• Andrea (9/5): Great host, comfy beds - Ousamma welcomed us to the property and I was communicating with him before our stay as well. He went above and beyond to make sure that we have everything we needed. We arrived late around 10pm and he still served us dinner which was wonderful. That food was absolutely great. He also sent a cab for us to collect us from the airport. The next day we had to leave before breakfast started but he woke up early and made sure we had something to eat. We had a great chat and he was fantastic all around. It’s not luxury but it is traditional and have very comfortable beds and everything you need

• Kessler (4/5): - The property was clean and looked beautiful! We have nothing to comment about the state of the property - it was very nice! We told our contact person at the riad that we would arrive 17:45, they confirmed and told us they would be at the riad at that time. When we arrived, we had to wait for 50-60min for someone to show up. They were very apologetic about it so we left it at that. We had to be at the airport at 03:00 in the morning, so we booked a transfer with the riad. They informed us we had to leave the riad at 02:30, so that we could meet our taxi driver at 02:45 at the main square. They did not offer to escort us to the taxi driver, even though we explocitely asked whether they would come with us. We were forwarded the telephone number of the taxi driver and received no further information. When we were making our way to the main square, walking through the souks, we found out that the gates in the souks were closed, and that we would have to take a huge detour to reach the main square. This meant we would arrive late to our taxi driver. When we were making our way through the souks, we were harassed by two men, who kept pushing us further and further into the souks. Eventually, the situation became agressive and physical when they started demanding huge sums of money. We had to physically fight them off and escape them. We ran all the way back to the direction of the riad, but we could not leave the area because of the closed gates. In the end, someone who per coincidence saw us, helped us by opening the gates for us. Firstly, the riad never once picked up our calls when we were in distress. Secondly, they never informed us that we could not get to the main square via the normal route because the gates were closed, and that we would need more time to reach the taxi driver. Thirdly, they should have never left us by ourselves, knowing that the souks can be dangerous in the middle of the night for tourists. Please be informed and insist that you are escorted to your taxi in the middle of the night.

• Arthur (10/5): Un super séjour ! - Nous avons passé une super séjour dans ce Riad. Un énorme merci à Oussama pour sa gentillesse, ses conseils et sa serviabilité ! Mais un merci aussi aux dames qui font le ménage et le petit déjeuner qui est juste parfait pour commencer la journée ! Le riad est extrêmement bien placé en plein centre de la Médina, juste parfait pour vivre en plein cœur de la culture marocaine. Les chambres sont propres, tout de même assez spacieuses.

• Francesca (9/5): - Il Riad si trova nel cuore della Medina, a pochi minuti a piedi dalla piazza. La struttura è piccola, con poche stanze, e proprio per questo molto tranquilla e silenziosa. I ragazzi dello staff, in particolare Oussama, sono stati sempre gentilissimi, disponibili e pronti ad aiutarci per qualsiasi necessità. Ci hanno dato tanti consigli utili su cosa visitare, dove andare e anche sulle zone da evitare, facendoci sentire sempre tranquilli e ben seguiti. Erano sempre pronti a prepararci un té a qualsiasi ora rientrassimo!

Ce que je n'ai pas aimé, cest le ménage dans la chambre n'était pas fait, comme il faut ,a part les lits que la femme de ménage faisait, la salle de bain n'était pas faite, dommage
• L'huillier (8/5): Great host, great breakfast, great location - Oussama is such a nice host! He will help you with anything you need and give amazing tips! The riad is beautiful and the terasse has such an amazing atmosphere to it... Additionally, we had the best breakfast ever! Everything is fresh and local absolutely delicious! It is quite loud, bring the necessary with you and you'll sleep just fine. This has nothing to do with the hotel but simply with the fact that is so well located in the Medina. The only negative point would be that the hotel is not as "fresh" anymore, there are visible signs of time like water infiltration, this shouldn't keep you from staying there! Those are things that happen :)

It is located right in the heart of the Medina, so everything is within walking distance, yet it remains a peaceful oasis of total calm. Both the breakfast and the welcome dinner were delicious! ​The highlight of our stay was our host, Oussama. He truly went above and beyond for us. He helped with everything—from general advice to arranging a car rental. Even after we hit the road, he kept in touch to make sure we were doing well. Thanks to his incredible care, we felt wonderful.
• Ninja (9/5): Für einen Aufenthalt von ein paar Tagen zur Erkundung von Marrakesh eine gute Unterkunft. - Toplage mitten in der Medina. Nachts relativ ruhig. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und auch ausreichend. Manchmal wäre etwas Herzhaftes oder Früchte noch schön gewesen. Wenig Belüftung im Zimmer, da nur zum überdachten Innenhof. Dadurch ist im Badezimmer, das keine Fenster hatte, leider Schimmel. Das Badezimmer wirkt dadurch nicht so gepflegt.

