• Brenda (1/5): Never ever will stay there again I would never recommend it to anyone - It was filthy and it was a dump. It was so bad. We wouldn’t even sleep in the bed. It was dirty. It was disgusting. I made a video just to show. My family just saw that they would believe how nasty it was. It showed pictures on the website that made the place look really nice but when we got there, it was a dump. It was nasty. It looked like it was a construction zone. The beds were nasty dirty. The tub was nasty dirty. The side table was that everything about? It was just nasty
• michael (6/5): It’s was okay. The staff are friendly and try to help as much as they can - It’s close to my favorite spot The room that was supposed to be renovated looked like it was under renovation. The bathroom light was flickering.

• Shari (8/5): - Our first room had water all over the floor because of the air conditioner leaking but the staff switched us to another room immediately. The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Only complaint is that the pool was closed for 3 days for maintenance, so we weren’t able to swim. But that’s has nothing to do with the hotel itself.

• Rumph (1/5): Sucked - Not much to say , it was the worst experience I could have imagined! Everything! Staff making threats to tenants and false police reports. Roaches, dirty sheets in a clean room. Leaks in rooms and outside The entire experience was very uncomfortable And just to clarify, it was for a single night!

• Anonymous (2/5): Unrestful and - This place needs a huge CLEANING !!!!!! The kid's running up and the stairs and hall ways. Mother's screaming at kid's. This went on until 11 p.m. Then the parents started fighting. My room was nasty and looked like a crap. Rusting fridge the sheets need to be thrown out along with the towels.

• Corey (3/5): No thank you - The statues The cleanliness, not having towels because they have to take yours and wash them, then return them to you 4 hours later. Mold, paint coming off entire tub. Broken lamps, missing bulbs, missing batteries to remote.

• Anonymous (6/5): Quiet, easy and affordable. Thanks right away for always taking care of me. - You get what you pay for but the staff is wonderful and the property is clean and great pool. They are remodeling the rooms so it's nice to see they are doing updates. My room is one redone and it came out nice. I don't ever have complaints when I stay. I've been multiple times as well. Like I said you don't get a 5 star hotel for a 2 star price. That being said this is definitely the best for the price. I have seen rooms over $100 that I walked into and said no way. Honestly nothing.

• Lee (1/5): My stay was a nightmare... - My stay was truly horrible.... I wanted to make sure that I didn't get charged for all of the discrepancies within the room.. I reported it to the front desk once I realized I sat down on the toilet was moving..... Then I went to go take a shower and put my hand on the faucet and almost fell off in my hand....... Also the door to the unit you could totally see the outside , I placed a blanket and towel at the floor for privacy.... I was very upset with the condition of the room... . And then the top that off I guess they needed me to move out not now but right now so they can do the repairs Surprise I'm out on my ass. . The management was awful not a lick of compassion or empathy... Overall the management was very poor...
• Cisneros (1/5): Bad - The staff was cool. And the rooms look nice at first. After a few moments, one room, the bathroom didn't work. We got switched up, then it had exaggerated. Amount of roaches, and the next room has a bunch of flies. We decided to stay in it because we're tired of carrying all our stuff.But there is at least six flies in here that we cannot catch and no towels

• Elizabeth (1/5): ABSOLUTLY HORRIBLE - The bathtub was rimmed with mold. The pillows were dirty and tiny. The mattress was hard and incredibly uncomfortable. There was no holder for the toilet paper. The towels were this and small. We had to purchase our own pillows, mattress cover, and a blanket. It was the worst place to ever stay. I was charged a deposit of $60.00 for a room that wasn't worth more than $30.00 at best. The room smelled horrible. The mattress was hard. The blanket thin and scratchy.

