• Sharon (3/5): Not worth the money - Location Lift not working, look tired and dirty on entering and inside
• Eve (7/5): Great location and really comfy beds but staff customer service let this property down. - Location is excellent right on Leicester Square. Deluxe rooms were great with very comfortable bed. The lift wasn’t working for most of our trip which was difficult when on the fourth floor, especially with luggage. No offer of support from staff. Also we had a severe flood in our bathroom on the first morning - we were woken up before 7am with water pouring into the bathroom from the light fitting which soaked the room carpet and our items in the bathroom (and all towels were soaked). Although we were eventually moved (after 2 hours sitting and waiting in an unusable room), this was not a given (we were staying two nights and they couldn’t guarantee they’d move us). We eventually moved at around 930am. We did not receive an apology and felt like we were inconveniencing the staff by wanting to move. No offer of any discount or breakfast etc and when asked if we could have a reduction for the inconvenience they just said “but we did move you to another room didn’t you?”! This was very disappointing, as this was an incredibly stressful experience as we had an event on that day and were not guaranteed to be able to have a different room (which would have made it almost impossible to get ready). This was the reason for booking the two nights so we could have the full day in the room. I don’t think I’ve ever had such an experience where the staff couldn’t seek to care less about our situation. We had prepaid which didn’t help. This should be remedied by management as it does not reflect the hotel status. We then had to re pack and move, which ate into our day. Had the staff been more apologetic and sympathetic we would have given a higher score, but this soured our otherwise excellent experience. Had we not experienced this, and had the lift been working I would have rated this hotel a 9 or 10, as apart from these points it was lovely. Great location and lovely rooms (although room 316 was very dingy and dark and didn’t meet the descriptions of the deluxe room as a bright room).
• E405OKalib (2/5): I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. - They charged me for a room I didn't stay in. The management is terrible, the service is awful, and there's zero interest or concern. For this hotel, money is the most important thing. Customer satisfaction is very poor. It's a shame that such people are doing this job in the middle of London. It's a pity for the tourists who come here.

Les informations données au moment de la réservation ne mentionnaient pas du tout que le petit déjeuner n’était plus disponible à l’hôtel même, comme précédemment, et qu’il fallait aller dans un autre hôtel pour manger. Grosse erreur de communication et même fausse information… 2. Sur les deux ascenseurs il y en a un qui ne marche JAMAIS. L’autre était en panne à mon arrivée. Il est resté en panne jusqu’au lendemain après-midi. Pas de personnel pour porter les valises des clients. Inacceptable pour un hôtel de sept étages.
• Michael (7/5): Location super für einen Städtetrip. Aber wenig flexibel und in unserem Fall eine gewisse Abzocke. - Es gab kein Frühstück. Zimmer war sauber und pragmatisch. Lage optimal mitten in der Stadt. Daher nicht so ruhig. Wir mussten die letzte Nacht (von Samstag auf Sonntag) stornieren, da wir früher abreisen mussten und hatten ohne Stornierungsoption gebucht, hatten dem Hostel aber 5 Tage vorher Bescheid gegeben und hätten aus Kulanz erwartet, dass sie das Zimmer für diese Nacht erstatten, da sie dieses sicher weitervermietet haben. Diese Nacht hat 500 Euro gekostet, so viel wie die zwei Nächte zuvor zusammen. Ziemlich schade. Das hinterlässt einen komischen Eindruck.

• Gillian (5/5): Better hotels inLondon - Location of hotel There was a fowl smell in the bathroom, the cover on the bed was stained even though I asked for it to be changed. There was two lifts in the hotel one wasn’t working and the day before we left the other lift broke, had to walk 7 flights of stairs, no apology, would not stay again.
• Wei Chin (4/5): - The elevator was out of order, and the lock on the door in my room was not working properly. I got a disable room. Not to sure why, it is bigger but everything is so low it is not comfortable. Would have been better if the reception informed me of this and i can decline.