• Anne-Meijke (8/5): Aangenaam verblijf! - De ligging van deze Riad is perfect. Je kunt, als je goed ter been bent, alles op loopafstand doen. Ook staat Oussama altijd voor je klaar wanneer je hem nodig bent. Als er toch een puntje van feedback gegeven moet worden: de kamers zijn iets verouderd. Ook is het best gehorig, waardoor je je oordoppen wel nodig bent.

È un luogo bellissimo che che ti permette di vivere appieno l’atmosfera autentica della città. I punti di forza: • Posizione Eccellente: Situato in medina a soli 8 minuti circa dalla piazza principale , ideale per esplorare tutto a piedi. per raggiungere il riad non bisogna attraversa vicoli stretti e bui. • Colazione : Ogni mattina siamo stati viziati con una colazione buonissima e super abbondante. Prodotti freschi, varietà e sapori locali. Un ringraziamento speciale: Il vero cuore di questo Riad è Oussama. Non abbiamo mai incontrato nessuno di così gentile e disponibile. È stato la nostra guida e il nostro punto di riferimento per tutto il soggiorno: per qualsiasi cosa avessimo bisogno, lui era pronto a venirci incontro con un sorriso e una soluzione immediata. La sua ospitalità ha reso il nostro viaggio davvero speciale. In poche parole: Se cercate un posto dove sentirvi a casa, coccolati e immersi nella bellezza, questo è il posto giusto. Torneremo sicuramente!

• David Guillen (8/5): - La ubicación y lo servicial que es Ousama. Desayuno típico marroquí y abundante. La habitación tenía humedades en el techo (habitación en la terraza) y el aire acondicionado no calentaba. El agua caliente es muy difícil de regular y con muy poco caudal.

• Joaquín (10/5): Tranquilidad y Trato Inmejorable. - Nos alojamos en este Riad durante nuestra estancia en Marrakech y la experiencia no pudo ser mejor. El lugar es tranquilo, auténtico y muy cuidado, perfecto para descansar después de recorrer la ciudad. Queremos destacar especialmente la atención de Oussama, siempre amable, atento y dispuesto a ayudarnos en todo momento. Gracias a él nos sentimos como en casa. Totalmente recomendable.
• Abdoul Malik (10/5): Genial - La ubicación es perfecta, a muy pocos metros de la plaza Jemaa el Fna. Las instalaciones están impecables, todo muy limpio y decorado con mucho gusto. La habitación estaba muy bien equipada y el desayuno era muy completo y delicioso. Pero lo mejor, sin duda, fue la atención de Oussama: siempre dispuesto a ayudar, atento, cercano y servicial en todo momento. Gracias a él, organizar nuestras actividades fue muy fácil. Sin duda, cuando volvamos, nos alojaremos allí nuevamente.

• Asmaa (4/5): Mucho que mejorar - La ubicación del Riad es excelente. Se puede acceder a Jemaa el-Fna fácilmente, y está rodeado de tiendas locales muy necesarias para poder comprar productos de necesidad básica como agua, yogures, etc. Mención especial a la tiendecita que hay a la izquierda al salir del callejón, Hucine nos trató con mucha amabilidad y calidez. Para empezar, el Riad no cuenta con una piscina. Nos dimos cuenta a pocos días de alojarnos revisando las fotos. No lo especifican de forma clara, aparece escrito de forma muy discreta en la foto de la piscina. La habitación necesita reforma, había varios desconchones en el techo y paredes de la misma. La puerta del baño chirriaba constantemente y la cerradura de la misma estaba caída, así como la tapa del WC. Además no es una habitación muy equipada, echamos en falta un minibar en la habitación, especialmente si tenemos en cuenta las altas temperaturas, fue muy complicado conservar frías las botellas de agua. La cama no es muy cómoda y la ventana principal de la habitación no tenía cortina, tuvimos apañarnos con un plaid de la cama para evitar que entrara tanta luz solar. En lo que respecta al desayuno, podemos decir que era muy pobre. Lo incluyen automáticamente en la reserva, pero consideramos que podrían eliminar esta opción ya que no es muy beneficiosa. En locales de la zona se puede desayunar de forma más abundante y por poco precio. El último día tuvimos que comprar nuestros propios huevos (3 dírhams - 0,30 céntimos) y llevarlos para poder desayunar al día siguiente, se lo comentamos al chico y aceptó en que los comprásemos. Hasta ese mismo día, éramos los únicos huéspedes del Riad, cuando bajamos a desayunar la última mañana, había una mujer con su hija y presenciamos cómo el chico cogió dinero y fue a comprar huevos para servírselos a ellas también. Además, también presenciamos cómo a la mujer se le sirvió café de máquina y a nosotros no se nos ofreció. Al pedir mi marido café, el chico le dijo que solo había café soluble, que la máquina de café estaba estropeada... Por defecto te sirven té por la mañana, no te dan a elegir. Sirven unas copitas de macedonia de frutas en el desayuno y la cantidad de fruta que se nos sirvió no fue la misma que a las otras huéspedes. En resumen, hay mucho que mejorar tanto en el Riad como en el trato a los huéspedes.