• Wilson (4/5): You can figure that out. If you have any interest in reading my comments above. - Breakfast was ONLY coffee. Expected for the price you charged. And the coffee was very good. No Kleenex in the room. Front desk had ONLY toilet paper available. No small cup to get a drink of water. No washclothes in the room to use when getting a shower. A single trash can. The bill provided did not show the detail of Visa credit for deposit return. This would be nice to walk out with rather than wondering if the credit was requested to be returned to your customer. We know you can be better.
• Fish (1/5): Will never stay there again, and I do not recommend it. Take it off your list of days. - The area was full of homeless people drug addicts. The main service is poor. They never clean the room give me clean towels and washcloth, but that’s it.

• Parker (1/5): Disgusting - Absolutely nothing The most disgusting room I've ever experienced. The room smelled. The bathtub was gross. The bedding had to.be at least 10 years old. The smoke alarm was chirping.
• Armando (1/5): Bad - There was no breakfast offered. Location was awful. The hotel room were ran down and use for weekly or monthly rental. The bed sheets were not cleaned. All 3 of them were stained and management did not have anyone to change them. I requested a refund.

• Mark (4/5): Not so great - The price was good being that it was Valentine's weekend and everything is really expensive. The bed was comfortable. That was about it The facilities outside was very run down and all the trash cans were overflowing. The room itself was just okay. It didn't feel like the floors were clean. The shower was worn and seemed dirty. The toilet was not anchored down so it rocked back and forth when you sat on it. The TV remote didn't work so I went to get another and it didn't work either. When they cleaned our room after the first day we were there it didn't look like it had really been cleaned except it took out the trash and took the towels but didn't leave any clean towels so we had to go to the front desk to get more. They didn't have any more nor did they have washcloths or hand towels. It's a two-star hotel so my expectations weren't that we were checking into the Ritz but the overall feel made me think it should be downgraded to a borderline one star

• Yasmin (1/5): Booking and roadway sucks - I didn't like the fact that I got charged for cancelling within 3 mins when I realized this stupid app didn't told me the location I was wasn't in the deal bc they were an independent hotel using the Roadway name now I lost half of my money bc the other Roadway didn't want to answer my calls not msgs. Way to go booking . Com you suck
• Smith (1/5): Negative stars, don’t recommend this place - Liked the location of the hotel very convenience for my visit to Florida Worst place I’ve ever stayed at, place has cockroaches, hot water stopped working, employees including manager are rude and nasty. They keep charging my bank card and they had no explanation of why it happened. I rate this place with zero stars.

• Larry (2/5): Dirty and ran down. Needs a remodel and don’t know how this hotel passes inspections - The room and in particular the bathroom were horrible. When I closed the door to the bathroom the vent cover swung down. There was no toilet paper roll holder. There was a five inch hole in the bathroom wall where it appeared the knob was slammed open. There was rust on the shower rod and hard water stains on the shower fixtures and tub was so dirty that I didn’t even want to shower in it.

• Kenneth (5/5): Stay was good except for bathroom. - Checking in was very easy. Person behind the desk was very nice. Room was in the process of renovation.. Bathroom was horrible. Shower leaked like a fountain. Tub spicket was corroded and leaked consistently. Tub under the spicket was badly stained with hard water or mold stains. Nor sure.

• Stephanie (1/5): Basically was just a place to sleep for just a few hours not worth our money that we paid for the ro - The housekeeping staff got us in the room because we went and talked to them and beg them to let us in it was already 8:00 at night before we could even go in the room and there was a line of people earlier all day off and on and nobody could get in a room so we appreciated the staff getting our room ready we tipped them accordingly and that's all we had to do to get into the room otherwise we would have been waiting God knows how long till that room was ready the room was barely clean but we appreciated them let us sit letting us in we are so tired by then We didn't like the fact that we didn't get into our room till 8:00 at night and we paid for a 3:00 p.m. check in so we basically didn't even get our money's worth at all we should get a refund

• Julian (1/5): Bad - Nothing All the rooms stay non-smoking you open the door and immediately smell cigarette smoke you walk in the room. It is absolutely disgusting. The tile is dirty. The tables are dirty and the bathroom reeks the bed looks unspeakable. Looks dirty had no other rooms availabl. I would never recommend staying in this dirty hotel. I rather have slept outside than walk in that room again.
