Our room was high enough (10th floor) where we got minimal noise from the street below. The hotel is also perfectly located next to bus stops, subway stations, the underground market and two shopping malls. Our room size (breezy suite) was excellent, perfect size for me and my husband (and our 3 luggages). Comfortable. Highly recommend!

The room has a water filter, making it unnecessary to buy water to drink at the hotel. The hotel only has two elevators, and sometimes the wait can be quite long.

The area felt VERY safe indeed to walk around at night. I loved that the Airport Limousine Bus drops you off almost outside the hotel ( just by the Ibis Hotel) so you just walk back like 4 mins only in a really safe, busy area so no stress with luggage at all The rooms were lovely and spacious, comfortable , very modern and all ammenities were top notch. The beds were really comfy. Really nothing to fault at all.

Location is well situated and close to many of the areas shopping spots, street vendors and historical buildings. The breakfast each day that we included in our 3 night reservation was well staffed and included many options. Although there is a small outside public seating area there was little space inside the lobby of the hotel to sit, wait for friends or use comfortably for guests.

They hv a corner catered just to kids.... we adults love it too. The location is very near to food, Teddy museum and the nice Starbucks. The area is central to everything (however not the prettiest or nicest area of Seoul but a good location to explore from) There were a few things that just made this hotel a bit of a miss, nothing awful but for the price it let it down. The communal areas feel a bit drab, the housekeeping kept coming whilst we were at breakfast meaning either we had to sit outside our room for 20-30 min until they were done, or put a do not disturb sign on then they never came back and our room wasn't made up. The hotel bar at 22:30 pm had kids making a huge noise on the foosball table which really took the nice hotel bar atmosphere away(we ended up enjoying another hotels bar much more!)
- Daniel (6/5): Decent room in a good location and with great staff, but with several significant flaws. - Front desk and cleaning staff were helpful and friendly. In particular, one front desk staff was very helpful in checking that my room was cleaned after I enquired about how we would indicate that the room required cleaning. Bed is clean and comfortable. The location is right at the doorstep of Myeong-dong - so easy to get to shopping/dining as well as the train. Water from the shower would flow out into the bathroom and wet the entire floor. There is a flaw in the shower door design - even though there is a slightly raised step at the shower entrance, water from the glass door still flows down to the bottom of the glass door and then drips out into the bathroom as the person inside showers. Also, it's very noisy at night due to the location right at a busy traffic junction. Bring earplugs. Or stay somewhere else if you are very sensitive to noise. The curtains are not black-out ones - so for those who are sensitive to light and want to sleep in - be aware that the room still gets light once morning breaks. Overall, the price is incredibly expensive for what the room is - there isn't even a proper sofa to lean on. I guess it's really for Marriott Bonvoy members to redeem their points.

- missH2525 (10/5): Would stay again, loved it! - We had a Breezy Suite and it was almost perfect. I loved the bathroom: The bathtub, shower, sink area, and toilet are all separate. One person can use the toilet in privacy while the other uses the rest of the bathroom. There is a makeup mirror with good lighting. The only drawback was that the bathroom is kind of transparent, so if you turn on the lights at night, it shines into the bedroom? Strange design, but it wasn't that big of a deal. The room has a separate living area, a desk, and a big closet. Also has a Nespresso machine and kettle. Climate control works really well and we were able to keep the room as cool or warm as we needed. The hotel has a laundry room (for a small charge) which we were grateful for to be able to wash our clothes. It also has a small gym which we used while doing laundry. The location of the hotel is close to lots of walkable things, including the night market right near it. The staff is helpful and friendly. We had the breakfast and it was excellent. It had lots of choices including pho, eggs, bulgogi, dumplings, cereal, fruits, yogurt, fried rice, pastries, really anything you would want. We were there for 6 nights and grateful to have such a large room. I hope to return to Seoul one day and would definitely stay here again.

- W2k (10/5): Exceptionally comfortable stay right in the heart of Seoul - I had an excellent stay at this hotel in central Seoul; while Myeongdong itself is not for everybody, it is extremely convenient for getting around. All the food, shopping, and services you can possibly wish for are practically at your doorstep. The hotel itself is modern, luxurious, very comfortable and the staff offered me excellent hospitality and service as a Marriott member. Their helpfulness really elevated the stay for me and despite having stayed at a number of luxury hotels in this part of the world this one stands out in my mind as one of the best experiences overall. I will have to caution against pre-paying for breakfast - not because it's bad in any sense, but because you have so many better options within easy walking distance of the hotel.

- Po Chin Julia (9/5): Amazing and brilliant - Very beautiful, comfortable room. They provided an in-room iron and ironing board, readily available for use. Extremely clean too. Two Underground stations being within 5-10 minutes walk was great. Free coffee at the lobby near the elevators was very convenient when leaving hotel. Doormen always greeted and friendly. The toilet never had a smell during our 7 night stay. They would makeover the room when needed but always respected it when I turned on the Do Not Disturb sign. The room had its own a water dispenser which was way better than complimentary bottled water (never enough for dehydrated travelers). There are also water and ice dispensers on the walls on our hotel room floor. On the booking.com website, it was a bit confusing as to what amenities would be available as it was a bit all over the place on the website. I was also worried about if the stated laundry room had a dryer and detergent or not (It does, KRW1000 for detergent and KRW5000 for laundry or dryer use). The staff was very good and fluent at providing all the answers we needed though :) Also, it would have been greater if the hotel had a pool. It still was an overall great stay :)

Staff were very nice and let us check in early but as our room wasn’t quite ready we went to the coffee shop across the road and when we came back they had taken our suitcases to our room. My only TINY criticism was that they forgot to inform us about breakfast times and location, but we worked that out just fine. There are USB sockets which is very helpful (especially by the bed) and the amenities were just fine. Shower is good! There was also popcorn in the foyer which was delicious! Breakfast was more than ample and varied enough. I would gladly stay here again. Nothing

Such a great neighborhood even above and beyond the amazing shopping streets and restaurants and lots of interesting places within a healthy walk. Super easy access to metro and an airport train. Modern building with great elevators and also super handy washer and dryer (for small fee). Ice machine. Rooms are as small as to be expected —futon, nespresso machine in room. Efficient cleaning. Nice shower with amazing water pressure. The front desk service was uneven—maybe they were training new staff as there were numerous and different people every day who weren’t entirely sure about things.
