Torneremo sicuramente! - Nel splendido Riad Euphorbe nel cuore della Medina: La struttura è autentica, con un’atmosfera rilassante e accogliente. Un ringraziamento speciale a Hicham e Ali, persone eccezionali, sempre disponibili, gentili e attenti a ogni esigenza. Ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa e ci hanno dato preziosi consigli per vivere al meglio la città. Colazione ottima, camere confortevoli e rooftop davvero bellissimo. Il Riad vanta di una ottima posizione strategica, a due passi dai principali centri di attrazione. Esperienza indimenticabile! Niente, tutto perfetto.

• RicardoRamalho (10/5): Brutal, vale muito a pena ficar aqui! - Boa localização, tranquila, pouco ruidosa. Pequeno almoço fantástico. O quarto apesar de ser no rés do chão e a dar diretamente para a zona de estar/pequenos almoços, não foi nada ruidoso. Não havia muitos hóspedes nesta altura, talvez por isso tenha sido tão bom para nós. Dormimos super bem. Zona de estar com piscina excelente. Rooftop muito bom. Anfitriões Ali e o irmão brutais. Sempre prestáveis, afáveis e atenciosos. Trataram do nosso transfer para o aeroporto sem problema e ainda nos foram levar ao táxi no dia. Impecáveis. No primeiro dia, achámos que a zona seria insegura devido à pouco iluminação e ruelas apertadas quando chegámos ao final do dia mas no segundo dia e após conhecermos a realidade de marraquexe essa ideia ficou ultrapassada. Zona calma e segura.

S’il y avait quelques points améliorer ce serait au niveau de la fonctionnalité dans la chambre: 1 lampe de chevet sur chaque table de chevet (pour lire le soir) Quelques patères en plus dans la chambre et la salle de bains (un seul porte-serviettes double dans la salle de bains n’est pas suffisant) Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, merci encore à Icham et Ali pour leur gentillesse. Ils nous ont donné plein de conseils pour visiter Marrakesh. Ils sont au top ! Le riad est magnifique. Il est très bien placé à 15 mn à pied de la place, au calme. • CLAPOT (10/5): Super séjour à marrackech dans le Riad Euphorbe - Niché au cœur de la médina, cet établissement offre une atmosphère paisible et apaisante, loin de l’agitation environnante. On y trouve plusieurs salons chaleureux où il fait bon se poser et profiter d’un moment de tranquillité après une journée d’exploration. Nous souhaitons tout particulièrement remercier Ali et Icham pour leur accueil bienveillant et leurs précieux conseils tout au long de notre séjour. Toujours disponibles et à l’écoute, ils prenaient régulièrement de nos nouvelles pour s’assurer que nous avions passé une belle journée, avec une gentillesse naturelle et sincère qui a rendu ce séjour vraiment mémorable. En plus de la beauté des lieux, le personnel était réellement adorable, en particulier Icham qui est d’une patience et d’une douceur exceptionnelle. Only thing you should know about the location as it is in the Medina, shops are closing in certain hours and also the streets on the way back to place. What you should do is stay in the main streets not in the shops one to be able to reach the place.

• Lucarecco (8/5): Personale eccezionale in riad molto carino e abbastanza vicino alla piazza centrale di Marrakech - La struttura è molto carina, ben curata in una posizione abbastanza vicina al centro della città. Il vero plus però è il personale davvero eccezionale, pronto a sodisfare ogni necessità. Consigliato soprattutto per questo aspetto. Finestre della camera poco insonorizzanti, per cui si sentono molto i rumori dall'interno e dall'esterno del Riad.

• Hubert (1/5): Poor cleanliness, clear lack of maintenance and very poor value for money - We stayed at this property for two nights over the Easter holidays and, unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing and far below what we expected for the price. After checking in, we went out to explore the city and only settled into our ground-floor family room later in the evening. It was immediately clear that the room had not been properly cleaned. The overall level of hygiene was very poor, with visible dirt throughout. The linens and pillowcases were worn and damaged, towels had multiple marks, and the room simply did not feel fresh or well cared for. There were also several maintenance issues that added to the discomfort. The bed was made with undersized sheets placed sideways, which did not even cover our feet properly. The headboard was loose and made a loud noise every time we moved during the night. In the bathroom, a light bulb was missing, making it difficult to see in the shower, and there were no toiletries provided beyond hand soap at the sink. We informed the staff the following morning. They apologized and made some effort to address a few of the issues, which we appreciated. However, the overall lack of care and maintenance was already evident and difficult to overlook. Unfortunately, the second night was even more unsettling. During the night, we found what appeared to be a cockroach in the bathroom. This made us feel extremely uncomfortable and we were unable to sleep afterwards. Due to the Easter period, we could not find alternative accommodation and had no choice but to stay the second night. The person in charge offered to refund half of the cost (excluding the city tax), which we accepted as a goodwill gesture. That said, even at half the price, the stay felt significantly overpriced and not reflective of the standard advertised. Breakfast was also disappointing, especially compared to other places we stayed in Morocco. The Moroccan pancakes seemed reheated rather than freshly made, and the juice was not fresh orange juice.

