Guest Reviews
- Jennifer (8/5): - The staff aronly welcoming, place was clean and safe.
- Winslow (2/5): The worst experience ever? - I added an extra night at this hotel to a tour booking which had 2 nights. It was the worst thing I could have done. Travelling solo and being over 60 I wanted a "tour" in case the Altitude got to me. What I had was a "travel manager" who farmed me out to various sightseeing trips, and hotels. There was no communication, it wasn't until an unknown NESB driver took me to the first hotel that I had any inkling that "my accommodation was being refurbished". This hotel was worse than the dodgiest backpackers, you can think of. It had mould growing on the painted walls in the bathroom, stained bedspreads, ragged carpet. The windows were sealed shut with sticky tape, hence no ventilation. The heater didn't work, I had to ask for towels and these smelt mouldy (I only got one - no bath mat). I had no idea what part of town I was in and the woman on the desk was less than helpful. When I complained that I would only stay there one night, he seemed incredulous that I would complain as no one else had complained about the venue. He arrived 45 mins late on day 2, and was trying to get me to stay there for another night. Reluctantly he arranged something else more appropriate, only to be taken back to this same hotel at the end of the half day tour. Again driver didn't speak English, just telling me that this was the hotel. What I worked out eventually is that the pictures and address listed on Expedia were different to the actual location I stayed. 10 mins by car
- Kamran (8/5): Decent place for a quick stay - Overall the place was good. I didn’t realize that the washroom was external but it was stated in the ad. Slow internet was perhaps the main down side. Try to avoid the external washroom bedroom because it’s not worth the price.
- Adriana (2/5): Stressful time - Check in in cash, but didnt get a receipt for a night stay. Days later, I Was recuested that I had to Pay again. Unhealthy smell in the bathroom, dangerous stairs, the owner Was disrespecful, unconsidered, one of the employees smell pretty bad
- Adriana (2/5): - I paid in cash for one night stay. I wasn't giving a receipt. 4 days later I came back and the owner asked me to pay again. It when ugly and when I decided to call the police, they back up on that. The draignesh swish stink, the stairs are scary to climb
- Lucia (10/5): Excellent service! - It's a good relation price-quality, the hotel is very clean the staff is very kind
- Lucia (10/5): Excellent service - The staff is very kind, the room was very clean, we felt at home, excellent relation price-quality
- Daniela (10/5): Quiet and comfortable - My brother and I had a great stay at Fiesta Inn. It's not very close to city center (10 minutes by taxi, 30 minutes walking) but it makes up for it by being on a quiet street with great views (depending on the floor you're on). The staff was very accommodating, especially since we had to add 4 days to our stay.

- Xin (10/5): Excellent Stay in Cusco - Fiesta Inn at Cuzco is a family owned Inn. The location is within the residential area so it's very quiet during the night. The room is clean. The owner is really nice and he runs a travel company. If you want to tour Machu Picchu , sacred valley and cusco, just let him know and he will make arrangement for you with reasonable fees. Overall, it's a great place to stay in Cuzco for travelers.
