RAJAN (8/5): Pleasant stay but facilities mentioned were under renovation - I was upgraded to premium room which made the stay much more comfortable The steam spa sauna jacuzzi were non functional. The games room was packed in the gym.

Staff do their utmost best to be there for us and help wirh everything we needed, although sometimes they hover too much.We got a free room ipgrade for free even whe´ the price was already very fair. Location near Dal Lake very convenient. Good breakfast! The pool was empty on arrival and afterwards very crowded with locals. But in the evening we had the pool completely to ourselves. Thank you!

Harpal (7/5): Honest Review. - Convenient location near to the city & easy access to public transportation. The price I paid & well one door in room 403 of the shower wasn't fully working, like as in you had to slide open only one door & both doors couldn't fully close leaving a gap in between, then the showerhead itself was barely hanging on above your head, the pressure was a bit off for the shower too at times. Also the biggest letdown was that the sauna & steam room were out of action due to maintenance & well 4000 Indian Rupees to use the Jacuzzi after paying the amount I did was a bit outrageous.

Good breakfast spread focussed on vegetarian delicacies from across India. Great hospitality, along with gentle smiles, bringing in warmth and generosity in everything they did. Very spacious rooms, extra large beds, and great air-conditioning in rooms ( something we needed to ensure we adjusted to the heatwave). I liked everything about the hotel. I was a bit skeptical on the mixed reviews this hotel has received in the past, but I had a great stay. Shah Mudassar and team took great care of us.

Will consider this option as it's best for the amount paid and compared to other properties in Srinagar. Negatives - Construction work is ongoing as the hotel is adding one more floor, hence noise during the day is disturbing. The fridge in the room is not working efficiently and maintains room temperature. Basic breakfast with the same menu every day.

Ady348 (10/5): Exceptional - The Staff, location and Cleaniness. Ruby sir i.e Mr Rubani, is a perfect gentleman. He is the operations manager of ds property. He was so helpful in suggesting good restaurants, places to visit and even arranged a delicious cake for Father's day. They also have a superb bakery within the property. We loved the quality of cakes, cookies and tea there. Rooms were clean and the location was close to Dal lake. They do have some restaurants just outside the property gate. Rohit (1/5): I would NEVER stay here and recommend same for Al - I am sorry to write this but after thinking for many minutes I am unable to come up one one thing that we liked about the property . waste of money and didn’t get good night sleep either where do I start but here it is 1) I booked this hotel 4 months ago and after confirming several times my booking I got a message from these people a day before I am supposed to arrive that rooms are not available for my dates 2) they were supposed to send airport pick up which they didn’t and I had to arrange in my own last minute 3) checkin process was unbearable 4) and here comes the kicker : one room a/c and refrigerator were out of order and it was hot there 5) other room had thick smoking smell please save your money and stay away from this hotel

A big shout out to the food and beverage team (F&B) for their hospitality and spread of choices in breakfast as well as dinners. Very courteous staff too.

Miglani (10/5): Kashmir trip - Rooms are clean and comfortable. All facilities are present in rooms. Staff is good, polite and cooperative. We intend to stay there next time also.
