- Lee W K (10/5): An exceptional staycation with amazing views and thoughtful amenities! - We had a fantastic staycation experience here. The attention to detail is amazing, as they even provide dishwashing liquid in the room so you can easily wash the cups, bowls, plates, and cutlery. The rooms offer a stunning view of the KL skyline, and the 24-hour coffee machine was a major plus. Another great perk is the complimentary bike rental, which is a wonderful way to explore KL city. Breakfast was excellent, and I loved that they have a barista on-site to brew you a proper, fresh cup of coffee. To top it off, the swimming pool is warm and has a really nice, relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommended! The only downside is that the lift waiting time can get a bit long during peak hours.

- Svetlana (8/5): - Большой номер, убирались каждый день. Близкое расположение ко многим достопримечательностям. Я заранее уточняла можно ли оплатить картой юнионпей, на месте оказалось - нельзя. Мы уставшие после самолёта и долгой дороги искали банкомат, чтобы снять наличные. Менеджеры в отеле на встречу никак не пошли в этом вопросе... Завтраки скудные. У нас закончился гель для душа его никто не поменял. Слив в душе расположен как-то неудачно и очень сильно шумит. Окна грязные. За эти деньги могли бы и посуетиться.

- Phillip (9/5): An enjoyable stay in a stylish, well located hotel. - Element is a modern, stylish hotel. We had a large room, with great views, close to the elevators. The staff were very helpful and efficient. The breakfast consisted of a wide range of mostly Asian dishes, which were very tasty. The hotel was within 150 metres of the Ampang Park MRT station and only a short walk to a number of fine restaurants and bars. The pillows were very uncomfortable. Like many hotels the toaster settings were too low, thereby requiring two passes to actually toast the bread. This is a problem when there is a queue.

Персонал приветлевый, в номере есть стандартный минимум- тапочки, утюг, гладильная доска Завтраки простоваты, душевые принадлежности ниже среднего качества. Через Букинг автоматом всплыло окно по повышению категории номера до Скайлайн, но по факту номер был с очень маленьким окном. Часть окна закрывала железная конструкция снаружи и непонятна стена внутри. Видимо несущая конструкция. Расстроилась конечно, почувствовав себя обманутой. На одноместной кровати 4 подушки и все жесткие. Зачем столько? Достаточно двух, но качественных.

Fantastic view from our room on 41 st floor. Friendly staff. Shower was powerful and room size good. We loved the swimming pool with its marvellous views but it could feel a little cold at times. It’s inside and the surrounding area is air conditioned so when you get out you feel cold. Lifts are a little slow

I would be happy to stay here again. The only inconvenience was the parking arrangement. Guests need to park in a separate area and walk over to the lobby, and the parking ticket needs to be validated at the lobby

- Birger (10/5): Wir kommen gerne wieder - Das Hotel Element liegt in der Innenstadt von Kuala Lumpur in fußläufiger Nähe zur Metro Station Ampang Park (ca. 300m). Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten (Petronas Tower, Merdeka Square, Jamek Moschee, … ) sind von hier aus gut zu erreichen. Besonders gefallen hat uns die Freundlichkeit und die Hilfsbereitschaft aller Mitarbeiter, das Restaurant im 40. Stockwerk mit seinem phänomenalen Ausblick, das umfangreiche und köstliche Frühstück, die Sauberkeit im Zimmer und der Service in allen Bereichen. Die Klimaanlage war uns zu laut (aber vielleicht haben wir es auch mit der niedrig eingestellten Zimmertemperatur übertrieben). Zu Stoßzeiten kann die Wartezeit auf den Lift etwas länger dauern (aber im Urlaub kein Problem).

- Sana (9/5): Great, new and well maintained property. I have stayed here twice now and loved it. Good option for a comfortable quiet - New and clean rooms, great hot shower. A little out of the way so less traffic when being picked or dropped off. Also, there is a store downstairs which is also convenient to get snacks from. Pool was great but always seemed busy and loud with kids. Plus there were only a few loungers which were occupied whenever we went. A little further out than the other hotels right near KLCC etc but still relatively walkable depending on weather. Plus, Grabs are super easy and affordable.

