What made it worse is that the fee quoted was x3 more than Uber Priority. It is the principle of not coming with under hand tactic - I would expect this from a budget hotel, but you are boarder premium.
- Barbara (4/5): It wasn't an enjoyable experience, I literally endured it - The breakfast and food in general tasted good I stayed in room 303 and there was a horrid smell in the bathroom, very horrid and it was especially pronounced late in the night and early in the mornings. I suspect a drainage system problem. I also saw a coackroach in the room. The Bedsheets were usually stained. The room had a connecting door to another room and you could hear virtually everything going on in the other room. It was so loud too! I complained about the stench in the bathroom and asked for my room to be changed, but unfortunately the whole place was booked and it was too late to move to another hotel

A no no! Called your staff to make a complaint. I also took some pictures. Shower tray had the same dirty foot prints. The cleaner I spoke to cleaned up nicely ,but first impressions matter. On the checkout day, the AC was not working same for the lift some electrical fault I was made to understand.

Gentle and nice staff. After a very long trip from the east to Abuja by car, the comfortable bed was like an elixir to my tired body. Breakfast was a plus! I enjoyed the Spanish omelette. They went the extra mile to accommodate my husband's request concerning adding yam to his breakfast. There is always room for improvement. I had a situation as only one towel was in the room, and we were two, my husband and myself. Regarding this, I was told that the Administration had assigned one towel per room, regardless of the number of persons occupying the room. I protested against this, and an additional towel was provided almost immediately.

- Ufonime (6/5): Quite disappointed! - Actually quite disappointed! The hotel was under renovation. We were not notified regarding this prior to arrival, even when we arrived, we were not told. When i spoke to the duty manager regarding it, he said he will speak to the general manager and get back to me. This Never happened! Also on the second morning we were having breakfast, there was a big mouse that was trying to sneak out of the hole in the wall into the restaurant. Very bad! There was a poor selection of TV channels; half of what was available wasnt even viewable, just a black screen. Basically we didnot receive what we saw on their website or on the hotels.com app. The room was ok and the only thing i enjoyed was there meals, rice and chicken or with goat meat. Good portions.

The food was great and the hotel is nicely located and within great proximity to the Jabi lake mall. They are currently reconstructing the bar/lounge premises but I believe that should be for a short time.

I paid for 2 adults and one child, and breakfast was included by my genius level, but the administration said they would feed only 2 adults. What???? In the shower, they have washing liquid soap, no shampoo, and no shower gel. It's not a 4-star hotel. There is no buffet for breakfast. It's an order with small choices, and you need to wait while they are cooking it slowly. The restaurant needs to be renovated it's old. Even from the hotel, I didn't feel welcome (talking about staff)

- Killian (7/5): Another short stay at SV Chrome Abuja - The hotel offers competitive room rates but only ideal for a good night sleep and nice shower. Furnishings and bathroom facilities though now fairly dated are of high quality. The hotel needs to do more in the area of entertainment. Providing only one tea cup and a single use supply of tea/coffee is rather too miserly. Breakfast options are also too few.
- Adamu (10/5): - The past few months I have stayed in several hotels, none of them met my expectations in terms of the facilities, food, staff, etc. Hence why i tried a different hotel everytime. However i think i have finally found the ONE, SV Chrome. The rooms were clean, everything works, the amenities are modern and the food was fresh and taste good. The staff were always available to help without any hesitation. This is now my place to stay in Abuja whenever i visit. I highly recommend SV chrome.

- Verified traveler (6/5): review - It was just a little bit OK staying in the hotel. I expected much more. The TV didn’t have many channels. It was also breaking in transmission making it difficult to watch some channels. When the electricity went off it took some time to go back on whether it was via the generator or main electricity supply (Nepa) There will be no light for at least a good 10 mins or more. The AC had no bed switch to control. Some of the facilities was broken. I expected the hotel to be a bit more cleaner. It was ok but could have more of a cleaning maintenance standard especially as this is COVID time era. Some items listed on the menu were not available to order. But the staffs were very nice friendly and helpful. I may have some seconds thought of staying there again. If the management can do an overhaul of the maintenance conditions and standard the hotel will be an excellent place to stay.
