu niesamowite – różnorodne, świeże i pięknie podane. Nous avons apprécié la dimension de l'établissement (qq chambres sur 1 étage, 5ème avec ascenseur), l'emplacement de l'hôtel, la taille de la chambre, les prestations et le service room tous les jours impeccable. Ainsi que le petit déjeuner servi en chambre à l'heure choisie. Une machine à café, une bouilloire, de l'eau et des fruits à disposition👍. De bons conseils donnés, la bienveillance, la gentillesse, la discrétion et le sourire de Monica 😊ont participé à ce que notre séjour se déroule parfaitement bien. Je recommande l'établissement🤩 Rien : tout était parfait. Alors s’il faut un avis 👎 : Un peu bruyant si la fenêtre ouverte...logique, quartier des gares routière et ferroviaire. Comodas instalaciones y el plus tener Termini en frente con el mercado central y transportes para el aeropuerto. Zij zorgt voor een hartelijke ontvangst en voor prima ontbijt op de kamer. Fijn ook dat er een koffiemachine aanwezig is en een koelkast. Bedden worden iedere dag opgemaakt. Niet van toepassing.
• Esra (10/5): Unvergesslicher Aufenthalt in Rom! - Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Guest House war einfach außergewöhnlich – eine der besten Unterkünfte, die wir je erlebt haben. Ein absolutes Highlight war die Gastgeberin Monika – wirklich eine 10/10! So herzlich, aufmerksam und liebevoll, man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen. Sie hat sich unglaublich viel Mühe gegeben und war immer für uns da. Besonders begeistert hat uns der Service: Das Frühstück wurde jeden Morgen direkt ins Zimmer gebracht – einfach traumhaft und super entspannt. Zur Begrüßung gab es außerdem einen liebevoll vorbereiteten Welcome-Teller mit Getränken und süßen Leckereien. Da wir über Ostern dort waren, hat Monika uns sogar mit einem großen Schoko Osterei überrascht – so eine süße und persönliche Geste! Das Guest House war wunderschön, sehr sauber und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Auch die Lage ist perfekt, um Rom zu erkunden. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können diese Unterkunft von Herzen weiterempfehlen!
• Kaya Alp (9/5): Great central option and friendly host - The owner (Monica) is very friendly, helpful, and considerate. She made our stay definitely easier and more enjoyable! Location is very central, directly next to main station, therefore also in walking distance to many attractions. Room is very clean (cleaned daily) and is sufficient if you spend your time mainly outside. Not about property, but Termini area is not 100% safe at night.
• Eric (10/5): Een fantastisch verblijf waar je tot rust komt na de drukte in Rome. - De afstand van de trein, metro en bussen was perfect. De kamers waren geluiddicht dus je hoort echt niets van de straat of trein station. Ook geen last van de overige bezoekers aan de accommodatie. Ontbijt op de kamer is fijn, je kan aankruisen wat je wil eten en de tijd kiezen wanneer het ontbijt geserveerd wordt. Monica is hartelijk en had zelfs een gebakje op de verjaardag van mijn man. Ik zou deze accommodatie zeker aanbevelen. Oh ja, de kussens waren heel fijn, zijn vaak slap en dun, maar deze waren juist stevig maar toch zacht. Erg goed! Niets.
• Arran (10/5): One of the best places we have ever stayed at! - Everything! This was such a great stay, comfortable, clean and quiet despite being next to the station. Could not hear a thing! The breakfast was more continental but with a decent selection. The bed and pillows were comfortable. There was not much - for us it was perfect for others the distance from the centre might be a little much but we enjoy walking and preferred the location right near the station so we were not lugging our bags and suitcases too far.

• Francois (10/5): Super prestations pour cette petite guest house très bien placée ! - Excellente literie. Chambres très calmes même celles donnant sur la route (triple vitrage très efficace). Beaucoup de petites attentions (jus de fruits et bouteilles d’eau dans le frigo, petites friandises, bouilloire et cafetière dans la chambre avec thé et café mais aussi fruits frais à disposition à l’accueil). Extrême amabilité de la gérante qui a eu la gentillesse de nous surclasser dans une chambre plus grande. Petit déjeuner copieux (vous choisissez la veille dans une liste et le petit déjeuner est servi en chambre à l’heure de votre choix). Proximité immédiate de la gare et des arrêts de bus, très pratique pour se déplacer vers tous les sites de Rome. Super food court dans la gare ( avec centre commercial) juste en sortant de l’immeuble ainsi que navette pour l’aéroport au même endroit. Bref, super adresse à Rome. Rien

Monica ha estado atenta a cada detalle, le informamos que íbamos por nuestro aniversario y nos hizo una sorpresa. El poder desayunar lo que quieras a la hora que quieras y en la habitación es maravilloso. Nos dio facilidad para dejar la maleta allí el último día en el rato que íbamos a hacer la última vuelta de turismo antes de coger el avión. Está genial ubicado en la estación, ha sido súper cómodo para coger metro y bus a recorrer Roma, un 10 de quedaría corto.