• Simone (9/5): Riad consigliatissimo! - Riad posizionato in una piccola via della Medina, ma facilmente raggiungibile a piedi, si caratterizza per la sua semplicità e tranquillità. E' una struttura molto piccola ma accogliente, con uno staff davvero disponibile e pronto a soddisfare ogni esigenza. La colazione buonissima, varia ed abbondante!

Good WiFi and decent breakfast every morning. Shower was dirty and water pressure was very, very low making it difficult to wash hair but a minor complaint.

• Pablo (8/5): Está bien pero cuidado dejar bien claro a qué hora y dónde es por Watsup dirección errónea - Está bien limpio lindo decorado Nefasto el asunto de la.ubicacion ,ponen un a dirección en Google o en Booking que nada tiene que ver ,es muy peligroso en la medina laberíntica ,no dejar claro donde está ,además tienes que contactar sin sim con ellos por watsup para que te manden ubicación ,algo ruidoso las puertas y ventanas no están bien cerradas .

Osama ci è venuto a prendere alla fermata del taxi e ci ha accompagnato, ci ha mostrato servizi, punti da visitare e fatto sentire a casa. la colazione era buonissima e variegata. A 7 minuti dalla piazza a piedi la zona è strategica. Unica pecca gli spifferi dai quali entrava freddo, risolto con l'aria condizionata che accendevamo appena entrati in stanza.

• Salcedo Logroño (10/5): Como en casa! - Un lugar precioso en el centro de Marrakech, perfecto para vivir la auténtica experiencia de la ciudad. Todo muy limpio y cuidado, huele super bien, pero sin duda lo mejor es Oussama, siempre pendiente de que no falte nada y con una amabilidad que se agradece muchísimo. Segunda vez que venimos y seguro que no será la última. Oussama eres genial! Gracias por todo!

• Maryline (5/5): - La localisation. Tout a pied. La propreté Oussama est adorable, a l'écoute et très agréable. Le seul point positif de cet endroit. Les chambres trop petites. Une fois les valises posées, on ne peux plus bouger. Aucun rangement, ni étagère dans la salle de bain. 2 lampes de chevets qui ne fonctionnent pas. Oublie d'un.peyit déjeuner prévus tôt le matin en vue d'une excursion. On nous parle d'un hamam et d'une piscine qui ne sont pas sur place. Les photos prises en grand angle ne correspondent pas à la réalité. Publicité mensongère. Nourriture très moyenne.
• Abs (10/5): Absolutely an Amazing Stay at the Hotel! - Everything about the hotel was great from the breakfast to the staff who were absolutely amazing and attentative. It's hard to find if your satnav or maps on your phone goes down you will struggle to locate the hotel. But if you call the hotel they will come and get you if your lost.
• Tassos (10/5): Ωραίο παραδοσιακό Ριάντ για να ηρεμήσεις το βράδυ - Το προσωπικό ήταν πολύ φιλικό και σου έδινε πολλές πληροφορίες για τα αξιοθέατα του Μαρακές. Υπήρχε ησυχία για να ξεκουραστείς το βράδυ. Ήταν σχετικά δύσκολο να το βρεις μέσα στη Μεδίνα χωρίς Google maps ή να σε καθοδηγούσε κάποιος ντόπιος.
