Due to pet (dog in a shoulder bag), I couldn't go into breakfast "food zone" (makes sense), but a staff member grabbed me a plate and even brought a condiment bottle out so I could enjoy the breakfast!

The hot breakfast was awful, so don't plan on that being a benefit, unless you like rubbery pancakes, hard french toast, instant oatmeal, and cold sausages. Hotel staff was THE best! Free breakfast was amazing. Gym was very nice. Pool and hot tub were perfect size. Only bad thing was that we weren’t staying there longer to enjoy the wonderful experience and service we received. Would 1000% stay here again and recommend to anyone looking to stay in Rice Lake!

I had to find a new hotel at the last minute and wasted a lot of time trying to clear everything up. Spent a long time on a chat with someone from Expedia and they were not able to give me any answers. They gave me a $50 credit and said someone should contact me within 3-5 business days. I don’t think I can trust Expedia in the future when I am booking travel. I will most likely be using a different travel provider.

This was our spring trip and tried this place before, looking for a good deal, and it is a nice clean place to sleep. This time it was quieter and less crowded. Good brekfast. Small town feel like we like. Bed was a little soft, pillows good. Nice area. Fairly new place well maintained. Low toilets and no grab bars.

He got super slammed, but kept a positive fun attitude keeping everyone happy! He went above and beyond! I highly recommend this hotel for your next stay in Rice Lake!

- Verified traveler (8/5): Great choice - This hotel is updated and modern. The rooms were spacious and clean. The bed was super comfortable, as was the extra rollout we requested. The complementary breakfast was good with a lot of options. The swimming pool was small but there was a nice hot tub and large fitness room. Safe parking, and a very quiet area.

There were several foods to choose from and the hot foods were varied day to day which was nice. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the food and dining areas were very clean and sanitary. Non-applicable. I liked everything about this hotel.
