- Laaksonen (4/5): מאכזב - מיקום המלון מצוין אנשי הצוות היו שירותיים ונחמדים. ארוחת הבוקר הייתה נוראית , האוכל היה יבש ולא מגוון התאכזבנו לשמוע שכל הפסיליטיס במלון היו בתנאי שאתה וחבר מועדון בהולמס פלייס וכי לא ניתן ליצור איתם קשר בשבת. בשישי בשעות הערב ביקשנו משירות החדרים קרח הפנה אותנו לקבלה ושם נאמר לנו שבמלון אין בכלל קרח כרגע. בארוחת הבוקר כששאלנו שנית קיבלנו כוס קרח- בערב אין? שירות החדרים סגור בשבת- דבר שחשוב לציין באתר או בעת הצק אין למלון. ביררנו בנוגע להזמנה אוכל בשבת בצהריים ורק אז נאמר לנו שלא ניתן למרות שערב קודם באןתה שיחה של בירור הקרח נמסר לנו לגשת לקומה 12 ולהזמין- שם לא היה אדם צוות/אפשרות להזמין. הגענו אחרי המלצות רבות מחברים והאמת התאכזבנו מאוד!
- Neta (10/5): היה סה״כ חוויה מאוד טובה נהנתי מאוד, אחזור שוב🙏 - אהבתי את השירות חדרים, היה מאוד נחמד וזריז. הביאו לי לול ובקשותיי נענו. וגם את פקידת הקבלה שהיתה מאוד אדיבה. ביקשתי שיצרו איתי קשר דרך השירות הודעות לפני שהגעתי וזה לא קרה. הקונדישינר במקלחת לא עבד לי, ביקשתי מפזר חום ולא הביאו לי. חבל שאין ארוחת ערב. וחבל שאין כיבוד קל בטרקלין.

De plus, nous avons eu la chance d’être surclassés dans une chambre disposant de routes les commodités nécessaires. La salle fermée au roof top est un lieu agréable, mais qui pourrait être rendu plus « cosy », par exemple pour y dîner le soir.

- Jenna (8/5): - The facilities were fantastic, we didn't expect 5 start comfort or amenities, but for the value, the hotel was super comfortable, clean, and well equipped. The shabbat breakfast also exceeded our expectations for the price. But what we absolutely love most was the staff! Everyone was so incredibly friendly and helpful. I have stayed in higher rated hotels with way less-friendly staff. It is clear they take customer service seriously, and that made such a huge difference during our short stay. Thank you!

- Nicholas (9/5): Had a wonderful time, staff were extremely helpful. - Property is easy to access and identify. Clean rooms, excellent services available. Staff were amazing, very helpful and kind. The only thing was the ironing room on the 8th floor you can tell was neglected compared to the rest of hotel. Not a major upset as it is probably much less used and is just a place holder for that area on that floor. I would suggest putting some more care and maintenance into it or repurposing the space if it isn’t used.
- סקורובוגטוב (10/5): מלון מהמם! אווירה טובה ונעימה!:) - צוות הקבלה היה מקסים ממש!! לצערי אין לי את כל השמות אבל הייתה פקידה מאוד מקסימה עם מבטא שוידאה איתי הגעה ובקשות, ואיתה במשמרת הייתה עוד פקידה מתוקה עשתה לי צ'ק אין, (הגענו ב14.1 בצהריים), הייתה פקידת לילה מקסימה שגם עבדה בארוחת בוקר יום למחרת , וגם בצ'ק אאוט רוני ומיכל היו חמודים:) תודה רבה :) אשמח שתבדקו מי העובדים שהיו במשמרות כי מגיע להם תשופר על הקבלת פנים וההענות לבקשות!!!:) קריאה שפתחתי מול שירות לאורח לקחה הרבה זמן יחסית

- Gilbert (6/5): Séjour agréable, en dépit de quelques imperfections, - L'impression générale donnée par l'établissement est favorable Le petit déjeuner est varié, mais sa présentation est un peu désordonnée. L'espace au roof-top est un plus, même si il gagnerait à être rendu plus chaleureux. Il n'y avait pas de véritable armoire à habits ou penderie dans la chambre, seulement quelques tablettes au dessus du bar. Les rideaux pour cacher la lumière du jour sont difficiles à positionner. Durant notre séjour, il a chaque fois fallu attendre au delà de 12/13h pour le service du house-keeping.
- Ziv Ish yemini (10/5): - הזמנו שני חדרים ללילה לפני החתונה של אחותי ולבוקר ההתארגנות. כשאמא שלי התקשרה שבועיים לפני השהות לברר אופציה של הזמנת מאפים לחדר בבוקר החתונה (בתשלום), דינה המנהלת עשתה מעל ומעבר מהרגע ששמעה שמדובר בכלה. דינה שאלה מה אנחנו צריכות ומה נחוץ לנו להתארגנות. כשהגענו למלון הצוות היה מוכן וידע בדיוק במה מדובר- שני החדרים שודרגו וצוידו במראות, כיסאות בר, עמדות קפה מצוידות ואפילו שוקולדים וברכות לאחותי (הכלה) ולאמא שלי. הצוות היה קשוב ושירותי, ולא הפסיק לנסות לסייע בכל דרך אפשרית. אנחנו באמת ממליצות בחום על המלון בזכות הצוות המדהים והשירות האדיב! אגב, החדרים היו כל כך יפים, שהצלם התעקש לצלם בשניהם

They did have badges but uniforms would have given a stronger impression and differentiation. We had not noticed on the spec that the hotel had a swimming pool. Very helpful, and also offered us room upgrade and breakfast inclusion. The beds are a little hard and the hotel overall feels run down—like stains on the hallway carpets.

- Züri (6/5): Liked it at first, but returning to it few month later was a great disappointment. - Staff are friendly and trying their best for the most part. Location is good. We weren’t able to use the bath at arrival given it was filthy. So we had to wait another day till they had someone who was able to come and bleach it. Mind you, we booked as a family with a 1y baby and not being able to use the bath for him first night after flight was a serious issue for us. The following days the cleaning was so so. This means that is the new standard. The floor is noisy, doors slams, elevator shouting and all sort all night. No lobby or any decent space outside of the room where you can sit in the evenings or during the day and take a call or meet with people despite the “business hotel” title.

- Liron (10/5): Comfortable stay in Raanana - I was upgraded so I got a very spacious room and free breakfast. The room is clean, modern and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, although I wouldn't pay extra for it (you can probably get something similar or better by delivery if you wanted).

- Ilan (10/5): - מלון מעולה. שידרגו אותנו לחדר יותר גדול. היה בקבוק מים ,שוקולד ומכונת קפה בחדר. מקלחת גדולה ונוחה מאוד. הכול נקי. ארוחת בוקר עשירה ומגוונת. צוות קבלה מאוד נחמד.
