• Teresa (3/5): The young man was very nice! - Nothing!!!! This property had the worse smell. Cigarette smoke all through the building! Each room should have an iron and ironing board! It doesn’t!! The beds were horrible and the pillows deflated there was no support!

The room had plenty of cabinet space and a full size fridge, and a cooktop. Ple ty of clothing storage. Laundry on site The noise from other guests was a bit of a problem. Also alot of people with dogs, that didn't clean up after them. Also handicap bathroom wasn't terrible but needs some updating.

No ice machine in property nor ice cube trays in refrigerator Did like staff at desk with the exception of manager. She had a bad , unfriendly attitude I’ve never incontoured in a hotel before.

You hear people all in the hallway doing all types of stuff like they are at a bar or club. I ended up leaving i didn't want no refund or anything back I just left. You get what you pay for
• Danielle (4/5): - I loved the location and the front deck rep he was very helpful and the hotel room was very clean the hotel it self I had no problem with and will return. I kept calling the front desk I had a room on the third floor and someone on the 4th floor jumping up and down stomping around for hours. That made the stay very uncomfortable and we couldn't get any sleep the front desk rep said they called up there to that room that was on top of ours but no answer but they kept on for hours. We had a long trip back with no sleep.

My jaw dropped when they surprised me with the $60/night for my dog. The beds are horribly uncomfortable. My boyfriend and I slept in different beds because of all the tossing and turning. I barely slept. Hair in the shower. No ice so they sent us to the hotel next door where a family living in the parking lot begged for money. The neighbor's hung in the hallway until 330am. The volume on the TV didn't work so we had to shut it off. My worst hotel experience ever. I will not be back to this chain.

I paid the price. Would of been better off sleeping in my van.

I paid more for this than a room on the beach to be close to the speedway. I’m a non smoker, I found a smoke free hotel and non smoking room here however the entire hotel reeks of Marijuana. People are living there it was quite filthy. The floors were tacky as in sticky. There were Afro hairs in the towels. Literal Dark Afro hairs and the bed looked extremely cheap and was very uncomfortable. The staff is obviously woke and offended by pointing out there were Dark Afro hairs in the towels. Unbelievable, the staff chimped out when we addressed the concern and wanted a refund and leave. We checked in at 8:30 pm and dropped off a couple overnight bags immediately left to catch the Rod Run events and returned at 11:30 pm and it was unbearable at that time to tolerate the odor it was super strong. I don’t drink and don’t use any drugs ever.

• Andra (8/5): Very Relaxing Stay - The area felt safe, it was clean, the Hotel was clean and smell was very good. The young man that was there to check us in and check us out was very mannerable, smiled and customer oriented. The young woman during Day 2 was also very nice, smiling and customer friendly. The room was clean, the bed was firm but comfortable. The refrigerator and microwave worked well. There was no breakfast or other room amentities but there were stores and restaurants close by. The chairs in the room and the bathroom door could use some attention.

The hotel staff were extremely helpful and nice. Couldn’t recommend them more. Had a very large fridge a gym freezer in the room and the air-conditioning worked well The water pressure was low, so the shower didn’t have much power, but it worked okay.

• Wesley (2/5): Never again. - It was a great location. I checked in on Friday. There was a dirty face cloth laying next to the toilet on the ground. The shower mat was in the sink dirty there were no towels in the room. I asked the attendant that was cleaning the room next-door if I could have towels for the room and she said no I had to go to the front desk and get them so I went to the front desk and got four towels. There were people constantly sitting outside of our room, smoking pot in the parking lot day and night. That’s all you could smell throughout the first and second floor was pot. The place is disgusting.

Also, this is a dog friendly hotel, not that is an issue. However, there was a barking dog that wouldn't stop barking.

• Youngblood (8/5): Started awesome ended a shit show - There is no breakfast at the location I stayed I didn't like the blonde with the attitude the morning I checked out. Apparently there's a long term guest that thinks they don't need to abide by leash laws and the lady who was there working the front desk doesn't understand the reason for leash laws either. She is going to get this hotel sued. The liability paperwork is invalid due to non compliance with leash laws by guests. I want to make it very clear that the guy who checked me in the day prior was extremely professional, very nice, and at least gave me a heads up that there are some guests that think laws don't apply to them and to keep a look out and to let him know if there's an issue. Its super weird the lady would rather guests that use racial slurs because of course the lady mad that her dog isn't on a leash had to call me a white bitch multiple times, than confrontational guest who don't abide by Florida laws and create liabilities for a business.

Had to put AC unit to 67 to get rid of humid and muggy ambience. Shower head was dirty. Bed sheets smelled muggy. Whole floor smelled like incense. Strong weird smell.
