The value for money is excellent: the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and everything went smoothly during my stay. There were no hidden fees and no resort fees, which I really appreciated — what you see is what you pay. Overall, a great experience. I definitely recommend this hotel.
- angiemO6545MW (2/5): My experience at this hotel was incredibly disappointing from start to finish. - I normally don’t leave negative reviews, but my experience at this hotel was incredibly disappointing from start to finish. I checked in for the first time on October 31st and was told I needed to pay a $500 deposit even though my room was pre-paid for. I was told this amount would be split once my roommate checked in later that day. I trusted that information, paid the full amount, and was reassured that I’d receive my portion back and full refund after check-out. Later, I found out that the hotel never collected the deposit from my roommate, even though that was the agreement explained to me at check-in. I checked out on November 4th and was told my deposit would be refunded. When nothing showed up the next day as a refund, I followed up the next morning and got a completely different explanation, that deposits are only released once all guests have checked out, even though I was no longer staying there and that it would take up to 5 business days. To make things even more concerning, I eventually called my bank after 13 days to see if they could confirm the status of the refund. I was shocked to learn that the hotel had placed an authorized hold of $500 on my card until December 1st, 2025, despite repeatedly telling me it would release in just 5 business days. This was never communicated to me at any point. From there, the situation only got worse. I called the hotel multiple times almost every other day for more than a week, left voicemail after voicemail requesting to speak with the operations manager, and was told she was “in a meeting until 3 PM” every single time they answered. Not once did I get a return call or any proactive communication. The lack of honesty, inconsistency, and complete disregard for guests made this the worst hotel experience I have ever had. Even after finally receiving confirmation that the refund was "processed" via email with not date and time stamp, the amount of stress and misinformation I dealt with was unacceptable. I will not be staying here again, and I sincerely hope management takes immediate steps to improve transparency and customer service. Guests deserve much better.

It was only 7:30 but the girl said, " I'm cleaning the - We went for my husband's teeth to get done at Bionic Smile. The hotel and staff are very nice. Except for the girl in Aroma Cafe. We had a very enjoyable time staying here with no gambling. Our room was clean and housekeeping is excellent.

Booked 3 days but asked to cancel last day after arrival. They would not let me cancel the last day. Asked to have an extra hour to check out. They said it would cost an extra $50 even though they had no cleaning service on that floor at that time. It’s far from everything so plan on spending money on cabs!

There is not a casino in this hotel. We had very low expectations for the restaurant on the first floor. However, we ate there several times because the food was so good. I recommend the breakfast, the battered fish, and the pizza. But everything was delicious and fresh. The parking is free. When we first arrived, it was confusing to find the hotel lobby. You drive into the parking garage up one floor. That is actually the second floor with respect to the hotel.

There was a card convention which attendees took all parking spots, they wanted us to park on the street(not a good neighborhood) I called security and they let us park in the employee lot. Requested extra pillows, there were none to give. Being asked constantly when using elevators where we were going by security, because of the convention. When we just wanted to dine in the restaurant. I usually live staying here. This time it was not so pleasant.

Parking is free which is a huge plus in Vegas!! The only negative experience I would share is that their free breakfast is only free if you sit down for service. If you want your breakfast to go, the restaurant the hotel is affiliated with will charge you for the food. Otherwise a really nice, clean, comfortable hotel, close to everything.

King size bed and pillows were very comfortable. We were given a free voucher to get a full hot breakfast in the morning and it was delicious. My husband left his credit card at the restaurant. An hour later the Aherm Hotel called us (we were on our way home) to inform us they had his card. We immediately returned to the hotel and were so thankful for their honesty. The staff is wonderful and we will definitely come to Ahern Hotel again.

- Frank (10/5): - Nice Hotel right off the strip. Free and easy parking. Great place to stay if you want quiet and peaceful.

- mikejB7632YA (8/5): Good affordable option nearby the Vegas Strip - Overall good hotel. Clean, quiet, and good rooms. Just off the north strip by Sahara. Was a good affordable option. The only downside was the bar isn’t too usable and the pink window coverings give the rooms a strange glow. But if you want a lower cost place to stay it is a great fit.

- Andrea (8/5): - The hotel is located on the North end a block from the Las Vegas strip, they have 1 mediocre restaurant a small pizza stand and dessert cafe on property even though they still advertise a chophouse. The rooms and property itself were exceptionally well maintained.
- Henry (10/5): - Would definitely recommend this hotel. The rooms and hotel itself were very clean. The American Sports restaurant had very good food and great service. Portions were large and prices were good. This will be our place to stay again on our next trip to Vegas.

The room and hotel itself were great! Staff wonderful and nice and quiet. Of course, we were there when no conventions were going on in their convention center. Would choose Ahern again!