• Nicolas (10/5): Perfect stay next to Chinatown and Leicester Square - Excellent location right next to Chinatown and Leicester Square, making it perfect for exploring London by foot. The area is lively, full of restaurants and atmosphere, yet the hotel still felt comfortable and practical for a city stay. Rooms were clean, staff friendly, and overall very good value for such a central location. Would definitely stay again.
• frode (5/5): ok minus - hadde ikke frokost inkludert men spiste en dag på nabohotellet som var anbefalt. Fin beliggenhet men "passe" mat. Manglet bla kaffekopper og bare passe hyggelig personale. Pris opp mot kvalitet. Sett opp mot frokost-restauranter i nærheten så var dette dårlig. Fin utsikt over London dog. Virket ikke som vi var veldig velkomne i og med at vi ble sendt fra nabohotellet.

• Vento (4/5): Great location but big maintenence issues - Location was perfect. Room was a decent size for a big city hotel. Maintenance was terrible. The elevators did not work, and we had to walk up and down 4 flights of stairs in a dark stairwell. When one did work, the room attendants kept it stationary on one floor, so guests were forced to use the stairs. This happened between 3-7 pm when we were returning from the day out and had to get ready for the evening. Why they waited until those hours to clean no one would tell us. We requested that they clean when we left the room, which was every day between 10-4 and that happened only once. Every other time it was either ignored or forgotten. In 4 days our room was attended to only once, and we just requested towels for the others. The room was small but fine--expect that in a big city hotel, but there was no place to hang anything but a very small rack and no place to tuck luggage away so that made the room feel smaller. The bathroom was similar--not much space with the pedestal sink but the shower and products were good. Don't bother with the expensive breakfast, which is not there but at a sister hotel nearby--you can go to Pret in either direction a block or 2 away for much less. There are many restaurants near there--just a half a block to the right is Chinatown, a block to the left is Little Italy, and a pub serving traditional British food 2 blocks away. If you're seeing theater the location can't be beat, and we were able to walk to many of the other sites, as well as access the underground, but if there is anything else in this price range in this location, I would not book this hotel.

• Rachel (6/5): Great location - The location was fantastic, very central and easy to get to and from. Vibrant atmosphere yet surprisingly not too loud…even overlooking Billie Eilish red carpet! Staff did a great job fixing a few problems we had, they were friendly, easygoing and helpful. A ridiculously loud noise woke us up on our first morning - we literally had to yell at each other to be heard! Although it was unpleasant, staff had this fixed within an hour. There was a stale smell to the water in the bathroom and at times a sewer smell as well. There was no openable window so no fresh air. As long as the bathroom door was closed the rest of the room was manageable. The bed was uncomfortable but this was inadvertently fixed when we moved rooms for a different problem. We had an issue with the heating/cooling in our room and after sending the handyman up they moved us to another room. This was much appreciated and the bed in the 2nd room was more comfortable. One lift was out of service our whole stay and the remaining lift was small and SO slow. We used the stairs when we could but when checking out this was not possible due to our luggage. It took 15 minutes for us to be able to get a lift downstairs. Two lifts came and went in that time but we were unable to fit due to other guests being in the lift or staff and their trolleys. We also saw the lift pass our floor a number of times.

• Matias (7/5): Best Location but a bit overpriced - The location was perfect, stylish decorated. The room was smaller than I expected. Didn’t even have a chair. One of the elevators was broken the whole week. The bed was too soft, and the shower was not draining properly… plus the handle of the door was broken when I arrived and someone came into my room to fix it right after the chck in, while I was in a business call. What really bothered me was that it was too noisy due to the floors. There was carpet but underneath they were definetely wooden that made a cracking noise everytime someone walked outside. You could hear it pretty much all the time!!

Not having breakfast included was a bonus, since there are so many good places to eat (breakfast/lunch/dinner) within minutes (seconds even) of the hotel. The staff were really friendly and helpful, and the room was comfortable and spotless. Nothing comes to mind.

Clean rooms, though tiny in size. One of the two available elevators was out of order and had been like that for quite a while. Being handicapped there were long waiting times in this hotel built over 10 levels. This was very annoying and hotel owners did not seem to see this as an emergency.

• Z2486UAadamn (2/5): Use to be great but now worst than a Hostel - I’ve stayed here nearly 10 times and each time it gets slightly worse. I use to love this hotel but unfortunately it’s being run into the ground. The lifts are a huge issue and don’t work. One completely shut and the other only works on certain floors with most floors having it tapped off. The management when I checked out actually asked me to leave a review about how bad the lifts are as they said they are not being listened to and are fed up with the constant complaints from guests. Guests are even checking out early due to how bad it’s getting.