• Charlotte (10/5): Superbe séjour dans le merveilleux riad des trois frères Isham, Muhamad et Ali . - Tout d'abord la communication avec l'ensemble de l'équipe a été super. Ils nous ont organisé un transfert aéroport/taxi. Il est parfaitement situé, facile de se repérer. Le riad est magnifique, très propre et très bien entretenu. C'est d'abord Isham que nous avons rencontré, puis Muhamad et enfin Ali et ces trois frères, ainsi que les femmes qui s'occupent du ménage, sont tous très très gentils et prévenants avec de bons conseils. Nous avons commandé le repas du premier soir au riad, préparé par Muhamad : soupe Harira délicieuse, Tajine de poulet aux legumes et enfin salade de fruits frais. C'était délicieux. Et puis chaque matin, le petit déjeuner avec msmen, crèpes 1000trous " bagrir", petits pains batbout etc ... Nous avons vraiment beaucoup aimé séjourner dans ce riad. Quand on arrive du taxi et qu'on commence à marcher dans la médina, ça peut être un peu impressionnant pour nous les occidentaux car certains batiments sont délabrés voire même cassés , il y a plein de chats partout dans les rues, et des scooters qui débarquent partout mais on s'habitue vite et il ne faut pas avoir peur . Jamais nous ne nous sommes sentis en insécurité. Même la nuit . Nous avons voyagé avec nos trois enfants âgés de 5,10 et 13 ans . C'était en plus pendant la période spéciale du Ramadan, ce qui a donné une petite atsmosphère en plus très intéressante<; Le calme du riad était très appréciable , tout comme la jolie décoration et la superbe chambre familiale qui a pu nous loger tous les cinq.

Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig, unbedingt Ohrenstöpsel mitnehmen! Leider gab es Probleme mit dem von der Unterkunft bestellten Fahrer, der uns vom Flughafen abholen sollte, aber nicht erschienen ist.

Pulito e accogliente offre ai suoi ospiti ampi spazi e servizi eccellenti. Il punto di forza sono i tre fratelli che lo gestiscono Mohamed, Isha e Ali’ che rendono il soggiorno davvero speciale con suggerimenti e consigli per tutto. La cena in Riad davvero buona e abbondante così come la colazione al mattino. Con loro abbiamo organizzato anche l’escursione nel deserto e la visita guidata alla Medina davvero piacevoli e interessanti. Grazie ragazzi per la vostra professionalità e passione.

• Lucinda (9/5): A lovely riad tucked away in a quiet corner of the Medina - The Berber brothers who run the place are very kind and chilled - providing a very nice atmosphere. Mohammed (one of the brothers) cooked a lovely dinner for us (chicken tagine - the best we had during our travels). The room was large and the courtyard and plunge pool very relaxing. My husband was really sick during the stay so it was nice to have a relaxing place to recover. We had a lovely stay - the only suggestion would be perhaps some fruit with breakfast would be a nice addition.

Eravamo quattro ragazze e ci hanno fatto sentire letteralmente come a casa. Anche di sera, cosí come in qualsiasi altra ora del giorno, si sono resi disponibili fin da subito e non ci hanno mai lasciate da sole, soprattutto per passeggiare all’interno della Medina. Er gab gute Essenstipps und hat uns sogar angeboten, dass wir ihn auf unserer Weierreise kontaktieren können wenn wir Fragen haben. Der von ihm organisierte Hammam war super. 2 Stunden! geschrubbt,, geperlt, geseift und massiert 😃 Frühstück ist gut, aber jeden Morgen das gleiche gleiche. Very quiet which suits us. The staff were excellent and very helpful. Good breakfast . On the first night it was a bit difficult to find.

• Arun (10/5): Nice Riad in the Medina with great staff - Beautiful Riad nicely located near the centre of Medina, offering easy access to the main attractions. The staff, led by the outstanding manager Mohamed, made our stay unforgettable. Mohamed was always available with helpful advice and tips about the attractions, restaurants and best deals in Souks. Breakfast was a delicious spread of traditional Moroccan breads served with jams, alongside fresh coffee and tea. The tagine that Mohamed cooked one evening for dinner was the best we had during our stay in Marrakech. The approach to the Riad through narrow alleways is not the greatest but it’s a completely different atmosphere once you enter the Riad. Breakfast was good, but adding eggs and fresh fruit would make it even better

• Paula (10/5): Un Riad bonito y bien ubicado - Un Riad muy bonito, súper bien ubicado y con una atención exquisita de parte de la familia que lo lleva. Los desayunos fueron muy ricos y siempre servidos con una sonrisa. Ah! Y siempre con muy buena música de fondo. Lo recomiendo! Todo fenomenal

Nous avons tout de suite été conseillés sur des activités et le personnel nous proposait directement des solutions/options quand nous avions des questions.