• Wolfgang (10/5): Top Lage und herzliche Gastgeber - Die Lage ist speziell für Bahnreisende absolut perfekt. Die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß zu erreichen. U-Bahn und Bahnhof sind ums Eck. Am Meisten ist aber die Gastgeberin hervorzuheben- noch besser, freundlicher und zuvorkommender kann kein Gastgeber sein. Absolut TOP!

Ein paar Tage vor unserer Anreise hat sie sich nach der Ankunftszeit erkundigt und sogar ein paar Bilder von der Straße, wo sich das Gasthaus befindet, geschickt um uns die Anreise zu erleichtern. Da haben wir direkt ein gutes Gefühl bekommen, dass wir erwartet werden☺️ Alles war bestens, das Zimmer war sauber, das Frühstück lecker, der Standort sehr zentral. Noch ein paar Worte zur Gastgeberin. Monica war stets aufmerksam. Wir waren absolut überrascht, als sie ein leckeres Geburtstagsgeschenk für meinen Freund vorbereitet hat, das war unglaublich süß 🥰 Wir möchten uns vom ganzen Herzen bei Monica für einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in ihrem tollen Gasthaus bedanken 🥰🥰❤️

• Ben (10/5): Excellent stay and would recommend to travelers this place to stay. - Rooms were clean and beds were made each day. Comfortable beds each night. Close to the Termini Roma Stationale. Located on floor 5 and had an elevator. Staff were amazing who attended to our needs and scheduled arrival and departure. We had the breakfast option and Monica specially made our breakfast to go to accommodate our day. Well done! Nothing.
• Stefana-Ioana (10/5): Best stay in Rome so far - Location was above expectations, there was a lot of flexibility for breakfast and our host Monica was more than accommodating providing both very useful tips for meal places, orientation for travelling and so on. We really appreciate everything about our stay here: quiet place, modern, clean, with all amenities you would need for the stay. everything was good, nothing to complain about

• Barbara (7/5): - Zelo prijazno in ustrežljivo osebje. Lokacija je super zaradi dobrih povezav - neposredna bližina železniške postaje. Je pa res, da soseska ni najbolj ugledna in se predvsem ponoči lahko počutiš malce neprijetno. Tuš je malce majhen, sploh če se želiš tuširati v dvoje.

• AU79 (10/5): Excellent choice near Termini Station - Excellent location, just across the street of Termini Station, where one can find all public transportations and attractive food market. Room has sound protection, so it is very quiet. Monica, accommodation manager, is very kind, always with a smile, always available, always willing to assist with everything her guests would need. Everyone can select preferred choice of breakfast (boiled eggs, toasts, cheese, yogurt, muesli, croissons, etc. - very unusual. Fruits and mineral water are available 24/7. Coffee machine at the room and capsules are provided daily. A very clean room, lighted and comfortable even for three adults. Bottom line - excellent choice at a superb location with access to FCO airport and all major sites in Rome. None

Each evening you placed your order and the food was delivered to your room at your desired time in the morning. Fresh and delicious! It was my birthday and Monica added a pretty flower and a strawberry parfait. Very thoughtful! The shower is small but still very clean and functional.

• Xenia (10/5): Прекрасно ! - Отличное местоположение , удобно добраться с аэропорта и в аэропорт , а так же в любую точку Рима. Автобус в аэропорт видно из окна номера , идти 30 секунд. Так же напротив здание вокзала с магазинами , бутиками , метро и еда по доступным ценам. В номере есть все для удобства , включая утюг , каждый день уборка номер и смена полотенец каждые два дня. Хозяйка гостевого дома очень любезная, прийдет всегда на помощь , очень отзывчивая и милая. Завтра был сытный и очень вкусный , доставлен в номер и всегда без опозданий. В день отъезда по нашей просьбе , завтра доставили с вечера , было очень мило . Плохой напор холодной воды, было слишком горячо в душе. Плесень в душевой кабине.

• Sylvain (10/5): Un havre de paix - Un havre de paix, très propre, accueil chaleureux de Kim, grande chambre moderne, literie super comfort. La gentilesse et les petites attentions. Rue très calme malgré la proximité de la gare. A deux pas de la gare, et du food court pratique pour un repas rapide après une longue journée. Notre séjour étant très chargé nous partions tôt le matin et ne pouvions être là pour le petit déjeuner, malgré tout Monica préparait notre petit déjeuner dans notre chambre, elle a tout fait pour me trouver des choses qui correspondait à mes restrictions alimentaire sans gluten et sans lactose. Merci mille fois Monica, notre séjour était trop court nous reviendrons.

• Adéla (10/5): Milé ubytování u Termini :-) - Velmi milé ubytování u nádraží Termini, samozřejmě větší ruch ale ulička, kde se nacházelo ubytování byla čistá a všude bylo blízko jak pěšky tak pokud jste chtěli jezdit metrem :-). Snídaně až na pokoj, velmi chutná a nic nechybělo, kávovar přímo na pokoji. Paní Monika úžasná, velmi milá, vše vysvětlila a na pokoji uklizeno a každý den doplněno. Nemůžu nic vytknout.
