- HK (8/5): great value for money specially for larger family groups. - location was great for us, depending on the activities you want to do around the area. Some coffee shops and small food joints around the area just up the road. The villa was very spacious, alot more space than we needed to be honest. food options inside the compound are limited, however you could order food delivery. More activities for the kids would have been a plus but overall it was a great place to stay specially with a larger group that we were.

- Sabariah27 (9/5): - A comfortable, spacious and clean home. A warm indoor pool for kids to enjoy during winter. There is a good restaurant and small convenience shop in the same area. A good choice for a big family to spend the night in Taif.

You need a card to open the electronic lock for each bed room. Resturant option was good inside the resort. Kids playing area was average. Location was better.

- مرام (10/5): اقامة ممتعة مميزة - مكان نظيف راقي وهادئ خدمة عملاء ممميزة جميع الموظفين في المنتجع كانو جدا راقين ومتعاونين بالاخص الاستاذ الغامدي كانت اتمنى لو كان متوفر فرش اضافيه وبطانيات اضافيه عند الطلب

- Moayad (8/5): - Staff were friendly but very slow to respond, the villa was very spacious and clean, but amenities are not working. Nothing is close to the resort, you need a car to reach any place you want to go.
- HasanTaufique (7/5): - some kitchen appliances were old and not functioning properly...should be replaced. Swimming pool in the basement was put of service... Sufficient drinking water should be provided. We requested drinking water on the checkout day, however, it was not provided.

- Barayan (10/5): - الاستقبال كان ممتاز و كان حجزي بدون مسبح وقام الله يعطيه العافية اعطاني فيلا بمسبح وفرق بسيط وحل لي المشكلة. المرافق نظيفة والمنطقة هادئة و فيها نظام وانضباط عالي. لو يراجعو الأسعار نكون شاكرين ومقدرين

- Rami J. Obaid (1/5): - للأسف لا يسمح لساكني المنتجع من الجلوس في الجلسات الخارجية بدون الطلب من المطعم والكوفي الإيطالي وعند الاستفسار من إدراة المنتجع ابلغوني بأن الجلسات تابعه للمطعم وليست للمنتجع. أمر عجيب.

- Muhammad Jawad (9/5): Overall an excellent experience - Ambience was excellent. Kids rides were there and these were good but it would be great if they can accommodate these rides in main garden so that parents can leave their children playing independently.

- Hanan (5/5): جيبو اكلكم معاكم - الهدوء لا يوجد فيها فطور انتبهو وكل الطلبات من المطعم اسعاره غاليه وايضا يوم الجمعه المطعم غير شغال الصباح يعني اللي يبي يسكن يجيب اكله معاه افضل السعر بالنسبه للمكان مناسب لعائله كبيره
