Очень 'уставший' отель и номера, не работал смеситель, слабый напор горячей воды (номер полулюкс на 4 этаже), севшие от стирки вафельные халаты маленького размера, отсутствие минимальных гостиничных сетов/kits (палочки, диски, салфетки, мыло), грязные шторы на окнах, не работающий телевизор, отсутствие российских каналов и пр.

• khaled (7/5): Overall, it was a good stay. The staff were friendly and the rooms were very clean and comfortable, but they just need t - The location was wonderful. It was right near the city where I could go enjoy lots of delicious food, walk around the parks and take in the fresh cold air and do some convenient shopping. The wifi wasn’t working the entire time I was there. They would constantly tell me that the issue would be resolved the next day but it never was so that was disappointing.

They said if cancel it I will get my refund. It has been 10 days and NO REFUND. I have back n forth emails with expedia team. They also tried but could not get any refund from the hotel management. Please dont book with this hotel. They are liars and never refund your money. If you dont trust me I have also the email screenshots with expedia. Yes, I contacted the hotel but no reply. HORRIBLE.

Lovely thick towels and a nice breakfast.The room was large and comfortable. The ambience of the hotel was quite pleasant. The shower pressure was very poor. The towels presented to us were two bath towels and two hand towels.The shower floor was very slippery, we had to put one hand towel in the shower to avoid slipping and use the other as a bath mat. When requested, we were given more towels but there was never a rubber anti slip mat for the shower. It was potentially very dangerous. The room was made up very late in the day but the bed was left unmade. When questioned, the room attendant seemed to indicate that the bed was private business and was not her role. Speaking to reception did not help as English was not spoken and google translator failed in getting the message across.

• Alice (4/5): It's clean, and central. Use in an emergency but not as a treat. - The room had white linen that helped it look light. The room was ensuite, and there was an elevator up to my floor which was really helpful for moving luggage. The man close to the door (not quite a doorman) helped me with my bags when asked - but didn't offer - and everything was done willingly, but not happily. No positivity or energy from anyone. The bed was hard, there wasn't any bedding and it was really very basic. The team were helpful when requested, but no positivity or upbeat vibe. Al the lights were off in the adjacent rooms to the entrance, so seemed like a rather underused old concrete building that had people staying in it, rather than a comfortable and friendly hotel which is what I thought I was coming to.

• Verified traveler (2/5): Very poor hotel - Unfortunately not a good stay. The hotel is divided inti 2 parts family hotel and Turkiye hotel. The whole hotel had a smell of curry and was not clean. Was kept up all night die to a bamging sound. When i called the reception answered by Mr Sun i was advised yes they are aware about the noise as its an issue with the water pump. Unfortunately nothing was done about it. The bed sheets were stained and also the bathroom was full of mould. Thisbreally affected my breathing. Dont be fooled by the low price.

It is very run-down and should be categorized as a 2 star hotel and not 3 star. We did not have any hot water in the shower. The breakfast is very limited. Choose this hotel if you are fine with only having a place to sleep and do not find a hot shower and nice breakfast as a must have.

The street in front of the hotel is under construction (maybe forever) and when raining/snowing it was quite challenging to not get your shoes dirty.

• PatrickBuijs (6/5): Decent hotel in Bishkek - We stayed here at the start and at the end of a 15day trip trough Kirgistan. Hotel is situated a little bit out of the real city center but all in all most things to see are at a nice walking distance away. The rooms I had were of a good size. Beds were okay. Bathroom good and clean. Staff friendly at the desk and at breakfast. They are trying to learn more english all the time. Breakfast itself wasn't that good to be honest.

• Claire (10/5): Great value, comfortable and roomy - Friendly staff who spoke good English and very large and comfortable room. Shower was a bit broken and there weren't enough pulg sockets. But it was well equipped otherwise with a fridge, kettle and the air con and WiFi worked well. We also got two complimentary bottles of water and they provided toothbrushes (if you needed them) and robes.
• Jude (10/5): Good stay in Bishkek - Good place to stay while in Bishkek. Clean room and bathroom with AC and wifi. Breakfast was also really good. Front reception was very professional.
• Ola (10/5): Affordable room and tour - We stayed for 6 nights here, the place is central, good walkning distance to everything. Also we booked a tour with guide (peri from reception) and driver. This was an affordable solution for 4 nights, we had a great time. Just ask the girls at the reception and they will help you with a nice trip around Issyk-Kul lake seeing the mountains, waterfalls, hot springs, yurts etc. Highly recommended
• C (8/5): Was okay - Clean AC was not working Iron was not available in 2 nd floor Iron was missing informed night staff but they didn’t have extra iron available
