Fue poco pero suficiente y rico. Muy buena atención. La ubicación: tranquila, sin ruidos molestos pero no tan céntrica. Podría haber una bolsa para la ropa ya usada.

Even being on a main road the hotel is surprisingly quiet. Staff are friendly and go above and beyond. Breakfast is good and the views from the Breakfast lounge is spectacular.

• MARIA ELIANA (1/5): Una estadía para el olvido, hotel del terror - Nada Pésima ubicación, tenía 2 habitaciones, me tuvieron que cambiar 1 porque había un olor a desagüe asqueroso. En una habitación había sólo una toalla. La guinda de la torta fue que cuando fuimos a desayunar, el café estaba frío, no había pan porque no habían comprado, el huevo revuelto un espanto, poquísima variedad de cosas, había mortadela en vez de jamón, tampoco había endulzante y no hubo reposición de lo que acababa. Nada de pastelería tampoco. Sólo hubo disculpas. Horrible.

Al check-out si dimenticano di farmi pagare le cene al ristorante, poi mi scrivono per riavere i soldi e ho dovuto incontrarli di persona per i contanti (fissiamo un’ora, arrivano in ritardo di 20/30 min) Posizione lontana dal centro, non c’è nulla vicino C’è di meglio a Cuzco

They were extremely helpful and went the extra mile to help us with everything we needed and beyond. We needed to tell the reception every day to turn on the hot water for us. We took some cold showers a few days cuz there were no hot water. They need to change their heating system or keep it on 24/7.

We received outstanding service from a team member named Sigwar (apologies if the spelling is incorrect, as I spelled it phonetically). The rooms retained heat well, which made a significant difference during the cold nights. The breakfast was somewhat underwhelming for a four-star establishment, and the shower water could have been hotter. That said, these were minor issues and did not significantly impact the overall experience.

• Hedva (10/5): Excellent place - We arrived at the place after being lied to at another hotel that did not suit us. We got a large and spacious studio room. There was a sitting area, a dining table and a small kitchenette. The place is modern and spacious. It was a pleasant change. The beds are comfortable. The staff did everything possible to make the stay more pleasant. The lady at the reception gave helpful tips, helped organize tours and transportation. Help us rent a wheelchair at a reasonable price, taxis and more. Every morning the breakfast was brought down to the room because mom had trouble going up the stairs to the dining room. All in good spirits. It's a shame that the restaurant on the ground floor wasn't working. But it wasn't a problem. We ordered a taxi. We paid 10-15 Sol and arrived at the restaurant. We wanted to stay there an extra night when we came back from Machu Picchu. It was really late. Booking seemed to have room. When we called they said there was no room. Probably because of the time. A real shame

• Shah (7/5): Good - A pretty good value option in Cusco. It is around 15 mins walk from the center. The room was massive and pretty much like a suite. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The facilities are not great. Could not figure out how to run on the heating in the room however they did provide a separate radiator heater. Location may feel a bit far but for me it was fine - the center is around 15 mins walk.

There was a constant smell of sewage and we had no hot water for the entire week. We repeatedly alerted the staff to this issue and it was not resolved. One day we had hot water for less than 5 minutes.

There is no window in the room and because the room is small we kept the door slightly open to ventilate. Also the shower makes the tiny room humid.

Struggling to communicate with the staff because they cannot speak english, so we were communicating by using google translate. 2. The floor is never mopped so it’s easy to get dirty feet to get into bed.

The hotel is just average, very badly located, but hotels.com sold me a spetacular 9.6 promise. Room is regular/ok with mistakes such as night redlight on roof, bothering light outside room, bathroom big but kind of old. Arquitecture is just regular. I really Fell like asking my money back.

I called them to let them know about our late Check in and they were super kind to let us know that wasn’t an issue at all . The hotel is close to the airport , the building is in good condition and the wifi worked great. Also the bathroom was very clean and neat. Only spent one night here but I recommend it 100% if you want a hotel close to the airport or are in a budget .

• Cara (10/5): Wonderful Staff - The staff at Wayqey was absolutely wonderful, they answered all my questions and helped us coordinate taxis and a private car for a tour of the Sacred Valley. Breakfast was included in our stay and we were pleasantly surprised how elaborate the breakfast set up was. The room was comfortable, the only downside is it is a little bit out the center of things, but only a 5 sole/ 15 minute taxi ride away. We are so grateful to the incredible staff for helping us have such a memorable trip.

Allowed us to leave luggage securely whist we disappeared to Machu Picchu and even gave us our origiinal room back on our return. Short pleasant walk into town/main squares of 20mins which was perfect for getting acclimatised and used to the higher height above sea level.. overall fantastic Hotel which I wouldn't hesitate in recommending and visiting again

• Dee (10/5): Unique hotel away from busy center! - The staff were amazing!!! So helpful and pleasant. We stayed 3 days, loved the breakfast. The rooms are small but nice and functional. The shower was the best I had in Peru. The only downside is that the curtains don’t block out all the light but I would otherwise recommend!
• Verified traveler (8/5): Nice hotel, extremely helpful staff (especially Jo - The hotel is very clean, quiet but a far from the Plaza de Armas (we didn't care because we like to walk). We don't consider the neighborhood dangerous but is it wasn’t a nice one to walk.
• Andrew (10/5): Amazing Staff - The staff was wonderful, the room was huge and the breakfast was brought to our room in the morning. Staff helped us find our way around town and even went with us to the train station to make sure we made it okay and got a fair taxi rate. The room rates were more than fair.
• Andy Coalva (10/5): Just Perfect - My stay was just perfect. Starting from the location. out enough to avoid the noisy city centre butt only a few minutes by taxi. Once i step in the hotel, the quality of service of the staff is superb, very helpful very good language skills from the receptionists.. The room is very spacious, natural light, and the bed is probably the most confortable i have ever have. My room had a view to the andes mountain which made my stay magic. They have an amazing sky room where breakfast is served, from there you have stunning view.. , breakfasts was very nutricious and with different varieties. Simply Amazing hotel, I highly recommend it.
