• Nataliya (10/5): - Готель має два корпуси. Басейн, тренажерний зал і ресторан знаходяться в головному корпусі. Якщо мешкаєте в другому корпусі просто треба перейти не широку дорогу між корпусами. В готелі тихо, ліжко, подушки зручні. Є балкони. Воду приносять кожен день. Сонце біля басейну є тільки в першій половині дня.

Room was clean and spacious and well kept, with a good restaurant and great staff. Getting a ride to Bangkok International Airport in the morning was challenging - best to prebook a car.

There is also a constant noise from the water system, which is quite disturbing. Additionally, some items were out at breakfast, and the staff did not replenish them in a timely mamner.

The staff are very friendly and professional. The location is good to different locations especially for work as nearby industries estates. The food at the Orchard restaurant is variety and delicious. The staff are very good service with smiles, especially Khun Nipaporn, restaurant manager.

Be clear which building you book as there are two separate buildings with one being on the opposite side of the road and you have to walk to the other one for breakfast.

• Jitranuch (6/5): Poorer arrangement on facilities and foods, annoyed with cooking smell from other guest rooms. - - Good location for working in Amata city chonburi - friendly staffs - full of Cooking smell around the floor, because guest always open the door during their cooking with strong smell food making annoyed to other guests in the same floor. Hotel shall separate the long-term guests and short term guests with different floors. And hotel shall prohibit the guests from opening door when they are cooking. - Air condition in room cannot adjust angle of air blow at check in. (Need to call staff to fix) - Breakfast is poorer. Few choice, lower grade/quality of food (Dolly fish, less meat, no Japanese salad dressing), even a lot of guests in breakfast, always found empty dishes - too expensive at this price with above poor quality. - should arrange better room for guest separate from the long term guests

There is no noise around the Hotel, can have a good rest there. In one room the free wifi can only be used for 3 devices. If two person live in one room, it is not convenient. The wifi speed is very low.

One downside is loud noise from the neighbour as we stay in the 2nd building so choosing the main building is a better choice.

The location is good as close to industrial areas and tourists areas. Parking areas are good to accommodate many cars.

The location and facilities are good which easy to access to either business work or pleasure. It’s also close to hospital and university. Will visit again soon!