- Elizabeth (9/5): Great location, friendly staff and wonderful facilities. - The breakfast was great with a wide variety of buffet options as well as the chefs on had to cook eggs. Lovely range of cereal and fruit and cheeses as well. There wasn’t anything I didn’t like other than not staying a bit longer.

- Dee (9/5): Not perfect but perfect enough. Staff and location great. Good for families. - Location: walking distance across the park to KLCC and Petronas Towers. Has a well equipped shopping mall (food court, restaurants, shopping etc) within 5mins walk also. Ampang Park train station (LRT) is like metro and takes you places for 2 ringit! Amenities: downstairs reception are helpful and can sort Grab/cabs and help too. Art gallery housed in building. Food: 3 restaurants including food in a bar on 37th floor. Breakfast/lunch/dimmer 40th floor. Bedrooms: All rooms are 41st -53rd floor. Well equipped, large room (twin) and called studios. Have a kettle, microwave, fridge with ice box, and desk, chair and safe. Iron and board also. Shower is large and amenities are good. We chose a room with a view of the towers. Pool: indoors. Good size. Windows and views to landscape and KL. Better availability in daytime if school term. Busier late afternoon/evenings. Staff: 10/10. They are SO kind and happy to help even when things go wrong. Professional, helpful, courteous. Reception, Breakfast, Front of House...all excellent. Nothing is really bad! Just annoying or needs a tweak! Pool: mostly occupied by kids so inaccessible after 4-5pm and a day's touring until almost 20.30-2100. They even have lessons until 2130! Manager advised and they did listen (gave us a fruit bowl) and offered us some use 10-11pm (sadly we couldn't take up) Restaurants: whilst they list as open until 10.30pm, last orders are often 9.30pm. Narnia open for snack until 0200 )last order 11pm) So you may be rushed if trying to get out of pool in time! We did feedback. Spa: discontinued Xmas25 but still listed on their website/in Booking.com in Jan26. Do have use of PAYG spa in Intercontinental across the road. Maintenance: couldn't sort our shaver point, blamed the power even as we knew it was the unit, but did sort vanity mirror. Very careful maintenance chap. Lift: can be quick. Can be an age! It's past up/down but you might wait ages for one of four. Noisy Reception/Breakfast floor: open plan area. People ebb and flow as it's vast and noise reverbs. On arrival could barely be heard! Did feed back at time.

- clotilde (9/5): Grand confort et service parfait 👍 - Service très professionnel et accueillant , souriant Grand confort et propreté des chambres La salle de sport et la piscine sont un plus appréciable quand on reste quelques jours Le buffet est très varié Nous étions au 50 eme avec vue partielle sur les tours Petronas , c’était génial 👍 Pas de chance le sauna était en panne et le prix du buffet le soir en week-end était très élevé

La atención cuando llegamos de 10, La habitación hermosa, tipo departamento con una vista bárbara a las Petronas y la torre de telecomunicaciones, a pasos del metro. La pileta hermosa, la usamos varias veces.El desayuno bufet muy bueno. Muy recomendable

The only small suggestion would be to have a light room freshener, as the room sometimes had a slightly enclosed or lingering smell. Otherwise, a wonderful stay overall! Nothing i could find

- Yong Wei (8/5): Amazing stay, friendly staff and great location - Location was amazing, had a free upgrade though not a skyline view room but was still nice either way. Room service was quick and efficient, and the daily room cleans were done amazingly. Directions to reception could have been clearer as it was abit confusing for me as the hotel layout isn’t what you would normally expect

- Andrew (9/5): Great value city hotel - Very large and comfy room with great views of the city. Good breakfast in an open restaurant area. Good location near to Petronas Towers, shops and restaurants. Not a lot!
