Guest Reviews
- Verified traveler (8/5): - This was actually our second time there. The first time two years ago we found a very large, very dead cockroach in our room behind our bathroom door. Considering it was dead, we felt okay about staying. At least they were doing something about the problem and we never seen any live ones.We didn't have much to choose from by the time we were looking so we went with what we knew. The desk clerk couldn't find our reservation at first and didn't know that we had already paid. We had copies of our papers but it didn't actually say paid on it so fortunately we were able to connect through their WiFi and show them that we had already paid. The pool had a lot of debris in it but the fellow came and cleaned it immediately when he saw us going in it. Overall, this is a pretty good place, not five star but I would recommend it for a night or two.
- Rebecca (8/5): Lost reservation. Clean, basic rooms. Nice pool. - Our group had trouble when we checked in. Several of us booked through Hotels.com but the hotel couldn't locate or confirm these reservations. Fortunately they did have rooms available (the specific # of beds and rooms was different from what we originally booked though) so we were able to re-book and stay there since other places were full. I don't know if this was an error by the hotel itself or by hotels.com, or a lack of communication between the two, but it was frustrating nonetheless. We explained to staff at the hotel we had booked through Hotels.com but they did not seem to have a way to look this up or confirm it.
We were there for 2 nights. Staff were friendly once we were able to re-book our rooms. Linens and property were clean. Bed was firm (not very comfortable). Shower didn't have hot water, but was OK given the hot weather outside. Lack of windows (wooden window shutters only) allowed a lot of noise in. AC worked well though. Pool was a welcome experience after a day on the road.
- Jazz (10/5): - This place emphasizes on SILENCE! I love it! Plus it has a pool for thr kids!
- Verified traveler (4/5): - Needs a lot of update, bathrooms need new towels, etc. Overall ok.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Hotel is OK for the money and the staff is willing to help. A good point here is that the hotel is managed directly by the owner.
