- Andryean (2/5): Hotels.com is horrible… use different traveling co - Hotels.com refused to pay the hotel so they couldn’t check me in (even though I already payed in advance. Then I was on the phone with hotels.con for over an hour while they told me it was the hotels fault, then they said it was my banks(which it wasn’t because I saw the payment went through) when the whole time it was hotels.com’s fault and they couldn’t give me a valid reason why even though I’m. Gold member and done this many times… ultimately after all that I had to try and get a refund that took 10 business days to get back in my account and I was unable to stay at the hotel. Hotels.com is the worst and never will I be using them again.

- Noemi (6/5): - The room was alright for the price came with a microwave and a mini fridge. The cons were that I couldn’t sleep because it was so noisy. There is very limited parking and no extra locks on the door for security. Also, there is very low water pressure in the shower.

- Verified traveler (2/5): Horrible stay and customer service - One of the worst stays ever! I will never stay here again. They asked for a $20 cash deposit and when I asked if it could be put on the credit card, they said no. I arrived at 5pm and they did not have my room ready. They also asked me if I would be willing to switch rooms after my first night?!? What hotel does that? This hotel is also not in the best of neighborhoods in terms of safety. To top it all off, I was in town for an event and had a flight later in the afternoon on the day of check-out and they wouldn't keep my luggage for a few hours and forced me to take my luggage with me and lug it everywhere. In terms of cleanliness, there were glitter/sparkles scattered throughout the room and even though I asked for a non-smoking room, the room clearly had a scent of cigarettes. I highly recommend paying the extra money to stay at another hotel. It's not worth the headache to stay here.
- Elizabeth (2/5): Horrible stay - When we arrived inside the room smelled like cigarettes and weed there were cigarette burns in the covers and they smelled awful the tv volume or controls didn’t work and the mini fridge didn’t cool ..other hotel guest were extremely loud and arguing in the parking lot We ended up just leaving after a few hours due to the service
