- nick2008 (1/5): - 入住前两天，机票和车辆都安排好的情况下，突然接到宾馆员工电话，非要调换我预定的房间，胡乱找了个预订信息看不到房型的理由。感谢网站客服的后续工作，确定了我最初的预定。如果只是这样，我不会评价的，当做一个意外而已。 入住的第二天早上八点多，突然连续而且急促的敲门声让我惊醒，然后就听到有人开房门，我穿着内衣跑到门口，，一个服务员问我，有没有要干洗的衣服？！服务员说话的声音又把我的孩子也吵醒了！ 很少这评论，希望这个评论对打算预定的有参考作用吧！ Two days before check-in, with my flight and transportation already arranged, I suddenly received a call from a hotel employee who insisted on changing my reserved room, giving a flimsy excuse that the room type wasn't visible in the booking information. Thanks to the website's customer service for their follow-up work, which confirmed my original reservation. If that were the only issue, I wouldn't be writing this review; I would have considered it a mere inconvenience. However, on the second morning of my stay, around 8 AM, I was awakened by a sudden and rapid knocking on my door. Then I heard someone opening the door. I ran to the door in my underwear, and a service staff member asked me if I had any clothes for dry cleaning! The service staff's voice also woke up my child! I rarely write reviews, but I hope this review will be helpful to those considering booking this hotel!

- Claudia (10/5): Relaxing stay - The rooms are spacious, nice and clean with very comfy beds. Breakfast is excellent with great choice. Staff is nice and at reception there is always at least one English-speaking person. The hotel is a good option if you want to have some relaxing days outside the city center, but without problem to go there (approx. 30 minutes taxi ride). Restaurants can be found directly opposite the hotel or approx. 2 km away at the lakeside. Nothing.

- Jun (9/5): Great experience overall. Would choose to stay here again if visiting Kunming - The building is half open and among gardens. You can also see the beautiful Xishan from the hotel. The hotel is clean and mostly staff are friendly and helpful. Swimmingpool is super clean and the staff there are really warm and work hard to keep the floor dry and the hot tub clean. Not really anything.

- Youngran (8/5): 만족스러운 스테이 - 출장이었습니다. 옆에 있는 인터콘티넨탈에서 학회가 있어서 갔다가 옆에 있는 화럭스에 하루 묵었습니다. 방은 깨끗했고, 웰컴 푸르트 (바나나, 사과)가 있었고요, 여러 종류의 잎차가 있었네요. 체크인 데스크에 있는 직원도 택시 등 어레인지를 해주었는데, 스태프들의 영어가 잘 안되서 조금 힘들기는 했으나, 친절했습니다. 그리고 방음은 별로입니다. 옆 방에서 말하는 소리가 그대로 들리더라고요. 아침식사는 그냥 먹을만했습니다.

- Lei (10/5): - 感觉非常好，靠近滇池，非常干净，酒店非常大，造景非常漂亮，房间阳台景致迷人，配置绝对五星。最重要的是位置非常好，去官渡古镇和斗南花市很方便。下次去昆明还会去这个酒店
- David (8/5): A nice hotel but food choice could be improved - The condition of the hotel was very nice and the staff very helpful and friendly. It has a nice garden and there is also a pleasant walk not far away along the side of a river. However, the choice of food in the restaurant and in the Club Lounge Happy Hour is much less than what one would expect from a hotel of this quality, especially if compared with others in the IHG group such as the Crowne Plaza or Intercontinental in the same city.
