There was issue with AC in the room and we were not able to adjust temperature by ourselves. We had to contact room service everytime as the thermostat adjustment would stop the ac compressor and they had to come and restart it again. Overall the stay was okay, restaurant and breakfast buffet was exceptional. Would give 5 star if the room service and amenities were improved.

He was polite, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. Even though the restaurant was busy, he made sure our table was clean and our water glasses were always filled. Mr. Sharma also guided us through the buffet options and made sure we were comfortable throughout our meal. His calm attitude and quick service made the lunch even more enjoyable. Thank you, Mr. Rinku Sharma, for your wonderful service. You really made our buffet experience special!

• Smriti (2/5): - We like the service of the staffs but rooms were extremely dirty. Blood stains on the cushions, carpets were sticky with stains, couch was dirty. Overall this property needs good hygiene standard. We stayed in room no 116. Also noticed there is no proper ventilation in the room.
